I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno di due notti al resort. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite, anche se ho trovato un po’ di anatre sul desk. La progettazione del bagno poteva essere migliorata, perché si era inclinata a diventare un po’ bagnata dopo il bagno, creando qualche inconveniente. Ogni notte, il resort ci sorprende con i dolci trattamenti locali, che sono stati un bel toccamento. Personalmente, non ero un fan del design del resort; gli alberi sopraccigliati lo facevano sentire un po’ inghiottito, e sembravano che ci fossero molti insetti e mosquiti intorno. La piscina era grande e calda, rendendola piacevole per nuotare, e la spiaggia era ben mantenuta. Il servizio per colazione si è concluso alle 10:30 e quando sono arrivato alle 9:00, c'era meno cibo che prima. Mi piaceva la crema bruciata, ma non è stato riempito dopo. Inoltre, il personale non sembrava molto attento in questo periodo; dovevo ricordargli di pulire la mia pila di piastrelle, così potevo continuare a mangiare. Inoltre, il servizio era in generale abbastanza buono. Potrei considerare di tornare se visitassi ancora Mui Ne.

Questo hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Pace, tranquillità, natura, mare cristallino, colazioni deliziose e personale cordiale. Anche la distanza dalla via principale di Mui Ne è stata un vantaggio, perché il nostro soggiorno non si è trasformato in una giornata di shopping. Siamo usciti solo per pranzo e cena. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per una vacanza che richiede relax e tranquillità. Pulizia giornaliera, tè, caffè e acqua sono stati forniti ogni giorno, e sono state fornite anche storie della buonanotte e torte.

Un luogo fantastico per soggiornare, adatto per famiglie, gruppi di amici o viaggiatori soli che non si preoccupano della tipica scena del centro di Mui Ne, che può essere molto alto e pieno di persone. La spiaggia è situata intorno all'hotel e si può ottenere alimenti per il mare nei ristoranti vicino alla spiaggia. Ci sono anche negozi di comodità per snack rapidi e bagni di base. Assicurati di portare abbastanza denaro se sei un straniero perché la maggior parte delle aziende ci prendono solo pagamento QR o denaro. Il più vicino ATM è di 15 minuti di auto, sul lato della strada. Può essere un po' turbolente se hai il tuo trasporto proprio chiamando un camion via Grab o SM app prenderà un tempo per ottenere un driver, a causa della posizione. Ancora una volta, se sei solo lì per raffreddare per qualche giorno, non devi davvero lasciare quel posto. Era un'ultima prenotazione che si faceva lo stesso giorno, ma Huy mi contattava pochi minuti dopo aver prenotato la stanza e mi guidava su quale compagnia di autobus per prenotare che mi porterà direttamente all'accoglienza, e mi informava del controllo in procedura. Il suo aiuto e il suo sostegno sono molto apprezzati. Ho prenotato un letto regina e mi sono dato un letto gemella al check-in. Era tardi (11:00) quando sono arrivato a causa del traffico. Gratuitamente, Huy mi ha aiutato immediatamente a risolvere il problema assegnandomi ad un altro posto in un edificio diverso. C’erano alcune questioni con la chiusura della porta, e lui inviava subito qualcuno per ripararla.Huy è sempre superresponsivo, non importa il momento in cui mi serviva il suo aiuto.

Privacy: Very poor. The glass front means anyone walking by can see inside. You have to close the curtains all day, which ruins the view. Amenities: The hotel lacks activities. It needs things like outdoor movies or social events to give guests a reason to stay. Dining: Disappointing. Food quality is low, and the service is unprofessional—they served my main dishes before the starter. Beach: Extremely dirty and full of trash. Unacceptable for a beach resort. If you just want photos or content video for social media, it’s fine. But for a real retreat, it’s not worth the price. 3-star quality at best. I won’t be returning. Useful feedback for the owner to improve.

Retroazione dell'hotel Follow-up Ho riferito al responsabile del servizio l’atteggiamento del personale di ricezione e il modo in cui è stato affrontato il problema. Vorrei esprimere la mia apprezzamento alla signora Nhi per la sua disponibilità a ascoltare e riconoscere il feedback dell’ospite. La signora ha affrontato la denuncia con un atteggiamento positivo e ha compiuto ogni sforzo per migliorare la situazione. Durante il soggiorno di due giorni, i suoi sforzi hanno consentito al cliente di riconoscere la sincerità dell’hotel. Come hotel a cinque stelle operante sotto un marchio internazionale, l'atteggiamento di servizio è di fondamentale importanza se l'hotel intende attrarre più ospiti internazionali. Il rispetto reciproco è essenziale. Mentre la proprietà può ancora essere considerata per i futuri soggiorni, coloro che si aspettano un vero standard di servizio a cinque stelle sono consigliati di moderare le loro aspettative.

Hotel is very beautiful! The stuff is sooo heplfull and nice! We are really very grateful to the people who work there! The rooms are exact the same as on photos, not very big but beautifil with all neccessery things One minus is food, because it's good enough if you stay for several days days like 3-5 days, but we stayed for two weeks and ended up with either pho bo (which by the way is SUPER GOOD) or two eggs with bread, alternating each day and a salad. Because the other two sandwiches are very simple and you wouldn't want to eat them more than twice, and the fish dishes are not suitable for everyone. But that's more up to the hotel manager who decides what dishes should be on the menu. It would be nice if the scrambled eggs weren't just plain, but at least like the ones they offer on Sundays. Second minus is noizes - we lived in corner room and we heard everyone in the morning, children yelling in the pool at 7 am, the street, and people who were just entering the territory and talking because our room is basically in the entering zone. It could be great at least close gate for the night and add rule with big letters close to the pool to stay queit al least until 8 am, not everyone wants to wake up early in the vacation

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
