I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. Il personale è molto accogliente e ha il miglior servizio. Torneremo qui la prossima volta. Ci siamo chiesti un bacio per il bambino e il bacio era davvero carino, hanno la specifica per il bambino e la bambina. L'unica cosa che mi delude è che non hanno forno, ma le strutture e il servizio complessivi saranno forniti un pollice e cinque stelle.

✅ Facile check in/check out ✅ Desktop front upgraded our room ✅ Comfortabile letto e cuscino ✅ Buona AC e riscaldatore da doccia ✅ TV intelligente ✅ Buona internet 😐 Il frigorifero non funziona. 😐 Piscina è enorme e lungo, tuttavia il letto di spiaggia è limitato, quindi non ha molto spazio per lasciare le vostre cose 😐 Ci siamo chiesti un troll per controllare, ma non siamo arrivati finché non abbiamo deciso di portare tutto a termine. 😐 Colazione è ok, non molte scelte 😐 Triste che la vista sul mare sia diversa ora. Quasi nessuna vista sul mare a causa della costruzione proprio davanti all'hotel Tornerà indietro :)

L'esperienza è buona. L'alloggio è buono. Non mi aspetto che raccolgano un deposito di 3k al check-in. (Abbiamo pagato l'hotel al momento della prenotazione). Sulla base della mia esperienza, alcuni hotel non chiedono un deposito, o se lo fanno, è solo 1k. Mi preoccupavo solo cosa se l'ospite non ha quell'importo aggiuntivo in mano. In tutto, ci piace il resto della notte. Aggiornano la nostra camera senza alcun pagamento aggiuntivo. Da un letto regine a un letto regine. Quanto al coglione, in cui ho letto da altre recensioni precedenti... è legittimo. 😅 Ho visto un piccolo coglione sulla mia pigiama. Anche se la nostra stanza era pulita. Comunque, mi piace il colazione.. tanta cibo da scegliere e tutto è delizioso. 👍 Mi consiglierei ancora questo hotel 👌

Had a fun and relaxing stay here. Crews are approachable and friendly. The location is accessible and has a 7/11 nearby. I would recommend, and will definitely come back. Home away from home. 🤍

Questo hotel è super classico. 5 stelle tutto il tempo. Mi spiace che non potessimo massimizzare le strutture e tutto quello che deve offrire, come il nostro tempo, allora era solo per una notte e super stanco venendo da Boracay. Tuttavia, vorrei avere l’opportunità di rimanere ancora lì sperando di un soggiorno più lungo. Immagino che sia un grande soggiorno per le famiglie a Manila. Un po’ sul costoso lato, anche se.

It will now be a favourite hotel of mine in Manila - reasonably priced, great location, near the airport and MOA, room’s size is good for a couple and even a small family, modern decors, clean and nice guest services. Rich and the security who assisted me during checkout - I wish I got his name, (tall and very slim), thanks a lot!

I was charged double. I only found out when my credit card statement came. Tryp immediately acted on the complain however, they did so for the higher amount even if I showed proof of booking for the lower amount. Also, there is a discrepancy on the amount actually charged from the amount I booked. The hotel is good. Only the service is bad.

Ho avuto un bel tempo in questo hotel. La posizione è grande, molto vicino all'aeroporto e Intramuros, Makati, BGC.. il personale è così amichevole e utile. Certamente resterò qui la prossima volta anche a Manila
