So far it’s good staff are accommodating and kind, respond for any request that’s are available in the hotel

sabi 24hrs ang hot water pero wala xa at all. NO WATER HEATER SA TOILET. my stain din ang beddings, walang toothbrush and toothpaste need pa mag request. hindi rin disposable ang slippers. WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN ON THIS HOTEL BRANCH

A great little place not far away from the airport which what was exactly what I needed with a 711 and other food right down the road along with a bunch of other amenities.

ok for the money but its just Noisy when you stay 1st floor and its a smoking room.,.ok for short time.

So clean so good talaga maganda ang facilities malinis ang lugar,approachable at mababait ang lahat.Sablay lang sa service ng mga nasa front desk at kay Sir Guard noong pacheckout na kami.Salamat sa kapirasong papel na pinagsulatan namin ng mga paid food bills namin nasalba kami sa kahihiyan.Kahihiyang tumakas daw kami at di nagbayad ng food bills🥴.Miscommunication sa morning and night shift na mga staff tapos kaming guest ang mapapahiya at maaabala kahit bayad na at sila pa ang may dapat e refund sa amin dahil sa maling computation nila(ni refund naman nila).Salamat kay Sir Supervisor sa kalmadong paghandle sa amin,na settle din ang problema.Sa mga gustong sumubok sa hotel na ito make sure lang po na may list kayo lahat ng paid bills nyo o humingi kayo ng resibo para may proof of payment kayo in case na magkaproblema.

I can say that our staycation is super worth it. Complete amenities, I booked it with a discount. I will definitely book again in this hotel.

We reserved a deluxe room in this hotel for a day.Late check in kami around 8pm kasi may event pa kami pinuntahan. Yung aircon ng room namin hindi lumalamig. Nag bigay kami ng many chances na baka naman lalamig din, pero around 12 midnight pawis na pawis na talaga kami. We called sa reception, may pumunta naman agad na staff to check. At nag agree sa amin na talagang walang lamig. Madaling araw need namin lumipat. 🥺 ang hassle kasi need mag change clothes at mag packed ulit ng things. After makalipat ng room, bigla nag power off kala namin brown out. We checked sa labas, hindi naman. Tumawag kami sa reception then ang sabi ay nilipat lang account namin sa kabilang room. Sana lang na inform muna kami, kakagulat e bigla nag power off. 🤣 OK na kami sa nilipatan na room. Ac is working. Mas malinis ang beddings, hindi makati at rough yung bedsheet (unlike sa una). After makalipat ng room, umorder kami ng Pancit, nakalagay pa na pag hindi naideliver in 10 mins libre na. Pero yung samin naideliver almost an hour. Tapos my nag door bell paglabas ko walang tao un pala nilagay ng staff nila sa loob ung food after ng unang pinto sa closet katabi ng shoes namin. Hindi kami informed na ipinasok ang sabi kasi di daw mabubuksan ung unang pinto so hindi ko nakita. Tumawag uli ako para tanungin kung nasaan n ung food. Then minutes after my nag door bell sinabi nya na nailagay na ung food pag talikod ko andun nga katabi ng shoes namin. So naoopen pala nila yung first door. Grabe!😩 Paid ang food kahit late. (Kahit nakapost sa Menu, free if not delivered in 10 minutes 😆) Worst SOGO hotel experience ito. 👎 We've been in other branches, ok naman.
