Hotel con parcheggio a Iskandar Puteri

Questa è la migliore stanza familiare che abbiamo mai soggiornato durante la visita a Johor Bahru! Ci siamo persino prolungati il nostro soggiorno per un giorno extra perché nostra figlia aveva così tanto divertimento e non voleva andarsene. Abbiamo scelto la stanza con il tema del mouse, e ogni angolo era pieno di belle decorazioni di Mickey, e l’attenzione per i dettagli faceva sentire la magia per i bambini. Il servizio clienti era molto responsivo, e da quando guidavamo, trovavamo la posizione molto conveniente, la stanza era anche tranquilla, che rendeva un soggiorno confortevole. I piccoli giochi e i regali di benvenuto preparati per i bambini erano incredibilmente carini e un toccamento così pensativo! L’unico sfondo era la scivola bianca, un po’ troppo forte, e persino per gli adulti non era facile salire al secondo livello. Torneremo certamente e provarne uno degli altri temi la prossima volta. Molto raccomandato!

In generale è buono. Ma operano come un Airbnb mentre allo stesso tempo sono elencate come un hotel. Quindi raccolgono un deposito 200RM. O vai a un posto a due minuti di distanza per pagare i soldi o paghi con trasferimento bancario che non puoi tornare lo stesso giorno di check-out. Un po'di problemi, ma il posto è a posto.

Room was really large and clean and came with a nice view of the bay. However amenities were not too well maintained (washing machine door spoilt etc). Also quite stingy with the bottled water when we requested for more on the check out day. Location is ok with some eateries within driving distance. Nice supermarket right next door too.

Staying at Almas was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodations were very comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Almas for anyone seeking a high-quality stay with great service and comfort. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.

Siamo rimasti qui solo per una notte per evitare il traffico di giorno. La posizione è vicino al Second Link e è un'area tranquilla. Ero un po' preoccupato dopo aver letto le recensioni negative su Pinetree Marina Resort, ma sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso. L'appartamento era grande, ben arredato e in generale appartato nuovo e ben mantenuto con apparecchi Electrolux e dispositivi sanitari Grohe. L'iscrizione era rapida e senza fuss, anche se siamo arrivati a mezzanotte. Il pranzo era un bento consegnato all’appartamento, contenente un pacchetto di lemak nasi, croissant, dolor au chocolate e una mela, nonché una bevanda (scelta di caffè, tè o succo d’arancia), il cibo era delizioso e meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. Anche il controllo era facile. Ora non era tutto perfetto, e c'erano alcuni negativi.La zona della doccia nella camera da letto del maestro aveva un odore di scarico debole. I compressori di aria condizionata sono situati proprio fuori dalla camera da letto, e i compressori continuano a girare e a spostare, così questo può essere disturbante per i sonni leggeri. Non mi sono disturbato troppo quando sono abituato a questo. Infine, il lobby è davvero difficile da trovare dal parcheggio: è necessario cercare piccoli segni stampati su carta e cercare la guardia di sicurezza presso l'ufficio di sicurezza per aprire la porta del lobby. Inoltre, porta la carta TouchNGo alla ricezione per convalidare il parcheggio. In generale, era ancora un grande soggiorno.

I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend i-Homestay and would definitely return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The homestay management is very responsive. However, it is quite troublesome to go in and out from the residences as you will need to register at the guardhouse everytime you enter the premise despite already showing them the unit card. There is tower provided , however, you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

The facilities are fire too: there are swimming pools with stunning views (kids and adults!), a gym that actually has all the essentials, and security that makes you feel genuinely safe. Tiny downside: someone left their clothes on the showerhead (yup, I spotted it right away next to the window in the bathroom 😅). Probably an oversight from the last guest or housekeeping—nothing major but caught me off guard. Other than that, everything else checked out. The area is super quiet and chill, so you can actually relax—no noisy neighbors or street drama. Would I stay here again? 100%! The value-for-money is unreal and the location can’t be beat.
