Hotel con parcheggio a Iskandar Puteri

Location is so convenient to family mart, sunway box, nsk. Just less than 5 mins walk away. It's a bit confusing at first on how to get the keys but eventually it got figured our thanks to the staff. There is washer, dryer and kitchen. Super convenient for us. Kids enjoyed the watching netflix via the projector, the pool and the slide. Will definitely come here again!

Posizione: vicino a Legoland e non troppo lontano da CIQ. Miglior se si guida, ma Grab è disponibile (solo meno conducenti intorno, quindi prenota in anticipo). No negozi o cibo nelle vicinanze. Pulizia: Più pulita di molti altri appartamenti che ho soggiornato. Solo polvere minore sul diffusore e sul letto, ma niente che abbia influenzato il comfort. Servizio: eccellente servizio, con risposte rapide su WhatsApp (eccetto dopo le 10:00). Sarebbe bello se ci fosse una rack secca, ma sono state fornite strutture come ferro, asciugacapelli, pendenti e anche un distributore d'acqua, che era davvero pensabile. Servizi: Sala da pranzo e piscina sono puliti e ben mantenuti. In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno con un grande servizio e strutture. Molto conveniente per coloro che visitano Legoland.

Staying at Almas was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodations were very comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I highly recommend Almas for anyone seeking a high-quality stay with great service and comfort. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.

Room was really large and clean and came with a nice view of the bay. However amenities were not too well maintained (washing machine door spoilt etc). Also quite stingy with the bottled water when we requested for more on the check out day. Location is ok with some eateries within driving distance. Nice supermarket right next door too.

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

We recently stayed at this homestay with our family. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The place was quiet and in a good location. The host was friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay and would recommend it.

I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben mantenuta, con un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante che rendeva facile rilassare dopo un lungo giorno. Tutto era ben organizzato, e il letto era molto comodo, dandomi un buon riposo notturno durante il mio soggiorno. La cosa che apprezzo più è stata la pulizia generale e l'attenzione ai dettagli della stanza, le strutture erano in buone condizioni e tutto si sentiva bene curato. L'ambiente dell'hotel stesso era tranquillo e accogliente, che ha aggiunto all'intera esperienza. Il personale era anche amichevole, gentile e utile quando doveva, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il servizio era semplice da check-in all' check-out, che mi piaceva molto quando ero in un hotel. In generale, direi che l'Hotel Ramada Johor Bahru è una scelta per chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole e senza problemi a Johor Bahru. La stanza dell'Angulo orientale in particolare è certamente la sua qualità. Ritorno felicemente e lo consiglio agli altri.

I recently stayed at this homestay and had a great experience. The place was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and it was very comfortable for couples. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Plus, it felt very safe throughout my stay. Highly recommended! Convenient location for vacation, lego land is near, mall is near.
