This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area. However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar. In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

Очень красивый свежий бутик отель прямо в центре старого города. Есть свой небольшой пляж с лежаками. Номера просторные оформлены в модном экостиле. Единственный нюанс - невозможно подъехать на арендованной машине к отелю, так как на Территории старого города могут передвигаться только такси. Мы припарковались на парковке и доехали до отеля (около 1 км) на карте за 90 TL с человека.

Great room Great staff Great food Great location More sandy beach would be nice Iam lucky to say ive travelled right across the world and this hotel surprised me as other experiences in turkey where not so good alot of Germans and little people to speak to in English but not a major thing for me. I most definitely will be back and I never go back to the same place so thank you a a relaxing stay.

An incredible hotel with amenities everywhere. Paloma is a full all inclusive, but I would state that the time of year will affect how much of the hotel is open. The beach was clean and the food offering was 7/10 everyday. I'd return here in the winter time for an affordable getaway at a great price.

Questi hotel sono massicci con almeno tre edifici separati e anche edifici di appartamento. La cena era buona, i pipistrelli erano buoni. La riparazione generale dell'hotel era bassa: la pittura di chipping in lobby, la bollatura di legno in ricezione, la trim rotta in camera, ecc. Il grande plus è stato il tranquillo pool per coloro che non vogliono urlare bambini e musica forte. Non un fan fuori dagli hotel, non ci sono ristoranti o caffè per parlare, solo shopping, che capisco: che punto è quando tutto è tutto inclusivo. In tutto un bel soggiorno, l'alcol premium è disponibile e mezzonotte fino a 3AM cibo.

Hotel tranquillo, animazione in spiaggia, a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel al canto di Revy, una presa d'acqua tagliente, niente piante dei piedi a 2 metri dalla riva, niente lettini liberi, regolamento alimentare rotto al 90% o addirittura insufficiente4, Può si vede che l'albergo era molto buono, ma la fretta e le riparazioni covid (personale in spiaggia, animatori, teli e lettini sono tenuti) hanno spento la voglia di tornarci. Abbiamo fatto un buon sconto, quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto soddisfacente.

Quando si entra alla reception dell'hotel è completamente deludente, molto vecchie e cattive divano e sedie. Questo hotel non è assolutamente per le coppie giovani, è adatto per le famiglie con bambini, ma non c'è alcun divertimento per i bambini. In generale, una buona opzione per le famiglie con bambini e basso bilancio.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
