Hotel con colazione a Port Dickson

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 4 o 5 volte, ma dopo la mia ultima esperienza, dal 21 al 23 marzo, sto seriamente riconsiderando l'idea di prenotarci di nuovo. Ho viaggiato con i miei genitori anziani e ho fatto diverse richieste fondamentali per garantire la loro accessibilità e il loro comfort: - Camere adiacenti (essenziali per monitorare gli ospiti anziani). - Camere vicino all'ascensore (per ridurre al minimo la distanza da percorrere a piedi per gli anziani). - Vista sulla Moschea di Sendayan. Ho fatto tutto ciò che un ospite dovrebbe fare per assicurarsi che queste richieste venissero prese in considerazione: Ho inserito le richieste nelle note su Trip.com al momento della prenotazione (un mese prima). Ho inviato un'e-mail di conferma una settimana prima dell'arrivo per confermare le disposizioni. Nonostante ciò, l'hotel non è riuscito a soddisfare la richiesta più importante: le camere adiacenti (la motivazione addotta è che la camera era al completo). Questo inconveniente ha causato un notevole stress inutile e ha persino portato a un'accesa discussione in famiglia a causa della pessima gestione logistica. Inoltre, ho avuto una brutta esperienza quando sono arrivato con 30 minuti di ritardo rispetto all'orario di check-in, ma l'altra camera non era ancora pronta e ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 16:15. Sebbene altri aspetti dell'hotel siano ”accettabili”, la mancanza di attenzione da parte del reparto prenotazioni e della reception riguardo all'accessibilità per le persone anziane è inaccettabile. Se un hotel non è in grado di soddisfare una richiesta fatta con un mese di anticipo e confermata via e-mail, ciò dimostra una mancanza di comunicazione interna e di rispetto per i clienti affezionati e abituali. A meno che non ci sia un miglioramento significativo nella gestione delle richieste, cercherò una sistemazione alternativa per i miei prossimi soggiorni in zona.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were great. The staff provided outstanding service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable. I look forward to coming back

Good sized room,strategic location, walking distance to the beach. Friendly staff. Nice pool for kids, In the room got many mosquito but they provide mosquito spray. Easy to parking.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future.

At first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used.

Ci è piaciuto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. L'hotel dispone di buon Wi-Fi, anche fuori quando si siede alla piscina. La piscina è pulita, sicura e spaziosa. Le camere sono pulite, con acqua fresca e asciugamani forniti ogni giorno. Il colazione è buona con molta scelta. C'è anche un servizio di lavanderia in tutta la strada. Il personale era molto gentile e gentile, ma, al di sotto, la maggior parte delle cose si chiudeva molto presto, e può essere un po' difficile camminare verso i ristoranti lungo la strada, anche se i ristoranti stessi sono buoni. Il letto era un po' troppo forte per me, e il condizionamento era un po' alto, ma c'era anche un fan sul tetto. In generale, un soggiorno pulito e confortevole con personale amichevole.

We stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking. However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too. Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid. We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop.

L'appartamento è bello e ha vista sul mare anche se abbiamo la unità laterale. Il buffet per colazione è pieno di varietà. La posizione è vicino alla strada principale. La spiaggia è solo un passo da qui. Ci piace il mini zoo. Conigli, uccelli, così grandi pesci di Arrapamama. Il personale è molto amichevole.

La memoria di infanzia del mio amico e ora è diventata i miei figli. L’hotel è collegato a una spiaggia pulita e meno numerosa; significa più rilassamento e concentrarsi solo sulla giocare a sabbia e bagno di mare. The rooms are a little old (we stayed in apartment style most of the time), but it is decent for the cost we’d paid. We’d’d staying the same hotel over the last 12 years. Amazing!

This hotel is suitable only for one night stay coz the room is very small and there is nowhere to hang clothes. The room was clean and with a fragrant odour. It is only months old so everything still look good. The location is good, only few minutes walk to the waterfront. There are restaurants, cafes and also fast food outlets along the beach, wide choice of food selection. The area is quiet at night, a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
