Hotel con parcheggio a Kuantan

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

Location was fantastic as there is a beach right behind the building which is connected to the swimming pool. The unit was clean and looks as advertised(with refrigerator and washing machine), however - there were issues with the air conditioning. Whilst the management sent technician pretty quickly when we initially reported the issue, they were unable to resolve the issue completely (the aircon was not generating cold air consistently and majority of the time hot air was generated instead), which we didn’t realise the issue was not fully resolved given that we spent most of the management’s working hours outside of the unit and it was only until late at night we noticed the whole unit was fairly hot (as there was only one fan in the room with the single bed; as the other two queen beds relied filly on aircon only). We reported the issue again via WhatsApp and management offered air cooler - however we only booked for one night and was already checking out when this occurred

La scena unica sulla spiaggia è ancora più stupenda di quanto non sia nelle foto. Il cibo era superiore alla media, e abbiamo finito di avere tutti i nostri pasti Colazione, pranzo e cena all'hotel durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo anche provato la terapia di massaggio, e devo dire che l'ambiente era assolutamente sorprendente ascoltare il suono delle onde mentre godere di tecniche di massaggio professionale è stata un'esperienza di cinque stelle. Abbiamo anche fatto un test per la giungla, e ci sono alcuni punti in cui si potrebbe aggiungere un segnale direzionale più chiaro. Come piccolo suggerimento per l'hotel, si potrebbe considerare la creazione di un piccolo negozio di vendita di souvenir, carte postali e snack. I clienti possono davvero rilassarsi e trascorrere un tempo libero all'interno dell'hotel senza dover andare da nessuna parte. Sarei sicuramente tornato.

This is a Muslim-friendly hotel, located near eateries and a shopping mall. The breakfast spread was good. The pool is kid-friendly, too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed here for a business trip with four colleagues. We booked five separate rooms, choosing this location based on its competitive pricing and convenient location. While the physical property itself is impressive, the management process left a lot to be desired. The Good: Comfort & Space Rooms: The rooms are genuinely clean, neat, and very spacious. For the price point, the value of the actual living space is excellent. Parking: Finding parking was easy and secure, which was a major plus for our group as we had our own vehicles. Location: Perfectly situated for getting around Kuantan efficiently. The Bad: Maintenance & Missing Basics The property feels slightly neglected in terms of upkeep. In my specific room: The shower head holder was loose, making it difficult to use. There were no floor mats provided, which is a basic necessity to avoid tracking water across the room after a shower. The Ugly: Management & Customer Service This is where the experience fell short. The administrative side of this stay was disorganized and stressful: Automated Communication: Their chat system is powered by an AI that provides ”canned” answers. It failed to address any of our specific questions, making communication feel like a dead end. Check-in Delays: We weren't sent the check-in passwords on time. We had to track down a separate person-in-charge just to get access to our rooms late in the day. Pricing Inconsistencies: The documentation stated a RM50 deposit per room, but we were charged RM60. While the amount is small, the inconsistency feels unprofessional and creates a lack of trust. Final Verdict: If you value space and price above all else, this is a solid choice. However, be prepared to fight for your check-in details and deal with a non-responsive service team. I hope management fixes their communication flow and updates their facilities soon.

We reached the hotel at about 2.45 PM and were asked to wait for our room. Although check-in officially begins at 3 PM, our room wasn't ready until 4:20 PM. Inside, the bedroom was quite small (with an unusual sink-outside-bathroom layout) and the garden view was disappointing. However, the highlight of our stay was the beach. It is peaceful, clean, and beautifully shaded by trees. It’s a fantastic area for total relaxation.

Great beachfront location and fun slides for kids! We had a lovely family stay at this resort. The location is perfect—it’s right on the beach, and the ocean is just a short walk away. Being able to go between the beach and the pool so easily was a huge plus for us. The highlight for the kids was definitely the swimming pool. The slides kept them entertained for hours! It’s a great place for families with young children. While we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the dining options could be improved. It would be even better if there was more variety on the menu. Overall, a good choice for a relaxing family beach holiday.

Everything was good except for the gym facilities. Sadly some of equipments were not working.
