Non è lontano dalla spiaggia bianca e dalla città di tramonto. Puoi affittare una moto ovunque.Il responsabile Amie è molto buono, aiuta a affittare una moto, può aiutare a contattare l'auto in un posto lontano. Il prezzo è più economico di quello del software di autobus, e la pioggia ci aiuta ad acquistare un cappotto. Non fare il bagno è molto adatto per i tuoi amici, forse per la famiglia, avrai la possibilità di tornare la prossima volta!!

Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

La Verandah is a home-like resort, all the staffs are really friendly, and always treat you as a family member. Maybe their facilities are not modern and new as some new resorts, their service and food, and the whole atmosphere will surely make you feel unforgettable. If you want to experience a peaceful trip with nice food, good music, and unique french-viet colonial vibe, La Verandah surely will surprise you.

Highly recommended, decent hotel with affordable price. Room is spacious with balcony. Hotel receptionist is nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Around 20min car ride to Phu Quoc safari and Vin wonder. Breakfast buffet was great with variety of choices. They also have their own private beach which is a plus point. Will definitely book this hotel again if we travel to Phu Quoc.

La camera è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Quando sono andato, non ho potuto usare la piscina sul lato Oasis perché era in riparazione. Anche nella stessa serie Vinpearl, è difficile usare un passeggino tra i resort, quindi dovresti sempre controllare l'orario del bus navetta prima di spostarti. A parte questo, il resto è stato soddisfacente. La colazione non era gustosa come previsto. Tuttavia, sono disposto a visitare di nuovo la prossima volta che visito.

I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. La colazione è molto ricca, comprende succhi di frutta appena spremuti e spaghetti di riso appena cucinati. Ci sono diverse piscine e la spiaggia è molto bella! L'insoddisfazione è che l'unità esterna del condizionatore è troppo rumorosa, il che influisce un po' sul sonno. Inoltre, puoi effettuare il check-in solo alle 15:00. Generalmente è possibile effettuare il check-in in hotel alle 2 in punto. C'è un bus navetta gratuito per la stazione della funivia di fronte all'hotel. Quando soggiorni in hotel, consumi tutti e tre i pasti in hotel. Puoi ordinare il pranzo e la cena e il prezzo non è molto costoso.

Prima di tutto il cibo in servizio in camera è molto cattiva e troppo costoso. Sono malato e dovevamo usarlo, ma preferivo rimanere fame allora. Non abbastanza letti solari sulla spiaggia: dovresti andare alla spiaggia non più tardi otto ore per ottenere un divano. Solo una persona parla buona lingua alla reception e è davvero utile e bello con il nome Felix. Gli altri ti danno informazioni sbagliate e il loro inglese è difficile da capire. Durante la mattina, si docciano l'erba e si odora con un bagno septico. La colazione è buona e la posizione è perfetta.La spiaggia stessa è probabilmente la migliore a Phu Qu Ok

Durante il mio recente soggiorno di 5 notti presso Regent Resort e Village Phu Quoc, ho avuto il privilegio di immergermi profondamente nell'esperienza generale. Regent Resort e Village Phu Quoc offre una splendida esperienza di pranzo all'interno della sua struttura, dal ristorante Oku alle opzioni diverse e aromatiche del Rice Market, Ocean Club e Fu Bar, la qualità dei cibi e dei servizi supera costantemente le aspettative. Escitano non solo il fascino estetico, ma forniscono anche un'esperienza di mangiare che è unica e deliziosa, con un'ampia gamma di piatti e un servizio di qualità impeccabile. E' fondamentale applaudire il GM, che viene dall'India, per mostrare costantemente un professionismo non inondato, sempre pronto a affrontare attentamente qualsiasi preoccupazione. Il servizio di auto amico era efficiente e conveniente, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole assicurando un viaggio senza saldature all'interno del resort. Tuttavia, con un toccante rammarico devo riconoscere un singolo svantaggio, la condizione della spiaggia al resort è caduta in aspettative. Purtroppo, questo ha detratto l'opportunità di partecipare alle attività marittime e basco nella piena gloria della bellezza naturale dell'isola di Phu Quoc. Mi auguro che il Regente continuerà a svilupparsi, assicurando una esperienza di alto livello per i suoi ospiti apprezzati. Sono ansioso di vedere l'opportunità di tornare il più presto possibile~

C'è un enorme divario dopo il trasferimento da Regent. Sebbene la stanza sia grande, non è molto pulita. La pressione dell'acqua nel bagno è debole e ogni giorno vengono fornite solo due bottiglie d'acqua. La palestra e la sala giochi hanno un cattivo odore, i due ristoranti dell'hotel non sono deliziosi e il servizio è nella media. Solo la colazione è buona. L'unico posto dove Regent è migliore di Regent è il mare. È più pulito di Regent, ha onde più piccole e meno profonde ed è adatto ai bambini. Molti gruppi turistici taiwanesi soggiornano qui, il 70% di loro sono taiwanesi. Anche se c'è un bus navetta per GrandWorld, il punto di raccolta e di ritorno è abbastanza lontano dallo spettacolo, quindi devi spendere 50k extra per prendere l'autobus del parco lì. L'orario dello spettacolo è alle 9:30 sono passate le 10 dopo lo spettacolo. Sono rimasto a guardarlo fino alla fine. Sia gli adulti che i bambini sono stanchi. È a più di 10 minuti di macchina dallo zoo, il che è abbastanza comodo.
