Hotel con colazione a Baguio

Location: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk. Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times. Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails. Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating. My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

Ha un ampio parcheggio e un bel giardino più piscina riscaldata. Tuttavia, questo hotel ha anche bisogno di miglioramento nei seguenti settori: 1. Il desk front sembra non coordinato. Fai una prenotazione separata per tre notti via Agoda e Trip.com e informa l'hotel di questo accordo. Tuttavia, dopo la nostra prima notte, il desk front ci ha chiesto se stiamo prolungando il nostro soggiorno. Peggio, hanno disattivato le nostre carte chiave, quindi dobbiamo andare di nuovo a riattivarle, che hanno causato qualche sconforte. Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perché è vicino alla zona di conferenza ma deluso perché non abbiamo avuto il valore e i servizi che ci aspettavamo.

Avevo chiesto un upgrade all'albergo in cui sono stato la notte precedente, avendo trovato una camera disponibile. Ho quindi chiesto all'albergo precedente se avessero voluto venirmi incontro con il prezzo visto che la camera sarebbe rimasta vuota senza di me. Però Sfortunatamente non hanno accettato e ho trovato posto allo Chalet Baguio. Il prezzo di una loro camera era più basso di quella dell'albergo precedente dopo l'upgrade e quindi ho deciso di soggiornare presso lo chalet. Seppure Ho prenotato con pochissimo anticipo (circa un'ora prima) ho preso un taxi, Sono arrivato alla reception, ho mostrato la prenotazione e dopo qualche firma mi hanno accompagnato alla stanza al piano terra. C'è un parcheggio temporaneo di cinque minuti all'esterno con un parcheggiatore che dirige il traffico e fa parcheggiare il tuo taxi per il tempo necessario. la camera è spaziosa e ha una bella vista sulla montagna oscurata solo dai tipici Pini di montagna. Ambiente accogliente, staff gentile e preparato. La mattina dopo ho potuto fare una deliziosa colazione nella stanza dietro alla reception. la posizione era molto comoda per andare alla stazione degli autobus e tornare a Manila; ci ho messo solo dieci minuti in taxi.

We had a wonderful stay at Sotogrande Hotel Baguio as a family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for traveling with a child. The staff were warm, polite, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and the cool Baguio weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we’d gladly recommend it to families visiting Baguio.

Overall our stay was ok. But i would not recommend it for guests planning for a staycation . Pros: ●Rooms are big and shower area is spacious, and water pressure for showers, bidet, and faucet are strong. ● Breakfast buffet is good ●Hotel Staffs are friendly and approachable. ●View is nice Cons: ●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.” Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy. ●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.” ●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online. Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) a Baguio è stato davvero piacevole. Erano costantemente gentili, attenti e sempre disposti ad assistere, il che ha fatto davvero una differenza nella nostra esperienza generale. La pulizia dell'hotel è eccellente. Camere, strade e aree comuni sono senza spot, e si può dire che il custode della casa si fa orgoglio del loro lavoro. Le camere sono ben mantenute, confortevoli e forniscono tutto quello che ti serve per un soggiorno rilassante. Un altro punto di vista è la posizione.L'hotel è convenientemente situato più vicino al cuore di Baguio per un facile accesso ai punti popolari, ma lontano abbastanza da godere di un'atmosfera tranquilla e tranquilla. È un grande equilibrio per il relax e per l'esplorazione della città. Il colazione illimitato era una piacevole sorpresa, il cibo era delizioso e pieno, dandoci l'energia che ci serviva per iniziare il nostro giorno di visione. The hotel room is spacious. The bathroom is clean. The bed and linens aee clean and crisp... we booked at deluxe queen only with ceiling fan, but it feels like your inside an airconditioned room.. staffs are friendly amd couteous. They serve buffet breakfast if guests are 30p ax and above only.. though only few choices of foods at the buffet, we were still feel staisfied... definitely, we will book again..

Super gentile, ospitando il personale dell'hotel ang mga, ci hanno anche lasciato controllare in anticipo ieri. Portano i nostri bagagli e bagagli nella nostra stanza. Molto pulito e super Bangor ng mga stanza a Cr. Molto raccomandato e super tranquillo posto masarapo magrelax al nano di entrambi.
