Hotel con parcheggio a Cincinnati

Very clean comfortable place. Close to alot of things. Very pleasant front desk agent. Everyone just Very friendly. Would definitely stay again if ever in town again .

L'hotel è situato nel centro della città, tutto bene raggiungibile. Purtroppo, prima dell'hotel c'era un edificio con un gran rumore tutta la notte. Colazione è una battuta, anche per le condizioni americane. Prezzo prestazioni non è vero qui.

Good location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels. Large and clean bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike. Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!

Looks new, good location. I always ***** sheets before I check out in hopes that none will be re-used for the next occupants. Today I was shocked to see a huge stain on the mattress; it definitely needs cleaned or exchanged for a new mattress! Paying $200+ for one night should include breakfast, however it didn't.

The staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay.

La camera d'albergo assolutamente sbalorditiva era tutto così pulito e non vedo l'ora di tornare.

La linea di autobus vicino all'hotel, la stanza non era lussuosa e c'era luce che passava attraverso le finestre, ma era bello.
