The facility as a whole is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff at both check-in and check-out were welcoming, courteous, helpful, and professional. The on-site restaurant was wonderful for a road-weary traveler - the associate in charge at dinner was so friendly, attentive, and kind, and the food was great. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and sparkling clean. The lighting is good, the work space was ample with plenty of plugs for devices and chargers, and the easy chair and ottoman were very comfy for relaxing after finishing up desk-work. It was an excellent stay and I'll definitely be recommending this location to anyone I know staying in the area, and returning myself if I need an overnight in the area again.

This was the worst Marriott stay ever. The pictures look nice but I’m person it was extremely small. There’s no restaurant. The front TV buttons and remote barely worked. The sofa bed is not a double and very thin, found a goldfish underneath the mattress. The bathroom was picked up but not clean, the toilet paper was left from previous guest an only one extra roll was left to replace it. The bed sheets were not washed, there was static when moving them, the pillow cases were wrinkled and stained. I will be emailing corporate but this property is a disgrace to the Marriott name. Front Night staff and Night kitchen person was very nice, helpful and respectful so they’re not to blame. I will never stay here again with my money

As a business traveler traveling with my wife there are key aspects that are critical and key aspects I want to dispense with 1: Clean rooms - excellent 2: good beds - excellent 3: fresh towels, hot water, quality soap - excellent 4: Hot breakfast - excellent 5: Self parking - lighted - excellent 6: workout area - bright, roomy 7: coffee in room - excellent 8: Business center for printing : efficient This hotel excelled at all of the above. As a bonus these rooms and common areas where all recently renovated with fresh paint, clean carpets and no “carpet fresh” smells I also don’t want to be upsold or feel like every service event is a tip or high priced extras I would recommend this hotel to friends family and business associates. This was the third stay at this hotel in a year where I had the same experience of having to unload a week's travel luggage for my wife and I from my car with no luggage carts available from the hotel. This hotel with over 170 rooms only has a total of 3 luggage carts and they are never available as the lucky few who snag one keeps it in their room so they will have one when they go to check out. The local workers are embarrassed about it and one of the front desk workers kindly volunteered to help my wife and I unload the car by hand and carry each piece to the elevator and room. I don't see this issue as just a local problem, it is a HILTON problem that they won't address, and it is ruining their reputation. I just cancelled out all of my current reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn and it will be many moons before I ever book at one again. I wanted to upload a picture of one of their luggage carts but I never saw one the whole time I was there.

LLando SLa stanza era pulita. Il personale che ha gestito il check-in era sorprendente. Era molto amichevole. Era un po' deluso nel colazione. Spero che avrebbero avuto biscotti e sepoltura, ma non c'era nessuno. Sicuramente userà Holiday Inn Express. Non ho ancora una cattiva esperienza.

AAmenaliaSono rimasto in questo hotel con mia figlia il fine settimana scorsa 7/29. Eravamo davvero stanchi quando siamo arrivati e siamo andati a letto. La mattina dopo ho capito alcune grandi questioni e ho parlato con l'ufficio del fronte. Ho anche mandato video e foto al direttore di custodia che era in servizio. Era molto scusata e così la signora lavorava al divano di fronte. Ma quando il direttore, penso che il suo nome fosse Corey, uscì.... La sua atteggiamento era orribile. In realtà, non sapevo che fosse il manager prima che lo vidi camminare, ma quando ho detto ”Buongiorno”, si è appena mantenuto camminando. Quindi forse aveva un brutto giorno... INDICATIVO, non è colpa mia. Mi ha offerto di dare alcuni punti, ma per la questione che avevo, che non era sufficiente!! Non ha fatto alcun sforzo per fare altro, anche dopo aver espresso il fatto che non ero felice. E l'ho detto in modo bello, ma ho ricevuto nulla, ma una cattiva atteggiamento in cambio!! Non condivido il video qui, solo perché la signora del colazione era eccellente... e il lavoratore del desk front era un dolce..... Ma quel manager era il peggio 👎🏾

I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I felt compelled to share. My family and I stayed at the Best Western Plus Desoto in Olive Branch, Mississippi, for our family reunion, which had been booked months in advance. Despite this, the hotel was poorly staffed and completely unprepared to handle guests. Our room had bugs and spiders, and when we requested the room be sprayed, we were told housekeeping leaves at 2 PM, and nothing was done. Basic supplies like toilet tissue weren’t replenished, forcing us to repeatedly go to the front desk. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room; they just dropped off a single towel, and by the second night, they had run out of clean towels altogether. This wasn’t just an issue with the employees—it’s clearly a management problem. The front desk was often unattended, leaving guests frustrated, and the hotel was clearly overwhelmed despite knowing it was fully booked for an event. The entire hotel seemed poorly managed, from wobbly lobby chairs to the lack of clean rooms and supplies. I’ve never stayed in a hotel this disorganized, and I definitely won’t be back. The fact that the hotel was booked months in advance for a family reunion yet was so unprepared is absolutely ridiculous.

Worst hotel experience ever and I’m still dealing with it. Steven, the night manager, is a liar. The elevator is broken and has been for some time now and I was told it will be for awhile. They put us on the 3rd floor. We decided it was fine and would deal with lugging all our luggage up three flights of stairs as a family of 5. The hallway outside our room was 88 degrees per the thermostat on the wall. Again, we would deal with that since it wasn’t our room. We drop our luggage and go eat. When we get back it’s after 9:00 and getting ready for bed. We notice the A/C in the room is not getting any cooler. Our floor is sticky. Even the carpet is sticky. I go down to the front desk and talk to Steven. He was apologetic and another worker told us they’d move us to a room down the hall and wanted us to go check to make sure the A/C was working. 🚩 red flag. I ask if there was the same amount of beds and I was told yes. My husband goes down to check and there were not enough beds. So I go back down to the front desk and tell them. Steven looked very surprised by this. He then says he can move us to the first floor. I ask if there’s the same amount of beds. He tells me no. They don’t have any more suites available. I send a text to my husband and he says no he doesn’t want to lug all the luggage and kids down and still have to squeeze into the beds. I tell Steven that my husband said no he didn’t want to move. Steven then tells me he’s giving us 3,000 points and he got the price down to $75. I said okay. Never did I say we were leaving the hotel or wanted to check out. At 7:30 the following morning we were awoken by someone trying to come in our room. The door opened and hit the lock bar. Scared all of us. My husband goes out to see what it’s about and a man is standing there saying he was told we were checked out and he needed to fix the A/C. This was news to me because me and Steven never had that conversation. 30 minutes later, the same guy and a front desk clerk both come up and told my husband we were checked out. So after getting all the kids up and around we load up in the car and I go to check out. Cherita at the front desk was extremely rude and said she had called Steven at home and woke him up and he told her we were checked out and now to charge us the full price of the room. I said no, he said it would be $75. She was very rude so I asked for her name. She grabbed her name tag and basically pushed it in my face. I grabbed the business card for the district manager. I called and left a message for Katrina the DM. Two days later Katrina calls me and apologizes and says that’s not the way she does things. She asked for my email and said if I gave her a couple days she would send me a receipt for $0.00 balance. I thought okay. That’s great. We get home from vacation and check our credit card statement. We have been charged the full price of the room. I call the hotel and Steven answers. I explain to him w

Lots of carbohydrate choices. Not much protein. Bathroom was outdated with large, heavy glass doors. There are a lot of hotels in the area.

Mio marito si è divertito con il riclinatore. I danni erano: mancava l'argento e non c'era nessuna parte di ricambio; un nodo di tempore controlla l'elettricità al piano di sopra (stava mancato e il pranzo era un po' ritardato mentre il personale trovava un sostituto); Gli utensili da cucina erano molto limitati - solo una forca e una spatula dura - per favore aggiungere una grande spatula e forse una spatula di gomma; avevamo solo 1 muffa e il cameriere ci ha portato due corrispondenti. Per un motel a lungo soggiorno, i prodotti da cucina/divorzio forniti sono molto limitati. Anche se questo non ha nulla a che vedere con noi, si prega di notare che Candlewood Suites non serve un colazione complimentare. Proveremo di nuovo questo marchio e inventeremo la cucina all'arrivo, così non siamo in ritardo al pranzo.

UUtente ospiteThey shouldn't even bother to be claiming they have a breakfast because it was nothing but a joke, as you can see in the photos I took when we went have the breakfast we had been told was from 6am - 9am. All the food that was present when we got there at 7am were 3 small packaged muffins (I took the photo showing the one that was left after we took 2 of them) and a few granola bars. That was it. No sign of even containers of the other items they deceptively show in their photos (e.g. no cereal containers, no fruit, no pastries). There was coffee but 2 of the 4 dispensers on the juice machine were labelled with signs reading ”No Work”, and the ones that did work contained watered down juice. There was a small refrigerator on the counter which I opened only to find it completely empty. It was obvious that they never intended anyone to really eat breakfast because the chairs in the dining area were upside down on top of the tables. The the price we paid to stay there, we expected more, much more. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1 is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

UUtente ospiteFirst, I drive a box truck. They were not showing truck parking on the website. I called, and Misha looked, and assured me I could fit the truck. She was courteous, and helpful when asked. I have called other places, that behaved like I was wasting their time calling, but she was stellar. Next there was the cheerful help Kaylnn provided, when I thought the refrigerator wasn't working. Turns out the refrigerator was on low, and was so quiet, you couldn't hear it running. The owner made special arrangements for me when I needed to stay another night. All the king nonsmoking rooms were already booked for the night, but he found a way to let me stay in room I was in. The room was clean and comfortable and bathroom looked fantastic. She in the area, I would certainly stay here again. Last note - the staff are wonderful, and to me, that's a very high point on the review.
