maganda po yung place malinis at friendly naman ang mga staff,sa service lang po kami medyo dismayado kasi ang tagal pong iserve yung food inabot po ng lagpas isang oras para lang sa breakfast na egg and bacon with bread. but over all po maganda naman ang stay namin sa uulitin po salamat.

Their deluxe room is very cozy and quite big for 2 pax. Hotel staff is very accommodating and very warm. I'm a regular in this hotel. I always book almost every month in this hotel everytime I travel to Manila

The breakfast is very good here. And the amenities are complete. I urgently needed to print a document and they did without charge. Very friendly staff

Old but still maintained its cleanliness. Will definitely come back again

We’ve been staying at The Heritage every time we visit Manila. Lots of places nearby to shop and dine. I will always choose The Heritage for our future visits in Manila.

We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we arrive from abroad, but this time was quite disappointing. The hotel is old and doesn't seem to keep up with the newer options around. While the room size is fine, it feels outdated. The shower drips continuously, even after it's turned off, and the bathtub’s paint is peeling. It’s a shame because we’ve had positive experiences here before, but it’s clear the hotel needs some maintenance and updates to compete with newer properties.

Good services excellent, but breakfast is not that good as before that we have many choices for filipino foods. Not only dried fish.

Stayed for 3 nights, and overall, it was an excellent experience! Friendly and helpful staff*: The staff were always willing to assist with any queries or requests... Especial mention to miss tess, miss geraldine and miss ariane.

Nice hotel with Affordable price . There is poker ****** games at ground floor . Good service . Front desk and restaurant offers great services . And they provide van service for San Fernando La Union too.

Everything is ok as ive been here 2nd time now .. wha bi like here is the location ..with easy access on foods.. groceries.. everything coz its in baclaran.. and with free transpo servive also to MOA. ****** and live band is what i also like here..

We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . When we say it feels home, it means a lot to us.. We felt home every time we visited this hotel. Home is where the heart is... Thank you again...Job well done.. Excellent customer service. We will come back again..

pool (looks like) only for children😬 space wise not so appealing to adults😬 should've got the spaces on the third (I think) to be an outdoor pool facing the road. overall it's nice
