Hotel con parcheggio a Kuantan

I enjoyed my stay here. I appreciate the stylish lobby decor, and the receptionist staff was very polite and friendly. The kids club is wonderful, we played PlayStation and did some coloring. There's a gym nearby, and the toilet at the kids club is spotless. The hotel is extremely kids friendly, and my children loved everything about it. My room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job with the cleaning. The breakfast is delicious. ❤

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Kuantan Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. A special thank you to the team for helping us find my son's lost toy. We really appreciated your kindness and excellent service—it meant a lot to our family. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to staying here again!

Location was fantastic as there is a beach right behind the building which is connected to the swimming pool. The unit was clean and looks as advertised(with refrigerator and washing machine), however - there were issues with the air conditioning. Whilst the management sent technician pretty quickly when we initially reported the issue, they were unable to resolve the issue completely (the aircon was not generating cold air consistently and majority of the time hot air was generated instead), which we didn’t realise the issue was not fully resolved given that we spent most of the management’s working hours outside of the unit and it was only until late at night we noticed the whole unit was fairly hot (as there was only one fan in the room with the single bed; as the other two queen beds relied filly on aircon only). We reported the issue again via WhatsApp and management offered air cooler - however we only booked for one night and was already checking out when this occurred

the toilet and room very clean. got iron at each floor and got parking space. located near Pantai cempedak just less than 10 minutes drive. Bonus point got TMG supermarket infront of the house very convenient to do quick shopping. i don't took picture of the house but really beautiful and cozy place, got bonding space at level 1 with small table tennis and corridor outside to chill

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

Se preferisci una stanza tranquilla, consiglio di informare la ricezione che desidera una stanza lontana dall'area di irrigazione, poiché questo appartamento è disponibile 24 ore al giorno e non c'è tempo limite per il suo utilizzo. Il personale, però, era molto amichevole e presto ha organizzato un cambio di stanza dopo aver fatto la richiesta, che apprezzo davvero.

Stayed on 5-6/7/26.  Location strategic, 25 mnts to cherating, 20 mnts to kuantan city. I stayed in garden view room..car parking in front of the room.  Room spacious, clean, have balcony..have chair n table in the balcony..Boleh lepak..the view is so Green, very calm dgn bunyi burung..rasa mcm stay kat kampung2..  Walking distance to beach.. clean beach..boleh joging keliling resort smpi ke beach.. Area resort ade byk kedai mkn, kedai runcit, 3 mts to natural batik village.. location strategic utk pergi tmpt2 yg best ke viral..Nk beli Keropok lekor pun byk je kt tepi2 jln tu.. Price is so affordable..friendly staff.. very helpful.  Breakfast sgt sedap..many choice..mkn dpn swmmg pool.  Definitely will repeat soon!

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

Mi piaceva davvero questo posto. Il suo posto era molto privato e segreto, e non c'erano molti ospiti durante il nostro soggiorno, quindi ci sentiva come se avessimo la spiaggia per noi stessi. La colazione era tranquilla e abbiamo provato anche il servizio in camera, il cibo era sorprendentemente buono. Tuttavia, per un risorsa privata in questo punto di prezzo, mi aspettavo un'esperienza generale migliore e un'attenzione maggiore ai dettagli. Ho fatto il check-in al mio compleanno, e mentre non mi aspettavo niente di stravagante, avevo sperato di almeno un semplice saluto di compleanno durante il check-in. Purtroppo, non c’era alcuna nota, che era un po’ deludente. Il problema più grande era la condizione della stanza, il pavimento era molto bagnato e slipperoso, e le pareti si sentivano insopportabili. All'inizio pensavo che il pavimento fosse stato appena mosso, ma dopo poche ore il problema si era aggravato. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare due volte il custode per spostare il pavimento e un tecnico è venuto a controllarlo, e ci è stato detto che era causato dal condizionatore d'aria. Infine, abbiamo rinunciato e chiesto di mettere in pavimento degli asciugamani per impedire che nessuno slippa, come mostrato nelle foto, e il sedile del bagno era anche sporco e avrebbe dovuto essere sostituito. La cosa che mi ha disappunto più è stata la mancanza di follow-up; durante la visita di verifica nessuno si è scusato per l'inconveniente, anche se avevamo riferito due volte la questione; nessuno ha chiesto se il problema era stato risolto o se il nostro soggiorno era stato colpito. In generale, il resort offre eccellente privacy, bellissime viste e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Purtroppo, la condizione della stanza e la mancanza di servizio al cliente hanno ombrato ciò che avrebbe dovuto essere un memorabile soggiorno di compleanno. Considerato il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, mi aspettavo molto più attenzione sia alla manutenzione che all'esperienza degli ospiti.
