Had a great stay at Tamarind Suites! The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the self check-in was quick and easy with clear instructions. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

L'hotel sta invecchiando, soprattutto la moquette in camera inizia ad avere un cattivo odore. Anche i mobili sembrano datati. La hall e il corridoio sono un po' caldi, il che non è l'ideale, soprattutto in un paese così caldo. La cosa peggiore è che l'aria condizionata in camera non funziona bene. A volte funziona correttamente, altre volte no, e questo succede a mezzanotte, quando non si sente affatto l'aria condizionata. La receptionist mi ha chiesto perché non l'avesse segnalato prima e le ho risposto che non è una buona idea tenerla accesa a mezzanotte, quando tutti i miei figli dormono. È piacevole avere la cioccolata calda gratuita ogni giorno, ma abbiamo visto molte mosche vicino al cibo, e succede anche al buffet della colazione. È comodo avere la navetta gratuita per l'aeroporto e il Mitsui Outlet, ma il tempo a disposizione è piuttosto limitato e siamo costretti a spendere soldi extra per un Grab (taxi). Un'altra cosa da notare è che se si vuole andare da qualche parte dall'hotel, non importa quanto sia vicino, la tariffa di partenza per un Grab o un taxi è di almeno 30 RM, dato che l'hotel si trova nella zona dell'aeroporto. Penso che l'hotel sia la scelta migliore per chi deve partecipare alla mostra presso il suo centro congressi.

Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

Front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with TV, hairdryer, hanger and toiletries. The surroundings were greeny and quiet. Next to it was Padi Malaya. Parking lot was free and safe. Accessible to Shaftesbury, Multimedia University, Dpulze Shopping Mall, McDonald’s and Starbucks. Highly recommended to travellers in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.

1. The service to collect keys was not very pleasant. I had to wait for 30mins to get someone to come over and pass me access card & key card 2. The phone reception is poor. 3. Does not provide toilet paper when we arrived and had to buy ourselves as their staff don’t work on Sun. 4. The instructions for parking bay was not clearly stated as I was ask to look for parking bay 356 where they could have informed me which column number and alphabet to park. I had to look for bay number stated on the parking floor 😖😖 and it took me a while to look for it. 5. The accommodation is clean and comfortable

Mi sento molto felice e confortevole di avere la vostra stanza come il mio soggiorno. Tutte le strutture disponibili possono essere utilizzate ottimicamente. Lei come ospite è molto facile comunicare con. Apprezzo davvero e farò della vostra stanza uno dei soggiorni che ricorderò e probabilmente ripetero' di nuovo. Grazie!

Ho perso tre volte nel ramo sbagliato dell'hotel swing & pillow. Era molto stanco. E sai cosa? E' fuori questo hotel vicino a Bary Inn. E questo era usato come parte dell'hotel Bary Inn, quindi sembra ancora nuovamente rinnovato. La stanza è piccola, adatta per un breve transito. Il lato inferiore non ci sono sacchetti di tè/caffè nella stanza, nessun shampoo, nessuna spazzatura da denti fornita. Intorno a me ho trovato solo due ristoranti che richiedono un cammino 10-minute. Per conforto e sicurezza, è molto buono perché ci sono due carte, una carta di accesso per entrare nell'hotel e una carta per la stanza. Il letto è un po' breve per me che è 175cm 🤭 ma il personale del desk front are very friendly. Spero che in futuro ci saranno miglioramenti e miglioramenti di servizio in modo che i transitori vogliano rimanere qui, perché le altre branchi sono migliori e hanno più posti da mangiare.

my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.
