La stanza è molto piccola, l'acqua minerale non viene fornita tutti i giorni e il letto non viene cambiato a giorni alterni. La stanza si trova sul ciglio della strada, proprio all'ingresso del tunnel, ed è molto rumorosa dalla mattina alla sera. Si trova vicino al Museo di Chengdu, al Parco del Popolo e al vicolo Kuanzhai, a meno di 20 minuti a piedi.

L'hotel è molto accogliente e dà alle persone la sensazione di sentirsi a casa. Quando siamo andati alla reception, la signora alla reception ha preparato con cura del succo d'arancia e tutti gli articoli da toeletta nella stanza profumavano di arancia. Anche la colazione è molto buona e di alta qualità. È molto vicino al Parco del Popolo, raggiungibile in 6 minuti a piedi. La prossima volta che verrò a Chengdu soggiornerò di nuovo qui.

Ci sono così tante cose positive in questo hotel. Pulizia di base, asciugacapelli, frigorifero, articoli da toeletta, tutto lì. Il Wi-Fi è buono. Il letto è comodo. Posizione un po' fuori dalle strade principali ma è tranquillo di notte. Camera d'albergo intelligente con diverse impostazioni di luce e indicazione di privacy o riordino della stanza. Devo dire che la pulizia della stanza è molto accurata ed efficiente 👍 L'aria condizionata non è potente. Profumo di agrumi molto gradevole nello shampoo, nel balsamo e nel gel doccia. Asciugamani spessi e soffici. Caffè gratuito disponibile nella hall. C'è un simpatico robot che cammina dicendo scusami scusami 😂 Tornerò di nuovo se possibile.

Non posso dire nulla di negativo sul mio soggiorno in hotel. Mi è piaciuto particolarmente il servizio cortese e il supporto delle signore che erano alla reception il 18 e 19 ottobre. La mia camera d'albergo era molto silenziosa per gli standard cinesi. La colazione è stata, per quanto ne so (ho prestato attenzione solo al buffet cinese e questo è il mio secondo viaggio in Cina), una delle migliori (buona selezione e gustosa) che abbia mai avuto finora.

Uno dei peggiori per gli stranieri è che il personale di questo hotel è un po' maleducato e solo pochi membri dello staff sono abbastanza ragionevoli. Il giorno del check-out, ho chiesto all'hotel di aiutarmi con il taxi, il personale alla reception non è riuscito a organizzarmi, ero quasi a 25 minuti dall'hotel. Alla fine ho chiesto un ospite all'hotel, il signore è stato molto gentile e mi ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi, durante la prenotazione è stato passato un taxi gratuito all'hotel, abbiamo chiamato tutti il ​​taxi si è fermato. Altrimenti avrei perso il mio volo. Fortunatamente anche il tassista, molto gentile, ha capito la mia situazione, ha guidato per primo, mi ha portato all'aeroporto prima che chiudessero gli orari del check-in. Non tornerò mai più in questo hotel. Primo e ultimo per questo tipo di personale, personale poco disponibile alla reception. Mi dispiace davvero per questo hotel. Ci sono due o tre membri dello staff abbastanza ok. Ma non eccellenti come il Nostalgia Hotel. Confrontalo con il Nostalgia Hotel, questo hotel arancione è nero in bianco nel servizio clienti. Pensa se ritardo alla reception di altri 25 minuti perderò il mio biglietto del volo per Shanghai. Quindi non consiglio a nessuno straniero di soggiornare in questo hotel.

After our 4 days JiuZhaiGou trip, we stayed here for 1 night. It is walking distance from the subway station and the famous Wide and Narrow Alley. The receptionists were really friendly to everyone. They were also very helpful when we asked for some dinner recommendations. Our room was clean, spacious and comfy. Hot water and room heater worked well. Wifi was stable and fast. We didn't get the breakfast so we can't comment on it. However, the free coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby is pretty good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Chengdu.

Highly recommended budget hotel just nice for you to crash in! Place was not only clean and nice, but also has an orange theme everywhere in the hotel. Hotel breakfast was a solid 9/10 and the staffs were helpful and polite. Definitely a good budget place for your minimal needs.

Hotel in a convenient location, walking distance to People's park, Tianfu square and Kuanzai alley. Hotel staff super friendly and hospitable. The hotel offers free laundry service which was great! Definitely stay here again in the future!!

Room was smaller than expected but overall great service and very clean .

This was a very comfortable and clean hotel, in a great location for exploring Chengdu. It’s close to the city center and walking distance to two subway lines. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel room with great value for money. Good location too

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

Really convenient location close to the Metro, People’s Park, Tianfu Square, and Kuanzhai Alley. Hotel was nice and clean. Really easy to check in and out. Would stay again!

Location is close to the subways (5-10 minute walk in either direction). But I was more impressed with the staff. Foreign friendly and super helpful. 1:24 minutes from the airport for those visiting Chengdu.
