The place is still far from center of the city, and the receptionist is rude..i call twice and they just hang out the phones before i said anything.

so far service & room r good & acceptable. only public area no air-conditioned & is quite noisy in the afternoon when cleaning the other room & evening the bike noise. I nvr take photo, but can take photo reference from trip. com, my room same as photo, just missing standing light. Btw it's got another door can enter the other room, of course, the other door must open from the other room

The hotel is very nice and the servers are very polite and understanding. Will book the hotel again as soon as i can travel back to this country :)

My 2 Nights was pretty much Settled, Hotel Location was Okay - 10 Mins Drive to Nagoya Inner Cities. Although for Interior, Room grooming can be improve.. I caught 3 tiny pests or roaches lurking around on the Tv Desk and went onto the floor. I would likely consider staying in this Hotel, maybe in the Future. Overall imma give this a 7.4 out of 10.

Pros: It's not that far from the ferry terminal, a quick 10 min grab ride Decent options for breakfast (for the cost) Washrooms were very clean and had no plumbing issues or anything Cons: The corridor was reeking smoke smell Rooms were a bit dusty Bed sheets were having orange spots not sure if cleaned well The towels were very smelling very bad

One of the worst hospital I have ever been too room so dirty aircon not working water stopped while showering swimming pool so dirty rats all around

The worst experienced ever... We checked in late but the following day we checked out the following day.. supposed to be we stay there for 3days and 2nights... The bathroom is very very dirty... Everything is dirty.. Bedsheets, bathroom, sink floor and toilet bowls.... I am so disappointed... If only i gould refund the money that i have paid!!!!

My booking was confirmed but when I reached in the kings hotel nagoya the front desk making a lot of excises and told me that they are fully booked and he canceled mu booking at the same time when I reached there. Bad experience for the first time using this trip.com .
