UUtente anonimoMolto raccomandato. Il servizio e il benvenuto sono eccezionali, come la splendida posizione forestale e l'atmosfera dell'hotel a Camp John Hay, Baguio. Anche se è un vecchio hotel, le più alte norme sono fornite. È molto costoso, anche se le opzioni di mangiare e bere sono prezzi ragionevolmente per un hotel di questa natura. Ci siamo davvero goditi di un soggiorno molto rilassante, di vedute all'aperto e di un fascino classico facile. Grande lavoro, e grazie!

UUtente ospite2/5.. HEAR ME OUT!! I was with my parents. We arrived early at 5am, we stayed at the restaurant area (since they don't have a lobby). We leave our things at the reception and went out for a tour since the checked in time is at 2pm. They even posted that additional 150php for 1 hour advance check in (we can't check in early since fullybooked). So after the tour we went back to the hotel at exactly 1:59pm. We asked the receptionist that we will check in already, but to our surprise.. our room was NOT YET READY and it was not being cleaned yet. YES, I've heard it from their radio. So, they explained that the room is not yet ready and need to be clean yet, apologized that they were understaff. Being UNDERSTAFF on a PEAK SEASON is not YOUR GUESTS PROBLEM. You can prevent that problem by hiring on call staffs or whatever! It was so devastating. I was with my senior parents, we were so tired and badly need to relax. We were able to get inside our room at 2:25pm.. So it was LATE already, my parents were angry and tired, and I was too. Now, when we enter the room, we noticed that we don't have bath towels so I kindly and calmly said to the attendant to please send us the bath towel after. We went to sleep and at 6pm, they were STILL NO TOWEL delivered in our room. I wanted to call them but NO DIAL CALL on their phone(not working), good thing I checked their phone number on the internet, I was able to call them BUT THEY SAID, NO BATH TOWEL AVAILABLE NOW AT 6PM, THEY WILL DELIVER IT AT 7PM SINCE IT'S ALL IN THE LAUNDRYSHOP. myghad! we wanted to took a shower so we have to wait ?? It supposed to be ready upon check in!! This time I SAID, if they can't provide us bath towels, then just give us a refund for our 3night stay and checked for other hotel. SO, THEY APOLOGIZED AND DELIVERED the towel AT 6;40PM. hay!!! now, since we stayed for 3 nights, on the 2nd night, I asked for another amneties, (toothbrush, shampoo and tissue). SInce we already used the 1st set. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID, THEY ONLY GIVE 1 TIME AMNETIES (UPON CHECK IN) WHAT?? so if your guests will stay for 1 week, you only give them 1 amneties?? so I said, can I talk to your manager? But she said the manager was out of town! so she just give me another set of amneties. They have free breakfast which is not delicious, I feel like its LEFTOVERS FROM LAST NIGHT (Samgyupsal foods). just my opinion. I HOPE YOU WILL IMPROVE BY THIS HONEST REVIEW. IT WAS OUR EXPERIENCE. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS.

UUtente ospiteUn hotel accogliente, le camere sono pulite, la custodia è buona, le camere sono spaziose, ma il colazione e la cena nel ristorante sono molto locali e senza gusto, c'è una stazione di cucina d'uovo al colazione, Ma è necessario aspettare molto tempo, ci sono waffles, ma per qualche motivo sono cotte all'interno. Il bagno nel caffè è anche strano, è pulito, ma anche il sedile non è nelle donne.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

Ci sono solo alcune questioni in termini di tempo di risposta del personale, quando le richieste non sono state affrontate immediatamente. The road going to the hotel is also under repair that’s kinda hasle. There’s no elevator connected directly to the flows so you have to take the stairs 😅

●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.”
Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy.
●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.”
●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online.
Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

AAngelica EranaIl personale è molto carino e amichevole, perché ci ha permesso di lasciare le nostre proprietà nella zona di accoglienza, dal momento che siamo arrivati presto, mentre il check-in è alle 2.00. Il servizio in camera è un bene anche per il nostro aiuto nella doccia calda. La stanza è anche pulita e dignitosa del prezzo che hai pagato perché non siamo stati molto al hotel come siamo più tempo fuori mentre la posizione è molto lontano dal parco Burnham ma è appena vicino al bengate La trinidad e a pochi isolati da La chiesa Bell è anche un grande luogo di visita. L'unica questione che abbiamo avuto è l'acqua di servizio, perché sembra avere un dopo gusto e il colazione che non ha potuto finire perché ha anche un dopo gusto. In generale il soggiorno è buono.
