Hotel con parcheggio a Contea di Orange

Alex il manager del desk front è super bello e utile. La posizione dell'hotel è grande, molti negozi vicino. Inoltre offrono servizi di navetta complimentare a Disney, Dave e Tony sono sia grandi e amichevoli. Vorrei consigliare di rimanere in questo luogo se si visita Disney. Solo in basso sarebbe il bagno, si drenava molto lentamente, se si prendeva la doccia troppo a lungo, il tubo sarebbe inondato.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Service was good as expected and location is great, walking distance from the theme parks. But there is some communication problem between trip.com and the hotel. I booked a 2 queen beds bedroom and mentioned in my booking that we are a family of 3. But the hotel said they could not see the info from trip.com and so they only gave us a 1 king bed room. They offered us a rolling bed for free, but that was not exactly what we booked and expected.

Ottimo soggiorno di una settimana! Sono arrivato per un convegno e ho aggiunto un po' di tempo a Disneyland. A pochi passi dal Convention Center, da numerosi ristoranti, da Disneyland e dal parcheggio/servizio navetta di Toy Story per Disneyland. Vista sui fuochi d'artificio dal balcone. Personale disponibile. L'acqua del rubinetto locale non ha un sapore di mio gradimento, ma il distributore d'acqua in bottiglia in palestra ha funzionato bene.

Il personale era molto amichevole. Ho preso il treno Amtrak e sono arrivato all'hotel in mattinata. Ho potuto controllare intorno alle 10 e mi sono sentito così felice. L'hotel è situato vicino a Disneyland. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa, con un letto morbido e un'ottima attrezzatura.

Extremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

L'hotel di transizione è molto consigliabile, il rapporto prezzo è troppo alto. A 5 minuti dall'aeroporto, informare il volo in anticipo, prendere il volo più di 11 a ore in tempo, è molto conveniente.Le strutture della camera dell'hotel sono basicamente come casa, pulito, non forniscono dentifricio unico, ricordi. The staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was a no frills type room. While it had a really nice bathroom. And the bedroom had a mini fridge and a microwave. It didn't have a dresser. It did have a tv with cable.I ordered a room with a king size bed, and got a room with one queen size bed. And a headboard left on the wall where the second queen had once been. It gave the room a spacious feeling. Despite being the wrong size bed, I didn't complain. I'm not more than. 6' like some people that need a king size bed. Anf at the end of the day, it's just a place to sleep and get a shower. It was a comfortable sleep. And despite being on the corner wasn't as quiet as I had hoped. But it's a motel. Non-smoking rooms available. There is a pool. I didn't check it out though I was too tired my first day, and too busy the next. If you don't require much, this might be for you. The price is right and the location is prime.

Io e mio marito eravamo molto sconvolti dal modo in cui questa stanza sembrava.Considerato la sua posizione, Anaheim Hills. Il bagno è rotto, si muove quando si attiva. Il titolare del gluteo non ha gluteo e la sua rustica. Le luci avevano bisogno di nuove candele, quindi era molto buio nella stanza. Nessuna delle macchine di ghiaccio funzionava, e quando le ho detto che non mi ha detto niente, come se non le importasse. Poi ho chiesto di fare i vestiti per la mano, di lavarsi i vestiti e di fare un altro asciugamano, e la ragazza ha detto no, non hanno fatto la lavanderia, così io e il mio marito non avevamo lavato i vestiti per lavarci la faccia, né secco le mani. Poi il caffè complimentare al mattino, mi aspettavo,. Non esisteva mai. mi ha detto che dovevo pagare per una tazza di caffè nero 4.00!!! Il frigorifero nella nostra stanza era rotto, la porta era tenuta insieme con la cintura!! Come può una bella città avere un hotel così schifoso!!! Perché non si risolve le cose che rompono, ha dato ghiaccio ai vostri clienti, e asciugamani!! Asciugamani sono molto importanti!! Non mentire su un caffè complimentare e poi cercare di venderlo per 4.00 una tazza. È un hotel che deve essere sistemato.È assolutamente assurdo, e potrebbe essere così bello se solo si disegna un po' di cose. Mi dispiace, ma una stella mi serve una tovagliola quando uscirò dalla doccia. Anche io ho bisogno di ghiaccio e il caffè sarebbe molto apprezzato.
