ZZiYiL'hotel è a 5 minuti dalla pedaggio, a 40 minuti dalla città di Kuantan. L'ambiente, le strutture e la camera è stata fantastica, risposta rapida dal desk front!!

CChyeMeiIn generale il soggiorno era piacevole, la struttura e la piscina molto piacevole, si può camminare direttamente sulla spiaggia, i bambini hanno avuto molto divertimento sulla spiaggia
Per quanto riguarda il buffet, apprezzerei se la gestione ci può dire prima per la promozione del free headcount, fortunatamente la gente del caffè ci informa e restituisce a noi

NNritaRindianiI had a really great stay at Imperium Kuantan. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Sea view from the balcony was amazing. The facilities and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing.
The room also came with Netflix, which was a nice bonus for chilling at night. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well throughout the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I would definitely come again!

UUtente ospiteThe room was nice and spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. The breakfast spread was okay, and the best item was definitely the seri muka — really delicious. The location is also very convenient, being close to malls and plenty of restaurants.
However, the parking was a downside. It’s quite far from the hotel, there’s no roof, and the number of parking spots is very limited.
Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but the parking situation could be improved.

Tuttavia, non esiste un’aula per bambini, quindi può essere meglio adattata per coppie o famiglie i cui bambini godono di attività più tranquille. Still a pleasant and refreshing short stay.

YYoung KerI recently stayed here for a business trip with four colleagues. We booked five separate rooms, choosing this location based on its competitive pricing and convenient location. While the physical property itself is impressive, the management process left a lot to be desired.
The Good: Comfort & Space
Rooms: The rooms are genuinely clean, neat, and very spacious. For the price point, the value of the actual living space is excellent.
Parking: Finding parking was easy and secure, which was a major plus for our group as we had our own vehicles.
Location: Perfectly situated for getting around Kuantan efficiently.
The Bad: Maintenance & Missing Basics
The property feels slightly neglected in terms of upkeep. In my specific room:
The shower head holder was loose, making it difficult to use.
There were no floor mats provided, which is a basic necessity to avoid tracking water across the room after a shower.
The Ugly: Management & Customer Service
This is where the experience fell short. The administrative side of this stay was disorganized and stressful:
Automated Communication: Their chat system is powered by an AI that provides ”canned” answers. It failed to address any of our specific questions, making communication feel like a dead end.
Check-in Delays: We weren't sent the check-in passwords on time. We had to track down a separate person-in-charge just to get access to our rooms late in the day.
Pricing Inconsistencies: The documentation stated a RM50 deposit per room, but we were charged RM60. While the amount is small, the inconsistency feels unprofessional and creates a lack of trust.
Final Verdict: If you value space and price above all else, this is a solid choice. However, be prepared to fight for your check-in details and deal with a non-responsive service team. I hope management fixes their communication flow and updates their facilities soon.

WWanee ZulkifliMe and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.
