A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area. However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

L'Hotel Oregano è stato molto piacevole, c'è qualcosa da confrontare, in Turchia non è il primo anno. L'hotel è familiare, pulito, tranquillo, ospiti Hakan e Hager sono persone molto piacevoli, intelligenti. La posizione del super hotel nel centro di Side, ma su una tranquilla strada. Le camere sono spaziali con balcone, piscina. Molto comodo. Sicuramente consiglio questo hotel.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar. In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

Un bel hotel, buon piombo, mobili. C'è un pozzo di tè, un frigorifero, un condizionatore d'aria. Comfortabile, grande letto. È un sacco di disegno su 4 stelle.

Buona cinque chips puliti, piacevoli in forma di Wi-Fi gratuita e decente in tutto il territorio, spiaggia e camere, 2 chiavi dalla stanza, borsa di spiaggia, riempito ogni giorno minibar (sooky, cola, sprite, fantastico, acqua minerale), buon gel di sapone. Cavalli e una piscina lunga, puliti igienici comuni. Cottura un rispetto separato, molto delizioso! Il cibo è molto. Animazione per bambini e adulti: dardo, aerobici aqua, aerobici passo, programma serale, Il mare è a 10 minuti a piedi, la navetta va, il calendario è conveniente, il bar sulla spiaggia, non si può lasciare. Molto buona spiaggia di sabbia, l'ingresso del logo dei metri 30-40, eccellente per i bambini. I tenenti sono interi, nuovi. In generale, l'hotel è aggiornato, gli ospiti qui amano e cercano di fare un riposo confortevole quanto più possibile

La pulizia della stanza era bella, i servizi dell'hotel e i dipendenti erano molto buoni e risate, la cena era molto deliziosa e sana, il parco d'acqua era molto divertente e sicuro, il mare era molto vicino, ma era un po' ondata e la spiaggia era pulita, Il bar e il drink erano molto buoni, la pulizia generale dell'hotel è molto buona, i dipendenti puliscono un posto senza essere vuoti, mi piace l'organizzazione dell'hotel, Quando si dice ”l'organizzazione”, non dimentichiamo le mostre di sera, sono state svolte mostre divertenti, prima di divertire i bambini, poi di seguire la famiglia, e anche la musica vivente sul bar della piscina, le attività della musica notturna sulla spiaggia, ovviamente, una buona valutazione. Merece. Anche se e' un hotel di quattro stelle, merita cinque stelle. Le operazioni di entrata e uscita sono state effettuate in modo molto rapido e sano, il prezzo è stato di viaggio, abbiamo fatto una buona vacanza con il privilegio di Com.

Hotel tranquillo, animazione in spiaggia, a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel al canto di Revy, una presa d'acqua tagliente, niente piante dei piedi a 2 metri dalla riva, niente lettini liberi, regolamento alimentare rotto al 90% o addirittura insufficiente4, Può si vede che l'albergo era molto buono, ma la fretta e le riparazioni covid (personale in spiaggia, animatori, teli e lettini sono tenuti) hanno spento la voglia di tornarci. Abbiamo fatto un buon sconto, quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto soddisfacente.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
