UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood and had an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for my business trip. The service was outstanding, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to business travelers.

UUtente ospiteLooks new, good location. I always ***** sheets before I check out in hopes that none will be re-used for the next occupants. Today I was shocked to see a huge stain on the mattress; it definitely needs cleaned or exchanged for a new mattress!
Paying $200+ for one night should include breakfast, however it didn't.

SSextantisGood location with quiet surroundings despite near major road. Very close to many outlets at Rookwood commons and pavilion. Very comfortable beds. Strong internet connection. Large TV with many channels.
Large and clean bathroom.
Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
Special mention must be made of one outstanding young staff called Mike.
Initially he could not find my reservation despite me having a confirmed reservation number. It was later he decided to allow me to see the list of guests arriving that day. I realised my COLLEAGUES name was in the list of guests and later realised that I made the booking under my colleague's name accidentally without realising it. Thanks to this being resolved we were able to check in without having to make a new booking and incur the loss of the trip.com booking. He also helped me to change the booking name to my name instead. A big kudos to mike for saving our business trip from being a disaster!!

PPriscilla DankwahThe staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay.

Ottenete qualcosa da alacaarte prelevato 25.00 quando era 5.00 non restare a meno che non vi piace avere nicchiato e dimettersi 160.00 costo dell'hotel 225 più 100 extra su carta per il futuro prossimo che rivendicano fino a 30 giorni il suo stato di una settimana ora, Non vedo che sia stato inserito nel mio conto in questo momento e non mi sorprenderebbe.

UUtente ospiteWe loved staying at the Moxy! Perfect location as we were going to the reds game and beautiful decor throughout! It felt so comfy, cozy, and the service was friendly. The only down side we had was a leaking shower. The shower wall was also the wall to our room and it leaked on the bathroom door and through to the main area. Besides this it really was amazing!

Solo questione è che non c'è una microonde nella tua stanza hotel, quindi quando tu e la tua famiglia tornate da una bella cena o solo avete dei resti in generale, dovete andare al lobby principale dove c'è solo una microonde all'interno di un gabinetto per tutti nell'hotel Ora è la mia vera questione.... all'interno di quel gabinetto...non una microonde per essere chiara... era un roccia morto....Abbiamo immediatamente avvertito il personale e sono stati sconvolti come noi! Il personale ha detto che lo avrebbero gestito in buona fede la mattina dopo i miei figli erano affamati e sono tornati a quella stessa microonde e la roccia era ancora lì ‼️‼️‼️

SS Paul DeolHotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff.
The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated.
It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown.
