Hotel con parcheggio a Carlsbad

The hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay.

The concierge was nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I love how quiet this hotel was even though we came with kids and there are other families with kids. I do wish the staff in the kitchen area were nicer and more helpful though. They didn't give an announcement about closing the breakfast area off and just started pulling the curtain to close on people, which I thought was quite rude. Besides this, our trip was amazing and everyone else at the hotel were really nice.

Infrastrutture: molto nuovo e pulito, la stanza è pulita e confortevole, la disposizione è grande Salute: molto pulita, l'angolo esterno è molto pulito, corpo e cuore sono puliti Servizio: il personale di servizio è molto amichevole!La ricetta sorride ogni giorno e si sente come a casa In generale, molto soddisfatto 👍 c'è colazione, molto conveniente, resteremo la prossima volta.

Durante la prevenzione dell'epidemia.La prevenzione dell'epidemia dell'hotel è stata fatta bene.L'ambiente è buono, la stanza è molto ampia.Purtroppo non si può camminare sul mare.L'edificio è un po'vecchio.In generale, è ancora buono.Perché non ci sono servizi forniti durante la prevenzione dell'epidemia, che è comprensibile.

Perfect location in downtown Carlsbad. An easy walk to anything you may possibly need. The Jacuzzi unfortunately, was not heating properly when we were there, so was not able to enjoy. The pool is in the front of the Resort next to a very popular restaurant. It’s not very quiet and not relaxing to set at.  they have a beautiful green lawn that overlooks the ocean with lots of lounging chairs that is decently, quiet and relaxing. The elevator is slow and old, and I preferred to use the stairs.  the king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed having a little kitchen that we were able to keep leftover food in and reheat .

Grande e facile da prenotare via trip.com. Buona proprietà, ma è un resort così ci è una tassa di resort e check out è soggetto alla disponibilità nonostante la partecipazione di Bonvoy. Nota anche che abbiamo prenotato colazione con la stanza ma abbiamo scoperto che abbiamo solo un credito giornaliero di colazione di $44 che non ci fa molto senso. Non è grande in quel momento, altrimenti è buono rimanere!

Love to travel, we always stayed at Westin, always great experience. Booked the Omni resort and spa not knowing anything about it but liked reviews. Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised. WOW was first word we said. This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY. Angel at the front desk said ”no worries I will take care of everything ” SHE WAS TREMENDOUS, upgraded us to GREAT ROOM. I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. I GIVE THIS RESORT 10 STARS. THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE YOU MADE OUR 40th ANNIVERSARY MEMORABLE ❤️.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo a Carlsbad Sheraton per il mio soggiorno di compleanno! Ho amato Taryn, la gala del desk front; lei era utile e amichevole. Taryn  ha permesso a mio amico di decorare qualche sedia da letto nella piscina prima di arrivare per il mio sorpresa compleanno. La maggior parte dei luoghi non avrebbero potuto farlo, e io ero molto apprezzabile.  I letti erano confortevoli, e le camere erano spaziose. Purtroppo, alcuni rumore erano sopra di noi per mezza notte. Grazie a Dio, la sicurezza gli chiese di chiudere, e al check-out Taryn mi ha fatto un giro di tasse e si è sinceramente scusato. Ho quasi dimenticato di menzionare il bellissimo ristorante e il Café, che mi hanno ordinato una tazza di caffè, e il barista mi ha fatto un latte di tè di chai per il mio compleanno. Mi aspetto di tornare per un altro giorno di vacanza 

Abbiamo controllato e il desk front era molto amichevole e ha fatto controllare in modo facile, aveva un problema con il bagno e il desk front aveva immediatamente un altro posto in attesa per noi. Le camere dove pulite e odore fresco. Tutte le esigenze di base. Il mini frigo era freddo e pronto, la microonde era pulita e il caffè era pronto per essere fatto si fermerà di nuovo lì.

I feel less dogs would be nice. As well as a microwave in the room would be helpful along with a coffee ☕️ pot, and iron to say the least. Other then that KIKI the manager is easy to talk to, she listens and provides excellent service. Thank you Kiki, & Zack Patrivua McIntosh
