Camera pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, con materasso rigido, che ci ha fatto davvero piacere durante il soggiorno. L'Executive Lounge ha personale cordiale, ma necessita di miglioramenti per quanto riguarda gli stuzzichini e le bevande alcoliche dell'happy hour, la quantità e la varietà. Servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto, molto piacevole. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole.

Had a great stay at Tamarind Suites! The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the self check-in was quick and easy with clear instructions. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed the amenities very much: the pool is really good with warm water, it’s so relaxing to swim and sunbathe after a long flight. They provide you with pool towels which is great. The location is among benefits as well, only 5 minutes by car or transfer from the airport. The transfer is available, but we couldn’t find it in the airport, so the hotel might consider making the process more understandable. The transfer from the hotel was great and on time, bear in mind that you should register for it in advance at the reception desk. We also ordered food in the hotel restaurant. The food was good but rather pricey. When it comes to the room, it was quite spacious and comfortable but here the good things end. The bed linen smelled unpleasantly a bit, the soundproofing is ok, but we heard some sounds on the roof (maybe birds, or some insects) and you might hear planes a bit. There’s a very small glass cover in the bathtub so the water is everywhere. We also had our toilet plugged but the issue was resolved very quickly with the help of the hotel worker, thank you! The hotel doesn’t provide you with water bottles though there’s a water purifier in the room which you need to fill yourself with tap water. The room wasn’t clean, there was some hair and dust on the floor.

Pros: The location is good. It is within walking distance to various cafes, shops, and popular local spots like the nearby D’Pulze shopping centre and the scenic Cyberjaya Lake Gardens. The unit itself comes fully equipped with all the essentials, and everything was in good condition. Additionally, the panoramic view from the window is great - waking up to that scenery was a highlight of my stay. The check-in process was straightforward, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with Cons: First, the air conditioning system is extremely frustrating. it only turns on after pressing a specific touch button, but it shuts off at random time intervals. I found myself waking up in the heat every single night just to press the button again. It is unclear if this is a bug or an intended ”feature,” but it is incredibly annoying Furthermore, there was a severe cockroach infestation upon arrival. They were everywhere in the studio. I had to purchase and set up my own roach traps to make the space habitable, which helped, but this is an issue that should have been addressed by the host before check-in Also it would be very helpful if the host provided a few international power adapters. Since this property caters to foreigners, it is easy to overlook Malaysia’s specific outlet type, and arriving late at night without the ability to charge my devices was a major inconvenience Lastly, the half-wall separating the bedroom from the kitchen area is very unstable and poorly constructed. It wobbles at the slightest touch, and I constantly felt that if I were to accidentally lean against it, it might collapse and leave me liable for significant damages

1. The service to collect keys was not very pleasant. I had to wait for 30mins to get someone to come over and pass me access card & key card 2. The phone reception is poor. 3. Does not provide toilet paper when we arrived and had to buy ourselves as their staff don’t work on Sun. 4. The instructions for parking bay was not clearly stated as I was ask to look for parking bay 356 where they could have informed me which column number and alphabet to park. I had to look for bay number stated on the parking floor 😖😖 and it took me a while to look for it. 5. The accommodation is clean and comfortable

Ciò che ho apprezzato di più è stato il personale. Erano estremamente cordiali, rispettosi e sempre pronti ad aiutarmi per qualsiasi necessità. Mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio e veramente benvenuto. Vorrei anche ringraziare in modo particolare Shoaib dello staff. È stato molto disponibile, gentile e ci ha aiutato in diverse cose con un grande sorriso. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza fantastica e consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Uno dei migliori luoghi vicino a KLIA, molti grandi cibi vicino e molto conveniente. Forse è solo bisogno di un po 'di aggiornamento sulla comodità, allora dovrebbe essere grande.
