Fantastico
UUtente ospiteÈ di recente costruzione e gli arredi sono fantastici e impeccabili: la camera è spaziosa e dotata di dispensa e lavatrice (ma senza asciugatrice né detersivo).
Situata in posizione comoda, vicino a un'uscita della metropolitana con ascensore, con un minimarket nell'edificio e punti di ristoro e un Daiso nelle vicinanze. Avevo letto in precedenza della presenza di una discoteca nelle vicinanze, ma non mi ha preoccupato più di tanto.

MM I ParamitaThe hotel is just in front of the bus stop, and very close by to Metro Haeundae Exit 5 (lift) which is very convenient for those with large luggage to go in and out. You can also reach the hotel via Bus no 1001 from Busan Station for those who comes to Busan via HSR just that this bus not allows passengers to bring in large luggage into the bus since the walkway inside the bus is too narrow.
There’s a round walkabout to enter the hotel and this was the tricky part as the direction given by Trip.com was to enter from the side entrance. There’s no logo of W Residences Hotel from the side entrance nor from the round walkabout. But from here you could see the name of the hotel out of the other few hotels mentioned.
The biggest drawback was the hotel provides no free cleaning (must pay W20k to clean daily) and we must remember to put the trash outside our room as well as the dirty towels too in the morning then whatsapp the receptionist to clear. I am not so sure if it’s the culture of Korean hotels nowadays not to clean the room unless upon requests (pay or free) since all 3 hotels I stayed so far under Trip.com from Incheon, Seoul and Busan are all like this (but W Residences Hotel was the only one that charged the fees to clean). I am also pretty sure all 3 hotels would not change the bedsheets too. So better to stay max maybe just 2-3 days per hotel I guess for hygiene purposes since I prefer for my mattress to be cleaned daily actually, otherwise why would I pay so much only to have it like what I would’ve been doing at my own house?
The service was quite good, the staff understands English quite well and very thorough and polite since day 1. They also gave hardcopy SOP for patrons to follow. Water and towels are available only upon requests from 9am-11pm as well, no staff around otherwise. They allow us to keep the luggage next to the reception table when we checkout before we leave Busan.
There’s fridge, stove (can’t cook smelly food so I won’t even attempt this since there are plenty eateries outside and quite near to Haeundae Night Market), microwave, cutleries etc. No coffee nor tea provided here. Overall I would not mind staying in this hotel again if I go Busan but I may also want to try out other hotels in the same buildings since apparently there are quite number of them (building is designed like apartments).

LLekanischeL'hotel si trova in una posizione davvero unica, davvero sorprendente. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose. Il balcone offre una vista magnifica. Il bagno ha un water intelligente e una vasca da bagno di grandi dimensioni, ma non c'è la tenda della doccia: tutto si rovescia sul pavimento. Il soffione della doccia non è regolabile e, per qualche motivo, è fissato con delle fascette!...
Gli asciugamani sono piccoli, ma in camera è disponibile un set di accappatoi in alternativa. Di notte, un sensore di movimento nel corridoio accende la luce quando si ha bisogno di usare il bagno, senza accendere l'illuminazione generale. L'accesso alla camera è tramite tessera, sebbene la serratura sia codificata.
Il balcone si affaccia sul ponte e sul porto peschereccio. Ci sono sedie e un tavolo, quindi c'è molto spazio.
Eravamo un po' preoccupati per la mancanza di copripiumini, solo un copriletto, ma non siamo schizzinosi e il clima è caldo, quindi non ci siamo preoccupati. I cuscini si sono rivelati gonfiabili, come quelli che si trovano quando ci si appoggia la testa. A proposito, non sono un fan di quei cuscini. Ma ci si abitua.
La colazione è molto semplice, praticamente solo uno spuntino: yogurt, un uovo sodo, pane tostato con marmellata, una tazza di frutta, magari dei noodles istantanei, e il caffè non è un granché. Penso che sia meglio saltare del tutto la colazione, visto che non c'è molto da mangiare. Oppure aggiungete riso, una frittata o una zuppa di pesce con cipollotti, e allora l'uovo salterà davvero. Aggiungete kimchi e tteokbokki, per esempio. Nel complesso, ho lasciato la colazione affamato e non ci sono nemmeno andato.
Vorrei anche dire ottime cose del personale. Sono molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Sono sempre disposti ad aiutare, a dare consigli e a guidarvi durante la giornata. È chiaro che ci mettono il cuore.
L'hotel si trova un po' lontano dalla metropolitana, a 15-20 minuti a piedi con una valigia, e la spiaggia è a 15 minuti.
La spiaggia di Songdo è vicina; L'acqua è più calda di quella della spiaggia di Huande e una funivia collega la spiaggia al Parco Amnam. A proposito, ci sono molti gatti, quindi non dimenticate di portare loro un dolcetto.
La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa e i prezzi sono leggermente più bassi rispetto al centro città. Il Texas non è lontano; potete prendere un autobus. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze c'è un grande Lotte Mart, con una splendida terrazza panoramica gratuita sul tetto (un po' più in basso c'è Biff).
L'hotel mi è piaciuto e vorrei tornarci, ma spero davvero che risolvano il problema della colazione.

Sstev.changSono rimasto qui per una notte nella camera doppia Ocean Classic. La posizione è eccellenteit’s solo a 3-minute passeggiata alla stazione di metro e perfettamente situato tra Haeundae e Gwangalli. La vista è stupenda; si può vedere il famoso ponte Gwangalli attraverso le finestre di soffitto.
La stanza è ben attrezzata e la lavatrice è un enorme plus per un soggiorno più lungo. In generale, la stanza era per lo più pulita, anche se ho notato alcune tinture sul conforto. Il personale del front desk era molto accogliente; anche se il loro inglese non era perfetto, si sono spostati dal loro modo per aiutarmi. È stata una bella esperienza in generale e sicuramente grande valore per i soldi.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato la Metro Suite approfittando di un calo di prezzo su Trip.com ed è stata un'ottima scelta per il prezzo pagato. L'appartamento era spazioso, completamente attrezzato con una grande TV, lavatrice, asciugatrice, microonde e persino una piastra per capelli Samsung. I due letti queen size e la biancheria da letto erano di buona qualità. Anche il bagno e la doccia erano ottimi. Era disponibile un bollitore elettrico. Non era consentito cucinare se non su richiesta. Non erano fornite posate o utensili da cucina. In generale, dalla camera non si godeva di una vista panoramica, se non una piccola vista sul mare dal balcone. Il primo giorno non ci è stato fornito l'asciugamano da bagno e abbiamo dovuto richiederlo alla reception. Abbiamo ordinato cibo a domicilio tramite Baemin. La posizione è vicina alla spiaggia di Haeundae, ma potrebbe essere migliore in quanto non è centrale e non abbastanza vicina alla zona più vivace. Non aspettatevi un servizio alberghiero completo, a parte la presenza della reception (dalle 7:00 alle 22:00), e non è stato previsto il servizio di pulizia in camera per l'intero soggiorno di 4 giorni. Anche le strutture dell'hotel erano chiuse, la piscina era chiusa. La colazione non era inclusa e doveva essere pagata a parte presso l'hotel Kwangsu di fronte all'edificio. Il personale dell'hotel è stato gentile, la risposta alla nostra richiesta di aiuto per risolvere il problema del water intasato è stata tempestiva, la posizione era facilmente raggiungibile in taxi tramite Kakao o K-Ride. Nel complesso abbiamo dormito bene e trascorso un soggiorno piacevole, e il prezzo pagato è stato ampiamente ripagato.

I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview.
Whats disappointing:
1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change.
2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water,
- bed not made,
- floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and
- toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.

While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

UUtente ospiteFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

The Room & Amenities
The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around.
The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down.
Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest.
Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated.
Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated).
Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in.

Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby.

The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers:
Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station.
Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street.
Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators.
