JJitenLoved this hotel. Had everything I needed and the staff were always there to help if anything was needed. Breakfast was superb, as well the choice of lunch and dinner. The beach and pool was great. There is also a hotel bus that runs into the Phan Thiet centre several times a day which was very handy. Would stay again at Sonata Hotel.

The rooms are exact the same as on photos, not very big but beautifil with all neccessery things
One minus is food, because it's good enough if you stay for several days days like 3-5 days, but we stayed for two weeks and ended up with either pho bo (which by the way is SUPER GOOD) or two eggs with bread, alternating each day and a salad. Because the other two sandwiches are very simple and you wouldn't want to eat them more than twice, and the fish dishes are not suitable for everyone.
But that's more up to the hotel manager who decides what dishes should be on the menu. It would be nice if the scrambled eggs weren't just plain, but at least like the ones they offer on Sundays.
Second minus is noizes - we lived in corner room and we heard everyone in the morning, children yelling in the pool at 7 am, the street, and people who were just entering the territory and talking because our room is basically in the entering zone. It could be great at least close gate for the night and add rule with big letters close to the pool to stay queit al least until 8 am, not everyone wants to wake up early in the vacation

XXiaoPabloAnantara è un piccolo paradiso a MuiNe. Il resort dell'hotel è ben preparato per prendere turisti da tutto il mondo, il relax è un must. Non appena arrivate mentre aspettate, siete benvenuti con un massaggio rilassante e un personale meraviglioso vi aiuterà.
Se si visita MuiNe, Anantara è il posto giusto per voi, splendide opzioni per colazione, spiaggia pulita e camere calde e accoglienti.
Grazie in particolare al servizio dettagliato della signora Thao GM, la signora Dung, che ha preso cura della nostra stanza, la signora Huyen, che ci ha aiutati prima di arrivare, e ogni persona dall'hotel che ci ha sempre salutati con un sorriso e una mano d'aiuto.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Pace, tranquillità, natura, mare cristallino, colazioni deliziose e personale cordiale. Anche la distanza dalla via principale di Mui Ne è stata un vantaggio, perché il nostro soggiorno non si è trasformato in una giornata di shopping. Siamo usciti solo per pranzo e cena. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per una vacanza che richiede relax e tranquillità. Pulizia giornaliera, tè, caffè e acqua sono stati forniti ogni giorno, e sono state fornite anche storie della buonanotte e torte.

UUtente ospiteStayed during peak season, so we expected it to be busy. However, we were told only one room was available and had to upgrade at nearly three times our original booking price. For that rate, the room was small and below expectations.
The most concerning issue was the lack of hot water. We reported it multiple times and were repeatedly told someone would fix it, but it was never resolved during our stay. Hot water is a basic standard, especially at this price level.
There was initially no kettle in the room. It was eventually found in another location, but this could have been clearly communicated instead of requiring repeated follow-ups.
Breakfast was underwhelming, and the coffee was not hot. When I requested a hot coffee, I was told I would need to pay extra, which was disappointing given the overall experience.
The following day, as the holiday period ended, a large number of guests checked out and room availability increased significantly. The room rates also dropped dramatically. This suggests the premium rate charged the night before was purely due to temporary peak demand, without a corresponding level of service or quality.
Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid.

Il colazione è una varietà di scelte, il personale di servizio non pulisce attivamente la mia tavola, solo in attesa all'angolo che sorveglia tutto con niente, ho portato a lui più volte i prodotti da tavola usati, Purtroppo e male, tutti ignorano la mia azione senza migliorare :(
Il check out è molto lento al mezzogiorno con lobby molto caldo, dovrebbe creare alcuni fan elettrici.

TTravellerSALa vista è fantastica. I palazzi sono vecchi, ma non che non potessi regolare. Amichevole personale. La colazione non era di molte varietà di pollo, ma può chiedere oggetti d'uovo e li preparino per voi. Un minimo list può godere di questo posto. Non un aspetto moderno, ma un ambiente molto vecchio e grande.

Ну а теперь минусы - уборка!!! И дело даже не в качестве. Система вообще не понятна за 20 дней отдыха , то в 11 утра, то в 14, то 16 даже в 18 приходили, смотришь прикатили телегу под дверь- собрались ушли, пришли через 2 часа - конь не валялся, полотенца меняют как понравиться - вроде чистое, сложили и пошли. Пляжное тоже меняют в номере, если вы на море или бассейне со своим, то обмена нет, бегаете потом за персоналом.Матрас очень жёсткий, это ещё можно пережить, но подушки мама дорогая, к ним так и не привыкла.Балконы грязные, окна ну хотя бы раз в неделю можно протереть. В последние пару дней перед отъездом начали ремонт в нашем корпусе (первый к морю) ну как ремонт- косметика, ну будет почище.
По выходным приезжает много местных, конечно становится очень шумно, в будни более релакс. Ну и разный контингент соотечественников, первые две недели прям спокойно, потом - прям группа ”Тагил” заехала.
А вообще Вьетнам прекрасен, Муйне обожаю не смотря на его неспокойное морюшко, еда вкусно и дёшево, благодаря ветру нет удушающей жары,
доступный неплохой массаж по цене 170000 донгов.
Чуть не забыла - кофе, конечно самый вкусный и разнообразный кофе!!!

MM.RomanchikБольшой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

UUtente ospiteBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
