La posizione dell'hotel è buona, proprio al contrario del Museo di cabina aerea di Midway.La stanza è molto nuova e comoda, le strutture dell'hotel sono buone, la sala fitness è molto grande e la vista è. La piscina esterna è troppo piccola, la lunghezza sembra essere di dieci metri. C'è un ristorante italiano molto buono al 19° piano, metà dei posti sono aperti e metà spaziosi. Molti ospiti devono prenotare in anticipo.

Nel complesso buono. Sarebbe bello sapere che, a differenza di altri hotel, non ci sono frigorifero, vasca da bagno o bagnoschiuma. Facevo colazione ogni mattina, ma non era a buffet, e usavo il bar e il ristorante al primo piano dell'Indigo. Il gusto è di circa 3,5 punti. Costa circa $ 12-18, ma se non hai molte famiglie, ci sono molti negozi per il brunch in giro, quindi è consigliabile uscire e mangiare. È di 30 dollari a persona per la colazione, ma è già pagato, ma al ristorante per la colazione il prezzo del cibo è di circa 10 dollari, quindi puoi ordinarne uno alla volta. Penso che fosse più perché non vedevo l'ora di fare colazione. Tutto il resto è buono. L'isolamento acustico andrà bene se non è molto sensibile

Non mi aspetto che il colazione sia come un fast food / Grap & Go come il nome dell'hotel Suites. Questo è fuori dalla mia aspettativa personale e non so perché hanno pagato ogni notte per USD 25. Ho pagato tutte le tasse e le spese di servizio Trip.com e si esce 1 tassa è la tassa urbana. Gli stavo chiedendo cosa c'è e il desk ha detto che è una sorta di tassa per la città, ma puoi andare al negozio di snack (non ricordo cosa chiamano) e comprare qualcosa, possono dedurre questa fattura, non ho bisogno di pagare. Loved this place. Great location. We were able to walk around the bay. Great room on the 7th floor with a view of the Bay. Watched 3 cruise ships come and go. Super comfy bed, nice water pressure in the shower. Staff were so friendly and breakfast was delicious and abundant. The Sky Bar is a great setting but the food was definitely below standard, especially for the price. My only other comment is how strange that none of the windows are tinted. There's zero privacy. People from the street can clearly see you. But we loved our stay, felt we got great value and strongly recommend it!

We recently had a 9 night stay here in a king studio. For a first time stay in San Diego, without a car, the location was excellent. We were within 15 mins walk of a number of interesting places to visit (e.g Seaport Village in one direction and Little Italy in the other) with USS Midway right across the street. Also more than enough restaurants within walking distance. Other places were easily reached on the trolley or by Uber. The room was very good. Fully equipped kitchen, including pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The hotel even provided a small bottle of washing up liquid, a scourer and a couple of dishwasher tablets - this was all replenished every 4 days. There were plenty of sockets, including usb points. Housekeeping was every 2 days and always turned up. The only 2 points some people may find to be slightly negative is that there was no safe in the room and the bathroom door was a sliding door which, when closed, had a bit of a gap round it. We used the pool a few times - plenty of towels and some beds in the shade. We also used the hotel laundry. This had lots of machines and just needed a credit card to operate. I think I saw a note to say that detergents could be purchased at reception although I had already picked up some travel sizes in Target. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate. Also nice to have some tables outside. Overall we had a brilliant stay and are hoping to go back next year when we come off a cruise (just across the street so no Uber required).

Questo hotel è vicino alla porta della Baia di Westin San Diego. Questo è un piccolo hotel boutique con un bel lobby. Devi andare sulle scale all'ingresso frontale e parcheggiare all'edificio intorno all'angolo per $25 per notte. Il tipico fotografo, il modello di camera è alto, è molto vecchio, più come un hotel commerciale.Il letto paesaggio riservato è grande, anche se il paesaggio è buono, ma le strutture sono vecchie.Abbiamo aperto il condizionamento per dieci minuti e abbiamo pensato di cambiare la stanza per trovare un lavoro per la riparazione.Vivremo solo per una notte. Una notte di autoparking 45 cucchiai, la strada da parcheggio all'hotel è molto rotta 😨 in generale si sente come un hotel a 3 stelle.

I understand that after the pandemic it's challenging to find good people to work however even if the people are not the best, it's up to the hotel to train those people to be a stellar example of what the hotel stands for, to be customer service oriented, and to try the best they can. Unfortunately the Horton Grand doesn't do that with their employees or contractors. They obviously can't afford a concierge, so we were greeted by a sleeping security person. I thought it was funny so I giggled and accidentally woke him up - only for him to tell my husband to tell his wife ”to chill out, and it is the season.” I did go and apologize for waking him - however is security supposed to be sleeping on the job and the first introduction to your hotel? There was only one trash can in our room. I left a do not disturb sign on the door and asked that housekeeping just leave the trash can outside our room. I came to find out, as we were leaving, that they not only entered the room with the door not disturb sign on it, but threw two personal items away that were not trash. So beware, they were not trained to and do not respect your privacy. On New Years Eve late afternoon, when there was a lot of chaos in the hotel - people coming, going, tours walking through the hotel, they continued to have a Security guard there. First of all I thought great, someone to check to make sure that only guests are going upstairs, only to realize that that's not what he was doing (different guy from above) he was just sitting there eating a sandwich checking nothing. So anyone could have walked in, taken the elevators, and broken into rooms. All in all the hotel staff had a ”couldn't be bothered” attitude - when I booked I told them it was our wedding anniversary. They did nothing to acknowledge it, not even a Happy Anniversary. We had been to another hotel in a different city before our trip to San Diego and when we walked in the door, they greeted us with a Happy Anniversary - and we had a lovely handwritten note in the room when we arrived. It is the little things that make a hotel special and one that you feel like returning to. Horton doesn't do that. Also the arrangement with the Salt and Whiskey restaurant doesn't really work as efficiently as it could. We assume the entire restaurant staff (which is small in number) worked New Years Eve which meant that none of them turned up for the breakfast shift on New Years' morning - there was no notification, just you walked into the restaurant and there was no one there. Also, you can't sign anything from the restaurant to your room - you have to pay separately. If you walked downstairs without your wallet or purse because you thought you were staying on property, then it's inconvenient. You get used to it but it not how most restaurant and hotels work. Plus there could be more synchronicity between the two establishments - the restaurant could offer a 10 or 15% discount on purchases if you are staying at the hotel to try to enco

Pulizia, comoda e conveniente. La posizione era eccellente! Pequena Italia, facile camminare sul trolley. Area sicura e pulita. Anche in una zona con un grande servizio di autobus. Il personale era benvenuto, amichevole e divertente. La camera comune ha una bella tavola da piscina, alcuni giochi e libri e due divano confortevoli. Ci è anche uno spazio esterno meraviglioso. Lavatrice/siccato disponibile (moneta op). Molto bellissimi pacchetti con tende nere, un cubo per immagazzinare le cose, una lampada e sia il caricamento USB che elettrico. Vorrei consigliare di non usare questi, poiché potrebbe essere scomodo per i vostri compagni di stanza (un po' alto e si occupano di tutto lo spazio di pavimento quando vengono tirati fuori). Ci sono altri schermi nella sala e vorrei raccomandarli di usarli invece per evitare di disturbare i vostri compagni di bunk. I bagni erano un po' peggio per indossare, ma erano puliti. Letto è fornito. Gli asciugamani sono forniti gratuitamente (ma sono arrivati prima a servire). Non ci sono vestiti da lavaggio o toilette (alcune ostelli lo fanno, altre non lo fanno). La cucina è molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Veramente felice con il mio soggiorno! Gli ospiti erano di tutte le età, che è stato bello perché, a 45, spesso mi sento fuori posto come la persona più anziana in un ostello. Questo (grazievolmente) non era un ostello ”festa”. I ospiti erano divertenti e amichevoli, ma non erano alti o raffinati.
