I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was good. I’m satisfied with my experience and would consider staying here again.

We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. La posizione centrale perfetta per esplorare la città! Questo hotel è nel centro giusto, rendendo incredibilmente conveniente per raggiungere. È a pochi passi dal mercato della notte di Roxas, che è fantastico per i locali cibo stradale e shopping di sera. La maggior parte delle principali destinazioni turistiche sono anche vicini, quindi si risparmia molto tempo e denaro per il trasporto. Molto raccomandato per i viaggiatori che vogliono essere giusti dove l'azione è!

Siamo arrivati un po’ tardi nella nostra prima notte e siamo stati abbienti in modo scorretto. Dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio, abbiamo incontrato diverse questioni con le nostre strutture. Ho prenotato due camere, aspettando che fossero vicine, ma non è così. Come famiglia che viaggia insieme, abbiamo chiesto di avere le nostre camere swap per essere più vicine, ma ci è stato permesso solo di aggiungere un letto extra. Questo non era ideale, soprattutto perché mia madre non poteva stare da sola in una stanza per 6-8 persone, per cui io avevo già pagato. Quando ho parlato al dipartimento frontale, che credo fosse il direttore in carica all'epoca, il suo tono era sgradevole e non era empatico per noi come ospiti; era una negoziazione deludente. Abbiamo discusso anche di questioni connesse alla connessione a Internet, e lei sembrava insultare, suggerendo che non si potesse fare altro che pagare per un piano di dati, per il quale fornirebbero un modem. Dopo aver soggiornato in molti hotel e essere un manager di hotel, posso dire chiaramente che il nostro servizio era inadeguato.

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

Location and services top notch! Very accommodating and very helpful staff is an added bonus. Highly recommended for value and accessibility to shops, restaurants and transportation.

Sono andato con sorella e amico. E siamo soddisfatti con servizio e posizione è nel centro. Il buffet colazione è stato eccellente, varietà diversa ogni giorno. 24 ore di personale di servizio front desk e sicurezza sono un plus. Raccomando questo hotel.

The location is very convenient for me going to the airport, only thing I am disappointed a little bit the shower isn't working 😁 I collected water in a bucket for shower and for brushing teeth 😅. The Electric Kettle won't work either 😔. I hope the staff will check it properly(room 18) . The rest I'm happy for the service. I invited my aunt and my cousin in my room just to get some stuff and they went after I'm glad staff are not so strict. This my my 2nd stay in that hotel next trip I'm still want to book and stay

Abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza nel cuore della città, e io e il mio partner abbiamo avuto un servizio eccellente, soprattutto quando si è verificato un incidente che ci ha costretto a visitare l'ospedale. Il personale ha collaborato eccezionalmente per fornire una relazione di incidenti, che ha contribuito incredibilmente al nostro processo di rimborso delle assicurazioni. Mentre l'hotel è un po' più vecchio e le strutture possono essere migliorate, mi sentivo ancora molto comodo durante il nostro soggiorno. Raccomando questo posto.

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.
