Il posto è molto pulito, se ti piace il tipo vintage e il posto carino e confortevole. Prova Richmond. È proprio vicino al megamall e a Shang..

The location is good.The service is nice. Cleanliness is great. I just don't like the bed. I think it's old. The head board is making a weird sound,( loosen). I don't have a good sleep bcoz of it.
And the bad part is, they don't have a hair blower.😓
Also, pls include a comb in your toiletries. 🤞
Even the 3star hotel has a comb guys. You are 4star.
And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in.
About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head.
(Not recommended)

This is an old one, which reflects in all amenities, rooms etc. The rooms, depending what you choose, are spacious. But all is old, although the bed, linnen and shower are good. Clean, pillows good and strong pressure shower. They have a gym for all you needs, swimming pool and steam and sauna. All nice , but can be smelly due to the fact it is.... yes old. Breakfast is simple but good, some asian food but also they can make you eggs on your whishes.
Location if your business is in Ortigas is great, close to Megamall and Shangri la mall, with good food options. At the end it is all about what you pay for the room.

Our 2nd stay in this hotel! Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Quick room service and food was great! The hotel is well situated, being close to mall and transport. We would definitely stay there again. 👊👏🤩👍👌🏻

Poor service! Some of the employee specifically guard at parking and receptionist are not approachable. The guard at the parking area is really rude and clearly doesn't know that his bad attitude represents the Hotel.
Lack of integrity. The receptionist called to inform us that we still have left over food but didn't bother to ask about valuable item. We accidentally left our phone with full battery but when we tried to call my phone it's already unreachable. Thou we got them back, only because I called them back? They took some time to call me to ask about the left over food but didn't take the initiative to call me for our valuable things (Cell phone).???
Unprofessional - we stayed in for 3 days and 2nights and every morning the receptionist will always give us a call consistently every morning just to ask if we want to get our room upgraded even thou we already told them we're not interested.
Richmonde left us nothing but a bad experience.

Usually, they do just a quick survey of the room, specifically the bathroom, kitchenette/refrigerator, safety deposit box, and easily visible areas without conducting an actual thorough search so guests don’t have to wait long. During your check-out, our Room Attendant saw only the leftover food which he reported to the Front Desk. He then returned to the other room he was cleaning without combing through the room or stripping the bed.When our Front Desk Manager received your call regarding the phone you left in the room, he proceeded immediately to the room together with our Security Officer to look for it. They eventually found your phone on the bed under the duvet. The hotel management likewise conducted its own investigation regarding this incident upon receiving your allegations and we assure you that there was no malicious intention on our Room Attendant’s part as he truly did not see your phone. With regard to the behavior you observed from our Parking guard and Front Desk Receptionist, we have called the attention of all our frontliners to be attentive, courteous, and helpful to guests at all times. Although they are often commended for their warmth, friendliness, and efficiency, there may be instances where they miss the mark. Thus, we shall continuously remind them of the quality of service expected of them and their role in providing delightful guest experiences.Once again, we offer our sincerest apologies for the unfortunate incidents which marred your impression of our hotel. Hopefully, we will be able to welcome you back in the future with a more satisfying stay should you decide to give us another chance.Thank you.

Very good location, close to the Megamall and also close to other venues for business dinner and meeting. The interior is a little bit old but so far, it's quite good. The bed was comfortable. The AC fan is a bit hard to control.. but it's not bad.

First, the key card hardly works for the elevator and the door. Secondly, the staffs aren't approachable and friendly they will respect and treat you base on your outfit or if you are looking expensive. Most importantly, I had an emergency, the night we stayed so I decided to call the front desk if they have a first aid kit. Nobody answered, I pressed the emergency button and it rang many times but none of them answered. I got so mad that I bought a load for my cellphone so I could give them a call using a different number and not the telephone and then they answered. The very first thing i said, I want to speak to the supervisor tomorrow. This is very disappointing, who knows if its a huge emergency for the clients, no one can rescue you since nobody answers the telephone. Tomorrow came and the front must have told the supervisor about the concern, the supervisor explains that people last night were very busy so non of them could take the call. And as for the emergency button they said they heard the telephone rang but then they were in the middle of endorsement so they couldn't take the call. Amazing right? I cannot recommend this hotel especially to visitors with PWD's or senior citizens companion. Worst hotel ever! Doesnt matter if its clean so long as the people that works there are nasty.

The hotel interior and amenities must need an upgrade. Location wise is very good.
Also, the buffet food was not good and that much, no refills done.

Hopefully the sauna works for future visits. It’s been under repair for a while I heard. Hopefully a deep cleaning will be done on most furnitures and carpets and walls and posts from lobby to room to pool, gym. Some of the staff are great some not so great but over all ok.
