The room is very spacious and clean. But the aircon was not as cool as I expected. Complete cooking utensils.

You are not allowed to check the room before booking, the seller is not responsible always. I called her so many times at night after booked and she answered my call after a few times I called in the morning. You have to check in after 3pm and they will not clean the room if ever you take it for more than a day. The CR was very small, a few cockroaches too. Good for those who want to hide them from the whole world.

This is my first time staying in manila, I booked the shore residences because this accommodation was near Moa, but I was so disappointed in the shower, the heater wasn't very well and the water was so weak, but the cleanliness was good, I love the view of the balcony, ❤️

Was convenient for airport. Lots of restaurants near by Beachfront with bug wheel and bars a walk away. Would recommend for 1 or 2 nights for arriving or leaving Manila.

Gem br This was a really great place to stay in the space is good for 2 but It can definitely accommodate a small family of 3. For me, you know a place is great when you suddenly want to live in it. It has everything you need, every appliance they had was functional. The wifi is really fast they have their own netflix account so this is really good for a staycation. But if you are here for business, it is just as wonderful because the area is very accessible. Another thing, the customer service is top tier. I tell you I am not an easy person to deal with because i tend to have many queries. But they always acknowledged my queries. They were kind enough to cater to my every need that was in their scope of responsibility. They are very responsive. I even called one of their agent and I think she was asleep when she answered, and she was still kind enough to answer my questions . That's a very difficult thing to do to be kind to a person who woke you up just for a question. Lastly, the place is very very clean and spotless. It also smells good in here. And you are always secure because they have a smart lock. The only thing that isn't great in my room was the view it was a partial view of The city. Still, i had a balcony. Still, they had so much storage space i could stay here for a month if i could. But nonetheless it is perfect. You even have pool access as a bonus. Now that I have tried this place I would definitely trust the place that has the GemtoneBR logo on it. I hope you do to

The unit we booked was terrible. When we arrived, the floor from the bedroom and living room was wet and there’s no even water coming from the shower. Though the owner transferred us to the other unit, it took sometime. Not satisfied with this booking.

Our host is very attentive. Place is very good, rooms has rice cooker, water cooker and pans, washing machine, moa is nearby and foods are just around the corner and groceries store. But Tower 3 has a lot of cockroaches, toilet blockage and wires are exposed in the shower kinda scary to take a shower pls kindly cover them with black tape. Cleaners don’t really clean properly, under corners. My family stayed 5 days and4 nights but no refills and cleanings come during our stays. But this is a nice place in terms of locations. And feels safe.

Our stay here was so worth it. The owner of the unit was very accomadating and quickly assists our requests. Surely on our next staycation we will book here again. Thank you

Got the best stay so far! The unit's very new and very clean. The owners always stay online to answer questions by me, especially about netflix's several updates during our stay. The unit has everything you need for convenience; utensils, slippers, towels, ref, heater, rice cooker, netflix (as mentioned), Alfa mart (just across the bldg.), there's also pools available for 150pesos I think, near MOA (there were trikes near if you don't want to walk from the condo to MOA) Great for unwinding couples. Just remember to be responsible while staying to keep the facility great and beautiful🙏 Kudos to the owners, keep it up!💯

I place was clean and tidy. Spacious for solo traveller. The property manager is very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Near to all

Place is accessible to important places. The unit is enough and good for couple. The caretaker is easy to contact. Less than P120 grab to MOA. Just bring your own toiletries, even though they have. Wifi is fast. No tv channel.
