I love the room. But the facilities and the person is giving us another number to contact to and its so confusing. Don’t have direct phone or person to contact when you check in the same as checkout!

It was fantastic experience for us staying in a hotel like shore, so many restaurants to choose from and convenience store was really a big help. The location is also near MOA, you can take a walk to reach there, nice. The only thing I don’t like is there is no free parking . But over all , it was very good.

Nag wait kami ng 30 mins to check in and yung ammenities na nakalagay is wala, like hair dryer slippers and yung iba is nag message pa ako sa kamila para madala nila sa room but overall experience is 4/5. Mabait yung nag assist samin and malinis yung kwarto, malamig din yung aircon, may heater.

Its a.great place to stay and the staff is good and.i will booked it again for my future vacation.

Very accessible , good reception but you have to wait 3 hours before you can enter the room. The staff assisting was drunk. Broke my bag. Not really good.

The Staffs are friendly. Although my husband is a bit hesitant about giving our IDs fpr confirmation because the 2 staffs that night looks very casual(nakapambahay) instead of wearing formal and uniform attire. As a Pinay, I understand. But still they are working on a residences where foreigners usually stay. My husband thought it was a scam. But I explain the culture. Also I trust my gut feelings that night too. They explained everything well. And happy to go back there if we ever visited Philippines again. Also The staff who helped me with things there, I salute him. He is very kind which my husband was very impressed. Told him don't judge the book by it's cover. We went out and bought some things which is very near the place and the guards are very kind helping us find a spot to smoke since the private and public areas are non-smoking. Kudos Philippines and Shore Residences. I forgot to take pictures since we did not have a long stay also we just need a place to rest and stay for a while. And we're busy packing so...🥰

It’s so clean and affordable and the stuff are good in service and malapit naman siya sa bilihan ng basic needs 🥰👌🏻

The room was excellent and the building itself, but from the staff all the way to the host. It is not accomodating.
