Hotel con parcheggio a Portimao

This is a higher end hotel in Portimao. The room has a modern design. Huge amount of square footage, complete with a balcony. Asked for a room facing a quiet alleyway. First room was on the 5th floor, in the morning I was disturbed by housekeeping for the room above me, I can literally hear every sound. Called to change to a top floor room, after initially asking me to pay more for a top floor room, they eventually were able to secure one. Moved to that room and had mostly no issue with noise. I can still hear my next door neighbor when they move things around but not conversations. Breakfast was good, it doesn’t change much over the 3 days I’ve been there, but the spread is vast so you can always find something that ticks your fancy. Didn’t use hotel parking as it was the low season and street parking was abundant. Overall a good experience. Docked 1 star for the noise.

Di fronte alla bella Bichichi, è un posto molto adatto per una passeggiata mattinata, per camminare o correre in un bel periodo di tramonto.Il centro di trattamento dell'acqua ha tempo di uso separato e richiede una tassa.

Questo hotel è molto recente. Bello, elegante e ben attrezzato in termini di servizi. Ciò che non ci colpisce come normale, tuttavia, è la mancanza di piccoli tocchi per un hotel in questa categoria. Nessun shampoo, nessuna q-tipo, solo lo stesso gel per lavare le mani e nel doccia. Nessun capsula da doccia. Un bar frigorifero vuoto. Apprezziamo la macchina del caffè e la bottiglia d'acqua, ma una normale capsula di caffè e 3 capsule di caffè decaffeinate ... non logico ... Abbiamo chiesto una camera con un bagno quando abbiamo prenotato (siamo stati ”aggiornati” senza alcuna richiesta da parte nostra, in vista di ”marina”, ma con doccia. Poiché non siamo clienti molto cari, non abbiamo detto nulla. Le cucce sono molto spesso, che possono essere inconfortabili per persone con collo sensibile. 3 cuscinetti sono disponibili, ma sono tutti molto densi. La strada è molto rumorosa, sottoponendosi a pochi rodeo auto la notte. Ho sentito che il tetto è rumoroso nel novembre, ma fortunatamente non è così. Il personale è amichevole e risponde alle richieste. Il buffet per colazione è molto completo, ma per il menu serale, questo tipo di buffet sembra meno attraente, ma certamente piacerà a qualcuno. Il bagno è molto buono, a 12.5 euro per un'ora (bassaforte, sauna, hammam, ecc.). L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio auto per 6 euro a notte, ma il parcheggio gratuito è disponibile a 200 m dall'hotel sulla spiaggia. In generale, quindi, questo è un ottimo hotel con un sacco di potenziale, ma alcuni dettagli devono essere chiaramente rivisti per renderlo davvero bello.

Très bel hôtel dans un cadre très agréable, hôtel en rénovation. Petit havre de paix en retrait de la ville (le centre ville de portimao se trouve à environ 15min en voiture). Il vaut mieux être véhiculé pour y séjourner. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, propres, modernes et la literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Le personnel est agréable. J’y retournerais avec plaisir!

The hotel was okay to stay in but way too overpriced especially because they’re not really a five star hotel in my opinion. Simple amenities such as shampoo, bathrobes, slippers and lotion are not provided for a five star hotel. I didn’t get help from the Porter to take my bags etc. I like that it’s all inclusive and it’s so convenient to eat at the hotel however the food could have been fresher. The pools were amazing and the hotel is very close to the beach which is good. Getting around is a headache unless you hire a car, it would take me forever to get an Uber. Not the hotels fault obviously but just something to note. The hotel is so huge that the shared lift would take forever and unfortunately can’t choose which one to take as the lift chooses the floor automatically . While it was a good stay I don’t know if I would stay here again because of my expectations of an all inclusive 5star hotel. Also make sure to go watch the sunset by the beach, absolutely breathtaking.

La posizione del resort è perfetta. Ottimo per chi ama il SUP, il surf ecc. Il resort offre servizi accettabili. Non troverete articoli da toeletta in bagno, a parte shampoo e bagnoschiuma, quindi portate i vostri. Ho prenotato un appartamento con 4 camere da letto: un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Il letto matrimoniale era davvero comodo, ma allo stesso tempo il divano letto non era molto comodo. La camera era molto fredda quando siamo arrivati e ci è voluta tutta la notte per riscaldarla con il riscaldamento. La piscina, ovviamente, non è in uso a causa del periodo invernale. Quindi, tutto sommato, il soggiorno è stato accettabile, con le stesse tariffe in altri hotel si possono trovare servizi, comfort e strutture migliori.

Hotel was in the perfect spot for us, in perfect walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hotel staff very friendly, the room was perfect for our one night stay, very clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast, not much to choose from as nothing seemed to be replaced when it had been emptied, initially there were no plates available to put food on either. All in all we had a nice stay, just breakfast needs a little better organisation.

Absolutely loved my stay at Tivoli Algarve!! All inclusive hotel with lots of food, drinks and snack options. The amenities were perfect if you wanted to use the gym, spa or sauna. If you just wanted to relax by the pool, you could get a drink from the bar and lounge either at the adults only or general pool. They had outdoor sports options, basketball, paddle ball or mini golf with a bar/snack bar close by.The property was quite large but quite accessible. You really didn’t need to leave the property for anything, unless you wanted to go to the city center, which they had a free shuttle to. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Tivoli Algarve and would go back again!

View from the room is great and the room is fairly clean - for the price, if it’s not for the incident, I would not have anything to complain. The only downsides are the property is slightly dated and there is virtually no service in the evening. In the evening I arrived I was not told that there was no water during the day, and when I almost go into shower I realise the water were all muddy and the shower diverter is so old that it simply doesn’t work. I asked the receptionist about the water and I was then told I should just let the water flow (but he didn’t attempt to offer to come check it out or offer alternative room in the interim), and he told me he doesn’t know what to do with the diverter so I should just wait till next morning when his colleagues take over his shift from him.
