Decent location if you have rented your personal transport; not really good of a location if you didn't. Basically It's a gated small village with a security, but inside a city. The whole place is relatively small 7-8 rooms hotel, with a shared yard where the restaurant (having non-guest clients as well though not much due to a secluded placement) and effectively the hall are; most of the workers are young girls; so the overall atmosphere is a relaxed camaraderie. As for the Davao City, the kitchen here is both tasty and competitively priced so basically most of the time you don't even have to leave the place to just live. Most of the guests are older male caucasians.

The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. The place is nice and their service is superb. Although my concern only is the housekeeping cos we keep on requesting towels as they forgot it but they respond immediately upon request. Overall good experience and very nice people

Come viaggiatore di routine ho trovato che l'hotel era datato e non era ben fornito con piastre o cuttery. Ho informato un membro del personale del suono estremamente rumoroso e disturbante ventilatore di scarico nella suite 112, non ho fatto nulla e non ho mai avuto alcuna discussione da parte di nessun membro del personale. Abbiamo deciso di rimanere una notte che non era prenotato online e doveva pagare più peso anche se abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti prima. Non pensare che rimarrò qui di nuovo e probabilmente non fare una raccomandazione.

All'inizio pensavo che sarebbe stato un po'come questo, ma è pulito e pulito, quindi mi piace meglio perché mi piace e proteggo la mia privacy.E ho intenzione di usarlo di nuovo la prossima volta.

The cleanliness was average, and the service was okay. However, having a café downstairs that stayed open late was very convenient. Considering the price, the quality of the room was actually quite good.
