La stanza 1706 era ok. Ma la dimensione della LCD TV’s era un po’ deludente perché serve solo 32 pollici TV. Così cattivo, rispetto al valore della TV oggi. Per favore migliori, almeno 46” e sopra. E anche per favore includere alcune strutture per il bevanda come il succo carbonato o il succo dato da altri hotel. Grazie.

La seconda volta, la stanza è migliore, il pavimento è nuovo, c'è più decorazioni di armadio, non so se sia stato aggiornato o ridecorato, anche se l'hotel è vecchio, può essere accettato. Qui è molto felice per l'anno, l'atmosfera è buona, mangiare meglio, l'hotel ha organizzato con cuore, c'è ballo da drago, c'è un piccolo regalo, il programma di performance è leggermente occidentalizzato, l'unico ballerino organizzato non è buono da ballo sulla piazza. Si consiglia di mettere alcuni programmi di primavera e sera su grande schermo, l'atmosfera è più dolce

Il resort è bellissimo con giardini e terrazze ben manipolate. L'unica pendenza è stata le opzioni F&B, perché c'era solo un'uscita aperta con un menu molto limitato. Piscina e villa erano super pulite e confortevoli, sicuramente ritornerà!

There are 2 types of rooms i.e Villa & Chalet. We stays at Chalet which is more cheaper & different types of buildings. There are 2 terrace buildings with 2 storey & 3 storey . We took ground floor of the 2 storey.The room is just nice for us with living area (forgot to take the photo) and clean. Since our room is just next to the staircase, we can hear upstairs guest talking & kids playing & knocking the floor 😀 The ambiance of the chalet is good and clean. It’s about 150 meter to the beach. Clean fine sand beach! I was informed by one of the guest, the beach is the only beach in Peninsular of Malaysia that suitable for surfing! No rogue waves with sloping beach. No wonder there is a cottage for you to rent surfing board and there is a coach for those who want to learn surfing. Not much menu for breakfast but is acceptable since i assume it’s just a 3 star chalet. If you prefer to eat outside, there are eatery place nearby. Just a walking distance. We have dinner at a stall in front the chalet entrance. Will i come here again? Definitely!

Tutto a posto, carino, adorabile, pacifico e calmo. La camera adatta alla coppia. L'ambiente circostante è molto tranquillo e forse sono andato lì nei giorni feriali più il Ramadan. È necessario portare asciugamani e articoli da toeletta perché lo chalet prepara solo di base forse a causa della pandemia. Per Sahur, il personale dello chalet porta nella mia stanza. Il menu Sahur come da allegato. Il menu va bene. La spiaggia è davvero fantastica. Nel complesso bello e lo ripeterò di nuovo. Grazie ☺️

Questo è il nostro hotel preferito a Cherating, ci piace la spiaggia qui con la migliore vista e sentire così tranquillo. Ciò che può essere migliorato è solo la cortesia del personale. So che questo hotel è principalmente prenotato da Compagnia o Governo Sector per il loro programma o qualsiasi cosa. Non si aspettano più, ma noi come ospiti pagatori ci aspettano più e ci fanno tornare a casa restando qui. Ma ancora amo rimanere qui e il prossimo LaVilla. Spero che qualcosa possa crescere e tornare qui in futuro. E il cheering potrebbe diventare il miglior posto turistico di nuovo

Durante bfast soprattutto, non capisco abbastanza personale.. ma ancora posso ottenere qualcuno di monitor all'ingresso.. Tutti gli ospiti NON PORTANO MASKA DI FACCIA.. Contatore di buffet suggerisco di fornire guanti a mano facile da tenere gli utensili di buffet.. NON DISTANCARE SOCIALmente. #kitajagakita

The location is nice, by the Balok Beach. The pool is huge with beautiful landscape but it was close during the month of Ramadhan due to maintenance. Timurbay Seafront is like an AirBnB style accommodation, not a typical hotel or a service apartment. A variety of different hosts rent out different apartments so the quality will differ. My specific review is for: A Junior Suite by Subhome, booked thru Trip.Com & Within Earth. Thanks to Mr Soaib, he allowed us to early checked in at around 1pm and upgrade my son room to pool view and facing the ocean. Response time through whatsapp and call very efficient. Limited time check-in from 3 to 10 pm only. And check-out from 9am to 12pm only. You'll get fine for RM100/30 minutes for late check-out. Need to consider in providing amenities such tooth brush, mineral water, etc. Parking was okay, the security is good. Lots of local restaurant nearby. Will come again when we're in Kuantan.

Ci siamo accolti con le braccia aperte. Grande posizione nel centro della città. Le toilette hanno solo uno shampoo, una sapone da bar e una sapone corpo liquido. C'è un po'di tintura sul letto. Un po'vecchia scuola sulla condizionamento dell'aria, ma è ancora perfettamente funzionale. Il bagno è pulito. L'hotel era vicino al liceo, quindi a volte c'è pratica di club e si sentirà la partita di gruppo scolastico. Il distributore d'acqua sul mio livello che deve essere freddo è caldo. E ancora caldo. Il dispensatore d'acqua sul pavimento è rotto. Solo acqua calda può essere utilizzata. E le ragazze il tavolo di ferro e di ferro saranno fuori nel balcone. In generale, solo per dormire era perfettamente bene.

5 - 10 chilometri dal centro città. Più nuove camere alberghiere. buona aria condizionata. buona doccia d'acqua calda. Consiglio municipale pagabile parcheggio durante le ore di ufficio. era piuttosto tranquillo quando eravamo lì. servizio normale. abbiamo preso in prestito un asciugacapelli dalla ricezione. buon wifi

Excellent service from the staff at The Kasturi from the moment we checked into the resort right till we checked out. All the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and went all out to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious with free in room snacks and drinks for guests. We loved the bath tub and shower and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast spread was good and delicious. Only regret is that the beach is a bit difficult to access as I understand they had to put stonewalls due to flooding in the past. Would definitely come again!

Il letto è molto confortevole. Il servizio in camera è veloce (mi è stato lamentato che necessiti di 1 tovagliolo più e si sono presentati entro 5 minuti con tovagliolo aggiuntivo). L'iscrizione è veloce e la camera è pulita con letto pulito. Purtroppo la camera non è una prova, sento la mia prossima stanza a porta e la stanza è vicino alla strada, quindi è piuttosto rumorosa. Il colazione è buona, ma dal momento che è gratuita, non ho lamentazione.

My colleagues and I went to EryabySuria over the weekend for a business trip. From the exterior I can say that the hotel has been around for sometime. The check-in was a breeze. My room (G9), was clean and modestly well kept. ROOM: Like mentioned before it was modest, furnitures were dated but still functional. The bathroom was ok, if I can say so. MEETING ROOM: It was ok. Although as a note for the future, the hotel should have a label for each meeting groups for the coffee breaks. Our coffee breaks table was set up outside the meeting room without any labelling or signs. The hotel's guest ended up assuming the food was prepared by the hotel as a complimentary. We ended up not having enough food for us. The air-conditioning in the meeting room (Cengkih) can be improved. It was not as cold as we expected it. Perhaps a little bit of maintenance would do the trick. COFFEE HOUSE: It was simple and clean. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Although the management should consider of adding a few more tables so there would be enough seats for the hotel's guests, especially during breakfast. The food spread was just 'ok'. SWIMMING POOL: It was clean and decently sized. Although if I may suggest the management could add pool chairs and tables for the guests. OVERALL: I have high hopes for the hotel. Moving forward, the hotel should begin upgrading the hotel's exterior and facilities. With new hotels and airbnbs opening around the area, the hotel should be amongst the frontrunners to be the choice of tourists and visitors. I wish the hotel all the best for the future and hope this review helps.
