I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Anantara è un piccolo paradiso a MuiNe. Il resort dell'hotel è ben preparato per prendere turisti da tutto il mondo, il relax è un must. Non appena arrivate mentre aspettate, siete benvenuti con un massaggio rilassante e un personale meraviglioso vi aiuterà. Se si visita MuiNe, Anantara è il posto giusto per voi, splendide opzioni per colazione, spiaggia pulita e camere calde e accoglienti. Grazie in particolare al servizio dettagliato della signora Thao GM, la signora Dung, che ha preso cura della nostra stanza, la signora Huyen, che ci ha aiutati prima di arrivare, e ogni persona dall'hotel che ci ha sempre salutati con un sorriso e una mano d'aiuto.

Questo hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Pace, tranquillità, natura, mare cristallino, colazioni deliziose e personale cordiale. Anche la distanza dalla via principale di Mui Ne è stata un vantaggio, perché il nostro soggiorno non si è trasformato in una giornata di shopping. Siamo usciti solo per pranzo e cena. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per una vacanza che richiede relax e tranquillità. Pulizia giornaliera, tè, caffè e acqua sono stati forniti ogni giorno, e sono state fornite anche storie della buonanotte e torte.

Un luogo fantastico per soggiornare, adatto per famiglie, gruppi di amici o viaggiatori soli che non si preoccupano della tipica scena del centro di Mui Ne, che può essere molto alto e pieno di persone. La spiaggia è situata intorno all'hotel e si può ottenere alimenti per il mare nei ristoranti vicino alla spiaggia. Ci sono anche negozi di comodità per snack rapidi e bagni di base. Assicurati di portare abbastanza denaro se sei un straniero perché la maggior parte delle aziende ci prendono solo pagamento QR o denaro. Il più vicino ATM è di 15 minuti di auto, sul lato della strada. Può essere un po' turbolente se hai il tuo trasporto proprio chiamando un camion via Grab o SM app prenderà un tempo per ottenere un driver, a causa della posizione. Ancora una volta, se sei solo lì per raffreddare per qualche giorno, non devi davvero lasciare quel posto. Era un'ultima prenotazione che si faceva lo stesso giorno, ma Huy mi contattava pochi minuti dopo aver prenotato la stanza e mi guidava su quale compagnia di autobus per prenotare che mi porterà direttamente all'accoglienza, e mi informava del controllo in procedura. Il suo aiuto e il suo sostegno sono molto apprezzati. Ho prenotato un letto regina e mi sono dato un letto gemella al check-in. Era tardi (11:00) quando sono arrivato a causa del traffico. Gratuitamente, Huy mi ha aiutato immediatamente a risolvere il problema assegnandomi ad un altro posto in un edificio diverso. C’erano alcune questioni con la chiusura della porta, e lui inviava subito qualcuno per ripararla.Huy è sempre superresponsivo, non importa il momento in cui mi serviva il suo aiuto.

Il nostro soggiorno all'APEC Mandala di Mũi Né è stata un'esperienza fantastica! L'hotel offriva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per una rilassante vacanza in famiglia. Uno dei punti di forza erano le tre fantastiche piscine, tutte adatte ai bambini. Una piscina aveva un'area giochi dedicata e acqua calda come una vasca idromassaggio, ideale per i più piccoli. Vale la pena notare che l'accesso alla piscina non è incluso nel soggiorno e costa 150.000 VND al giorno per tutta la famiglia, un prezzo che abbiamo trovato ragionevole. La posizione è perfetta se avete intenzione di visitare le vicine Dune di Sabbia Bianca, in quanto è in una posizione comoda per quell'escursione. Tuttavia, è un po' più lontano dal centro città, dove si trovano la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Detto questo, i trasporti sono facili e convenienti: un taxi costa circa 160.000-200.000 VND, oppure è possibile noleggiare uno scooter direttamente in hotel per soli 200.000 VND. I servizi dell'hotel erano eccellenti e il servizio era di prim'ordine. Il personale è stato attento e cordiale, e la persona che ci ha assistito ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessimo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Parlavano anche bene l'inglese, il che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. Anche se non abbiamo provato il cibo in hotel, all'interno della struttura c'erano molti negozi e ristoranti che offrivano pasti freschi, convenienti e deliziosi. Inoltre, i supermercati in loco fornivano tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, dall'attrezzatura da bagno ai beni di prima necessità. APEC Mandala è una scelta fantastica per le famiglie o per chiunque cerchi un soggiorno tranquillo e comodo a Mũi Né, soprattutto se avete in programma di visitare le White Sand Dunes. La posizione era spot  Grandi viste sull'oceano e la spiaggia accesso vista magica  La camera era bella con aria condizionata era un po' ordinaria ma la ricezione era pronta a renderla più comoda offrendo un'altra stanza che è sempre un plus  La colazione era semplice ma disponibile per $3  In generale, un soggiorno molto bello in un ambiente molto pulito  Rimarremmo qui Raccomanderò la posizione 5 stelle per un semplice $33  Io sono confrontato con altri hotel, prenderò questo sopra il serveral nello stesso striscio assolutamente vale la pena $ come se avessimo la nostra spiaggia molto privata

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Il più povero servizio che abbia mai avuto. Il check-in sul desk front lentamente.Molti ospiti aspettavano più di un'ora per arrivare alle chiavi della stanza. Nessun arco con ascensore E mi è stato risposto che non forniscono servizi di pulizia o di maquillaggio 😡, anche io rimango più di una notte!!!! Sono solo ”supporto” per cambiare la tovagliola? !? Che diavolo si chiama ”supporto” qui?

L'hotel è comodo, non molto grande. Il personale è gentile, cura. Il pranzo è meglio lungo la strada in un foschnit, o un caffè con crociere, andando a 300 metri a destra)))) spiaggia come tale no, piscina su quattro) ma siamo venuti con un cane, così su tutto, ma,, occhi chiusi. Nel problema dell'anima con la funzionalità dei mixer e a noi e nella stanza dei nostri amici ..... È possibile vivere, ma non molto ....))))

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
