Easy check in where you show the QR code provided to the security and get the key from the mailbox room. Dedicated parking lot. The studio room is facing the Kuantan City where you can enjoy the city view. The room was clean and have water dispenser for hot and cold water for drinking. The towel will be provided as your request for how many person you check in. There are swimming pool at level 5. Easy checkout where you put back your key inside designated mailbox when you check in.

Il servizio era eccellente. Dopo 30 minuti di entrata, il personale ha controllato se la stanza era a posto. Inoltre, hanno portato anche i nostri sacchetti in camera senza chiederci. La stanza era anche super pulita, non c'erano tinture. La zona della piscina è un po' sporca, come le scale sono state formate su di loro. La diffusione del buffet era eccellente, ci sono state molte opzioni diverse da scegliere. In generale un grande soggiorno, sarebbe tornato quando visitare il quantan.

I love the view and the location is amazing. But I think cleanliness need to be improved. For the unit I have been staying- Found many small roaches running around the kitchen and living hall free style. Horror ! The futon bed is not comfortable & the bedsheet has stains on it! The owner should do something on pest control and do a better job in cleaning up the room. I should have taken a video of the roaches

the toilet and room very clean. got iron at each floor and got parking space. located near Pantai cempedak just less than 10 minutes drive. Bonus point got TMG supermarket infront of the house very convenient to do quick shopping. i don't took picture of the house but really beautiful and cozy place, got bonding space at level 1 with small table tennis and corridor outside to chill

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

L location very strategic. Near to Teruntum Tower and a lot of cafe around the hotels. All the basics amenities are provided. Iron and board also provided. Breakfast choice is just nice. Just one thing that not satisfied...during the staycation, the reception area was under renovation and this is not informed earlier by hotel management.

For me, this hotel has the best view ever! - The view was absolutely amazing. - Breakfast was okay—not too bad. - The swimming pool was big, clean, and enjoyable. However, I had quite a scary experience on my first night. 😅 I woke up surrounded by black ants while sleeping and got bitten a few times. Luckily, no ants got into my ears! 😂🐜 I also got a towel full of stain. Asked housekeeping to change & they came ASAP. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, but I definitely won’t forget that first night! 😅

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

Mi piaceva davvero questo posto. Il suo posto era molto privato e segreto, e non c'erano molti ospiti durante il nostro soggiorno, quindi ci sentiva come se avessimo la spiaggia per noi stessi. La colazione era tranquilla e abbiamo provato anche il servizio in camera, il cibo era sorprendentemente buono. Tuttavia, per un risorsa privata in questo punto di prezzo, mi aspettavo un'esperienza generale migliore e un'attenzione maggiore ai dettagli. Ho fatto il check-in al mio compleanno, e mentre non mi aspettavo niente di stravagante, avevo sperato di almeno un semplice saluto di compleanno durante il check-in. Purtroppo, non c’era alcuna nota, che era un po’ deludente. Il problema più grande era la condizione della stanza, il pavimento era molto bagnato e slipperoso, e le pareti si sentivano insopportabili. All'inizio pensavo che il pavimento fosse stato appena mosso, ma dopo poche ore il problema si era aggravato. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare due volte il custode per spostare il pavimento e un tecnico è venuto a controllarlo, e ci è stato detto che era causato dal condizionatore d'aria. Infine, abbiamo rinunciato e chiesto di mettere in pavimento degli asciugamani per impedire che nessuno slippa, come mostrato nelle foto, e il sedile del bagno era anche sporco e avrebbe dovuto essere sostituito. La cosa che mi ha disappunto più è stata la mancanza di follow-up; durante la visita di verifica nessuno si è scusato per l'inconveniente, anche se avevamo riferito due volte la questione; nessuno ha chiesto se il problema era stato risolto o se il nostro soggiorno era stato colpito. In generale, il resort offre eccellente privacy, bellissime viste e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Purtroppo, la condizione della stanza e la mancanza di servizio al cliente hanno ombrato ciò che avrebbe dovuto essere un memorabile soggiorno di compleanno. Considerato il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, mi aspettavo molto più attenzione sia alla manutenzione che all'esperienza degli ospiti.
