Hotel con colazione a Port Dickson

We had a family vacation here and booked a 3-bedroom apartment for our family. The Superior King Room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with an iron, kettle, toothbrushes, and even a prayer mat. The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the living hall was huge, making it perfect for a family stay. The pool was very entertaining for the kids, especially with the water slides. The beach is just a short walk away from the resort. There were also plenty of activities such as table tennis, carrom, and swings, all with a beautiful beach view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place for families with children.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 4 o 5 volte, ma dopo la mia ultima esperienza, dal 21 al 23 marzo, sto seriamente riconsiderando l'idea di prenotarci di nuovo. Ho viaggiato con i miei genitori anziani e ho fatto diverse richieste fondamentali per garantire la loro accessibilità e il loro comfort: - Camere adiacenti (essenziali per monitorare gli ospiti anziani). - Camere vicino all'ascensore (per ridurre al minimo la distanza da percorrere a piedi per gli anziani). - Vista sulla Moschea di Sendayan. Ho fatto tutto ciò che un ospite dovrebbe fare per assicurarsi che queste richieste venissero prese in considerazione: Ho inserito le richieste nelle note su Trip.com al momento della prenotazione (un mese prima). Ho inviato un'e-mail di conferma una settimana prima dell'arrivo per confermare le disposizioni. Nonostante ciò, l'hotel non è riuscito a soddisfare la richiesta più importante: le camere adiacenti (la motivazione addotta è che la camera era al completo). Questo inconveniente ha causato un notevole stress inutile e ha persino portato a un'accesa discussione in famiglia a causa della pessima gestione logistica. Inoltre, ho avuto una brutta esperienza quando sono arrivato con 30 minuti di ritardo rispetto all'orario di check-in, ma l'altra camera non era ancora pronta e ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 16:15. Sebbene altri aspetti dell'hotel siano ”accettabili”, la mancanza di attenzione da parte del reparto prenotazioni e della reception riguardo all'accessibilità per le persone anziane è inaccettabile. Se un hotel non è in grado di soddisfare una richiesta fatta con un mese di anticipo e confermata via e-mail, ciò dimostra una mancanza di comunicazione interna e di rispetto per i clienti affezionati e abituali. A meno che non ci sia un miglioramento significativo nella gestione delle richieste, cercherò una sistemazione alternativa per i miei prossimi soggiorni in zona.

Room: We stayed in a Double Queen room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the bathroom was generally cleaned. However, on our second day, the housekeeping only made the beds and gave the bathroom a basic clean. They did not refill the toiletries, coffee, or other amenities. We called the reception and the refill items were sent to our room promptly. Splash Park: Everything was great! Our kids had an amazing time and really enjoyed the Splash Park. Breakfast: The food was delicious with a good variety of choices. However, some dishes were not refilled promptly, and we had to request the staff to replenish certain food items, beverages, and even the cutlery. Everything was good overall. There are just a few small areas that could be improved, possibly due to a shortage of staff during busy hours. Overall: We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the Splash Park was fantastic, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was also plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. Despite the minor housekeeping and breakfast service issues, we would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.

In primo luogo, per la bassa occupazione, ma cercano di fare colazione a buffet per noi e la sauna oltre un anno non aperto, ma infine hanno su di noi per usarla e funziona bene.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate kitchen that added great convenience—especially for longer stays or families. One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool, perfect for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Personale amichevole in ufficio frontale. piscina grande ma sporca. Nessuna tovagliola nella stanza dopo l'ispezione. Devo chiamare il custode per chiedere una tovagliola. Poi inviano una tovagliola dopo un'ora, forse non abbastanza. 11.30am Prima di checkout, qualcuno già chiude la porta per chiedere di tornare towel sporco.Per citare, questo appartamento ha solo 1 ascensore per condividere un blocco F. Immagina durante il checkout, tutte le persone che usano ascensore per scendere.

The rooms are big, the hotel is huge and directlyon the beach, the staff is very friendly! but...the hotel is old and run down, the beach has nothing to stay like chairs, few options on food, the pool has 4 wood chairs but we where 7 people, and still didn't manage to stay there as there where 3-4 families with lots of kids. Port Dikson is an old town with lots of stires closed and nothing to do, unfortunately. We had 7 nights payed but stayed only 2 and got back to Kuala Lumpur. We couldn't get the money back for the 5 nights :(

I have lower expectation on this hotel seem it 3 hotel star. Pros: 1.Staff polite to guest 2.The view from balcony very amazing (seaview) 3.The beach is in front the hotel 4.The breakfast is enough to start a day. The view of the breakfast is stunning. So-so taste, but still okay for me. Kuih is delicious. 5.I can order food to my room, the price is reasonable. Come with big portion. 6.Got big swimming pool and kid swimming pool. The kids are very happy. Cons 1.It is an old hotel. So in the room got old furniture. 2.The wallpaper in the room describe this is an old hotel. 3.Got dusty smell upon arrived. But it will disappear after you switch on the aircond. Overall: i still satisfied with this hotel, because i didnt expect too much. Still a good hotel but old.

In generale, aveva una piacevole e confortevole esperienza. La posizione è eccellente, proprio al fianco dell'acqua con facile accesso a ristoranti, caffè, negozi di comodità e la promenade sul mare. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, il personale era amichevole e il check-in era ben fatto. Uno dei futuri ospiti dovrebbe notare che il parcheggio può essere un po' difficile, soprattutto durante i fine settimana e i periodi di picco, poiché i parcheggi nelle vicinanze possono essere limitati. Un altro punto importante è che nella zona vi sono in realtà due proprietà diverse di D'Wharf. Uno è l'alta risorsa D'Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence al fianco dell'acqua, l'altro è l'Hotel Boutique D'Wharf situato tra i lotti di negozi al fianco dell'acqua. È consigliabile controllare la conferma della prenotazione e l'indirizzo di destinazione prima di arrivare per evitare qualsiasi confusione. Nonostante queste piccole inconvenienti, l'hotel offre un grande valore per i soldi, una fantastica posizione di fronte all'acqua e un'atmosfera rilassante.

This hotel is suitable only for one night stay coz the room is very small and there is nowhere to hang clothes. The room was clean and with a fragrant odour. It is only months old so everything still look good. The location is good, only few minutes walk to the waterfront. There are restaurants, cafes and also fast food outlets along the beach, wide choice of food selection. The area is quiet at night, a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
