UUtente ospiteMolto buon hotel, la stanza è grande e la decorazione è di moda.La stanza ha cibo e la faccia è gratuita.
Camminare vicino all'hotel può raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana e la stazione di autobus, può andare a tutti i punti d'attrazione e viaggiare convenientemente.
Il servizio della signorina Reception è anche buono. Puoi aiutare a prendere un taxi.
L'unica carenza è che la colazione è inviata alla porta della stanza, messo nel cestino della colazione, sembra eccellente, ma il tipo di colazione è meno favorito, che la colazione di auto-supporto è ricco.
Raccomanderà ai parenti e ai loro amici di rimanere!

UUtente anonimoLa stanza non era pulita a dovere. Quando mi sono fatta la doccia e stavo per andare a letto, ho trovato i capelli corti di un uomo sulle lenzuola! Ho chiamato subito la reception per far cambiare le lenzuola al cameriere. Per fortuna, il cameriere è arrivato nel cuore della notte, altrimenti non sarei riuscita a dormire. Che schifo!

The unit was very clean and comfortable with good kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. The staff were very friendly and replies promptly on WhatsApp, and supported with the luggage storage

È pulito. L'aria condizionata è fantastica, ma l'insonorizzazione non è delle migliori.

È piuttosto pulito e l'acqua calda esce rapidamente.
L'asciugatrice è un buon prodotto e produce aria calda.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è un B&B. Le camere sono pulite e il proprietario è cordiale. L'ultimo giorno ci ha aiutato a salire a un piano più alto per poter vedere più lontano. È molto vicino alla spiaggia e a soli 8 minuti a piedi dalla funivia di Songdo. È molto conveniente.

Non mi aspettavo molto, ma la vista era pazza per il bellissimo interno, quindi l'ho estesa per una notte! Vieni a visitare di nuovo la prossima volta. L'amichevole personale è una opzione di base 🤩

UUtente ospiteBooked a room with ocean view, and the staff is kinda to give me the highest floor (31st floor). The view is breathtaking! Loving the sound of the sea at night and the cool ocean breeze in the day. You can open the door to the balcony to enjoy the ocean view fully.
The room is clean, quiet, and spacious. I like that the hotel is environmentally-conscious, so there’s no disposable amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. it’s good to bring your own for your stay here. The room provides leather slippers and 3 bottles of drinking water. The table is long so there’s plenty of space for working.
The location is fabulous. Downstairs there’s a coffee and a bar. There’s also an olive young shop and a 23-hour pork soup shop about 50m away. Haeundae beach is about 50 m away. It is about 150m from Haeundae station. This street has a lot of shops that open late at night, and several convenience stores.

Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.
Amenities & Services:
While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

UUtente ospiteFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

IIlaria CioccaPosto molto carino, io ho preso la stanza per due persone anche se ero da sola, era spaziosissima e molto bella. C'era anche un piccolo frigorifero così da poter tenere in fresco le bevande, perfetto visto il caldo di luglio.. Buona colazione e bell'aria comune.. pochi minuti di distanza a piedi da ina delle stazioni meteo principali, quindi comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Altamente raccomandato...
