UUtente ospiteI recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è convenientemente situata vicino all'aeroporto e alla Guam Premier Outlet. In generale, il nostro soggiorno a Wyndham è stato grande, non dimentichiamo che la maggior parte del personale sono Filippini che sono molto accoglienti e utili. La camera è grande con un divano e un'area da pranzo e è grande per 2 persone.

UUtente ospite久しぶりのグアム。一人旅という事で繁華街に近いREEFにしてみました。ホテルはやはり年季の入った感じでキラキラ感はありません。部屋も水回りなどは一応清潔という感じ。レストランの排水が故障していて朝食付きで予約していましたが、エッグスンシングス、IHOP、あともう一つのレストランに食べに行く事に。でもミールクーポンは何時に使ってもよかったので昼飯もOKで結果良かったです。1人で一部屋でしたが朝食代は2人分お支払い。なのでミールクーポンも2人分貰えてラッキー。晩御飯代しかかからず節約出来ました！プールは常にガラガラで席取り合戦にならず安心。インフィニティプールで天気が良ければサンセットも見れます！DFS、JPストアなど徒歩ですぐ。トロリー乗り場も通り沿いにあり移動は簡単。Kマートだけちょっと行きづらいです。

Even though there still a lot of people hanging out i’m still love this hotel. Front desk officer are very accommodating and friendly. The place of this hotel is superb. Will visit guam soon and will choose this again.

UUtente ospiteTimes are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks.

UUtente ospiteThe place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.

SSnowpuffThe facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.
