Hotel con parcheggio a Tashkent

Hotel semplice e pulito in una posizione centrale. Mi giro principalmente cabine perché non è molto vicino al metro. L'unico lato è solo letti come biancheria, mi sveglio nel mezzo della notte sentire freddo. Chiedere un giusto giacca se si preoccupa per il freddo. Le pareti sono un po' sottili, potrei sentire le persone aprire e chiudere la porta. Altrimenti, è un bel posto per stare per una notte o due.

Il servizio generale è stato eccellente. Il personale è stato molto utile nel tentativo di aggiornarci a causa del nostro status di membro, anche se le camere erano molto occupate. Ci siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro aggiornamento l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno.

Servizi: Le camere dell'hotel sono abbastanza spaziose e la lussuosa terrazza è perfetta per le feste. La piscina sarà disponibile la prossima settimana e viene pulita da due giorni. La doccia integrata tende a schizzare. Lo scarico del water funziona bene, ma la valvola di non ritorno è un po' complicata, causando l'accumulo di acqua. Da bambino cinese cresciuto con la cultura del risparmio idrico, mi dispiace per le risorse idriche. Pulizia: Le camere sono generalmente pulite e ordinate. La biancheria necessita di essere cambiata regolarmente; è un po' usurata e trasandata. Ambiente: L'ambiente è piacevole, situato in un vicolo, non rumoroso. L'ambiente è meraviglioso, con gli uccelli che ti svegliano la mattina presto. La posizione è vicina all'aeroporto, leggermente più lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, e i taxi sono facilmente accessibili. La libertà di usare i taxi è una realtà in Uzbekistan! Veicoli cinesi a nuova energia, YYDS! Servizio: Il proprietario cinese è stato gentile, più accogliente del personale locale. Alla partenza, ci ha persino regalato una serie di monete commemorative. Abbiamo prenotato un taxi Comfort+ gratuito per l'aeroporto. Eccellente! La colazione non era molto abbondante, ma considerando il prezzo complessivo degli hotel a Tashkent, è più che accettabile. Anche la colazione nelle vicine catene di caffè come Bon! o Safia è deliziosa.

Really nice experience at Swissôtel Tashkent. Clean and stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything felt comfortable and well organized — would happily stay again.

Great value stay with excellent breakfast in Tashkent We stayed at Viva Hotel in Tashkent and found it to be a comfortable and good value option. The location is convenient. It is about a 12 minute walk to Kosmonavtlar Metro Station, and there are plenty of markets and places to eat within walking distance. It is easy to get around the city from here. The room was very big and spacious. The beds were soft and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, with a western-style toilet and enough space for a comfortable shower. There is no TV in the room, and there are limited convenient plugs for charging devices. However, you can use one of the wall outlets that is normally used for the water boiler. The hotel provides tea and cups, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one of the three staff members spoke English, so you may need to use a translation app to communicate at times. Despite the language barrier, the staff were still accommodating and tried their best to assist. Breakfast was excellent, with many options available. It starts early at 7:00 a.m., which is very convenient if you have an early morning train. If your train departs at 8:00 a.m. or later, you can still enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the station. There are elevators to access the rooms. Soundproofing is acceptable, not perfect, but not problematic either. Overall, this hotel offers very good value for the price. The location is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Tashkent.

Mi è piaciuto l'hotel, le colazioni erano eccellenti, i ragazzi alla reception erano reattivi, la pulizia era giornaliera, diceva che non c'erano finestre, ma c'era una finestra e l'aria condizionata, solo la TV non funzionava, hanno dato una scorta illimitata di acqua, c'erano spazzolini da denti e dentifricio, la piscina è un argomento caldo con il caldo

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

Bellissimo hotel di lusso in stile antico. Sebbene non sia stato ristrutturato negli ultimi due anni, lo standard è ancora elevato. Ad esempio, la BMW Serie 5 che guido da cinque anni è ancora molto buona. Soprattutto la colazione, molto ricca, con tanta frutta e cibi caldi. L'hotel è anche molto pulito e igienico. Anche il servizio è molto buono, il personale è molto entusiasta e la zona circostante è molto sicura. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è un parco con due ristoranti di lusso, anch'essi molto buoni. Si trova a circa 200 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo. Nel complesso è un posto molto bello e sicuro in cui soggiornare.
