La stanza di Pulag e io mi sentivo in salvo e tranquillo, soprattutto durante il sonno, e non usi più il ventilatore elettrico perché l'aria naturale sembrava confortevole con le finestre aperte."

MMiss PKIl nostro soggiorno al Lodge Forest nel Camp John Hay era molto piacevole. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e raffreddata, circondata da alberi di pino e aria di montagna fredda. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e molto confortevole. Il personale era cortese e accogliente, assicurandosi che il nostro soggiorno fosse tranquillo e piacevole.
La sua posizione nel campo John Hay rendeva facile esplorare ristoranti e attrazioni nelle vicinanze, pur godendo di pace e tranquillità. In generale, è stata una splendida esperienza, e ci piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo per la prossima visita a Baguio.

UUtente ospiteMyself and wife, looking for some relief from the heat and humidity had an overnight stay in Baguio. Both seniors by Philippine standards, though still working in UK.
We booked a suite and requested view over countryside or city, king sized double required.
For less than £60 including breakfasts it was a done deal.
We were allocated room 501, up 1 level ( bear in mind there are rooms above and below the reception level), normal for Baguio given the topology of the area.
Room views are spectacular, no noise from adjoining lift at all, 2 quarter windows opened and had gnat
Mesh covers ( we left these ajar to hear the local sounds that were hardly audible). Efficient Air con in room (though no remote control), good sized, wall mounted TV ( a UK news channel would have been appreciated), room mini bar doesn't exist ( not the stated required P2000 deposit at book on as booking was prepaid online)
2x std sized bottles of water, kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, 2x tea coffee sugar and creamer, 2x cups and saucers, a Bible ( missed from other 2 hotels stayed at this vacation)
Breakfast was a good selection buffet that sated our appetites until the evening.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

1. Wifi connection needs improvement. Average speed is 10mbps. Network is not very stable. Network gets disconnected every now and then.
2. Shower needs to be on 10mins prior the water gets warm (only gets to lukewarm). Would have been a plus if water gets heated without wasting water and if water gets warmer than lukewarm.
Overall, pleasant stay. Really good value for money. Bed is really comfortable and staff is pleasing.
Location is really where it is best, 5min walk to Burnham Park which is the center of everything. :)

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

Our stay at Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) in Baguio was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city.
The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk.
What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus.
Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

1. Il ventilatore soffitto nella stanza è funzionale,
Tuttavia, il vento non è abbastanza forte, quindi girarlo significa non girarlo.
2. Non c'è alcuna funzione YouTube/Netflix sulla TV. Rimanere altri hotel a Baguio che le funzioni di cui sopra sono disponibili anche. Ma qui no.
3. I pendenti in guardia sono così inconvenienti, possono essere appesi solo nel giacca e non possono essere tolti. A volte vogliono appendere i vestiti al balcone, ma non hanno modo.
4.Suggerire di avere porta USB socket sul lato del letto sarebbe più conveniente
5. Sembra che nessun pulsante individuale possa controllare la luce del baloncino. Sembra che la luce sia collegata a alcune delle luci della stanza.
6.Il desk front are amichevole, ma può essere più professionale.Si avvicina alla ricezione, ma nessuno ha riconosciuto. Dobbiamo dirgli ”controllare” proativamente
7. Prima dell'arrivo, inviato il messaggio all'hotel per chiedere la stanza, la prima che hanno risposto, ma poi non hanno più risposto dall'hotel.
8.La colazione non è molto selezione.E molti funzionari al conto
9. La pressione dell'acqua di doccia non è abbastanza forte e l'acqua calda non è abbastanza calda. E l'acqua non è riempita dopo aver fatto il servizio in camera.
Anche così, sulla base della posizione dell'hotel e della vista sulla montagna, si rifletterà di rimanere di nuovo in futuro. Spero che la direzione riesaminerà i commenti e spero che vedrà qualche miglioramento entro allora.
