I migliori hotel con spa a Pasay

Vicino all aeroporto, struttura molto basica, forte odore di umidità, camera piccola e datata, climatizzatore con problemi di regolazione bagno pessimo. Al massino questa struttura è un hotel a 3 stelle. Va bene se dovete dormirci una notta se in transito. Preparate le vostre orecchie alla mattina preso quando tutti i bambini filippini inizieranno a giocare ed urlare in corridoio senza che nessuno dello staff si lamenti con i genitori Molto probabilmente e normale per loro comportarsi così

È stata un'esperienza molto bella, l'hotel è a pochi passi dal NAIA Terminal 3, 4° piano, passando per il ristorante Mary Grace, e puoi anche camminare tornando al NAIA 3 se hai un volo il giorno dopo. Un posto dove stare se hai un volo di coincidenza con lunghi tempi di attesa 😘 Lo adoro ❤️

maganda po yung place malinis at friendly naman ang mga staff,sa service lang po kami medyo dismayado kasi ang tagal pong iserve yung food inabot po ng lagpas isang oras para lang sa breakfast na egg and bacon with bread. but over all po maganda naman ang stay namin sa uulitin po salamat.

Thank you sir Dominic, your promise did not disappoint, and your gesture is highly appreciated. Has very good smell and ambiance inside the hotel. Will surely recommend this place, looking forward to visit again.

Stay was okay. Room is spacious and has a very small ref, a small table for two. Shower & water closet is separate. Staff are friendly and helpful, however, a few things: no towel when we arrived, we had to request for it. Hotel wifi was very weak. Globe/TM no signal. Smart data is okay. Hotel restaurant (Tabla) is good and affordable.

Our small staycation was simple yet the basic needs are met in a hotel as a first timer to book via trip.com (Nov. 23-24, 2024). They were able to cater to our needs immediately from checking-in which only took 5 minutes to be endorsed to our room, breakfast, even some room concerns (such as a clogged toilet, etc.), until checking out. Upon entering the room, everything was provided on the cork wall for the directory, menu, and all. WiFi has no password (only QR) but it was fast. The lighting was cozy and romantic. My partner and I were so relaxed all night. There was a water dispenser outside the room and you have your own set of pitchers and glasses inside the room to refill a lot instead of constantly going out and in. There was also a cooler which is a big plus. Outside food is okay as long as it is consumed inside the room and not on their rooftop dining area. Their bathrooms are clean, no hairs, clean towels, and hangers. I love their 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap but I still used my own shampoo and conditioner since it kinda made my hair frizzy and hard to comb. Nevertheless, it smells reallyyyyy good. There were lounges and chairs to relax on the 8th and 10th floor and on the rooftop. The pool was a bit cold so we did not opt to swim but it looked clean. The food was at par. Their prices are reasonable. Serving time and amount was adequate. My partner was a Muslim but they catered his needs by serving non-pork meals. Coffee was an unlimited refill. If you include breakfast on the package in the app, there is an option to upgrade to a buffet by adding 249 pesos per head. But for me, the options were a bit little so I didn't opt for it and there are a lot of pork meals which my partner couldn't eat. But here's one thing, their garlic rice is superb! The only cons we observed was that the cable on the tv is loose so sometimes we have to adjust to resolve the signal, the safe box was not functioning, vehicles can be heard from the bustling buendia avenue, and moving or rocking chairs from the floor above can be heard. Nevertheless, our overall stay here was cozy and simple. We will definitely visit again esp if the other side of the hotel is done. I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024.  We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but  respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and  Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

Qui, sperimenta l'atteggiamento di servizio, che è molto premuroso. Quando ho lasciato l'hotel, ho dimenticato il mio portatile! Arrivato all'aeroporto, entrato in dogana e scoperto quando era il momento del controllo di sicurezza. Fortunatamente, con l'aiuto del personale, dopo aver contattato il personale dell'hotel, hanno subito chiesto a qualcuno di inviare il computer all'aeroporto. Stava ancora piovendo in quel momento ed ero davvero preoccupato che non sarebbe stato consegnato. Proprio mentre stavo per salire sull'aereo, mi è stato consegnato il computer. Grazie 🥹

Hotel is ok, rooms are decent with a balcony.. However, not many activities can be found in the hotel except small gym snd a small ******.. Executive lounge is also closed but hotel do give 2 boxes of pastries daily. Location is not so convenient, nothing is around the hotel, need to take a grab to malls.

The room given to us was a little dated, but clean and spacious. Service was great as well as the food. Breakfast buffet also has a good selection. Lobby cafe is also cozy.
