The unit was very clean and comfortable with good kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. The staff were very friendly and replies promptly on WhatsApp, and supported with the luggage storage

UUtente anonimoLa stanza non era pulita a dovere. Quando mi sono fatta la doccia e stavo per andare a letto, ho trovato i capelli corti di un uomo sulle lenzuola! Ho chiamato subito la reception per far cambiare le lenzuola al cameriere. Per fortuna, il cameriere è arrivato nel cuore della notte, altrimenti non sarei riuscita a dormire. Che schifo!

KKateCVisione notturna e giorno dal balcone della nostra camera d'albergo. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e accanto è una strada da cibo, non si farà fame qui. La famosa spiaggia di Haeundue è a pochi minuti a piedi. Abbiamo prenotato la camera di famiglia per la condivisione gemella e era spaziosa!

AAleks_GIn terms of value for money, the hotel is decent. The interior is pleasant and modern; it seems new, but it is no longer perfectly clean. In my room, for example, the toilet seat cover was taped with duct tape, there were splashes on the walls in some places, and stains on the ceiling. However, the rooms are cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and if you ask not to be disturbed, they leave everything you need in a basket outside your room.
The hotel is very conveniently located for a short visit to Busan (up to 3-4 days), close to the train station and between the main attractions (it takes about the same amount of time to get to each direction). The trains were not audible in the room, and overall the hotel is quite quiet.
I had a spacious room where I could open my suitcase normally, but there was still not enough storage space (at least more hangers for clothes are needed). There are also no cutlery in the room, which is a minus. There is a clothes styler - something like a steaming closet, which turned out to be convenient, as I didn't need an iron.
The pool area is relaxing, you can take beautiful photos, and the water is warm.
I didn't like the breakfasts. On weekdays, they are served à la carte, the selection is modest, and the coffee is not tasty. There are many coffee shops and cafes around the hotel, so it's better to go there.
I was very surprised that upon check-in, they asked for a deposit of 100,000 won (or a card). In 10 years of active travel, I have never encountered this anywhere in hotels especially without notification.

11359433****La camera è vecchia, ma molto grande, il bagno è appena ristrutturato e pulito.
Alla reception c'erano due zii: uno sorrideva a tutto quello che diceva, l'altro era più serio ma comunque entusiasta e rispondeva pazientemente a tutte le mie domande.
A 5 minuti a piedi troverete un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24, diversi punti ristoro e una stazione della metropolitana. Dista circa 3 chilometri dalla stazione di Busan. Nel complesso il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto

UUtente ospiteBooked a room with ocean view, and the staff is kinda to give me the highest floor (31st floor). The view is breathtaking! Loving the sound of the sea at night and the cool ocean breeze in the day. You can open the door to the balcony to enjoy the ocean view fully.
The room is clean, quiet, and spacious. I like that the hotel is environmentally-conscious, so there’s no disposable amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. it’s good to bring your own for your stay here. The room provides leather slippers and 3 bottles of drinking water. The table is long so there’s plenty of space for working.
The location is fabulous. Downstairs there’s a coffee and a bar. There’s also an olive young shop and a 23-hour pork soup shop about 50m away. Haeundae beach is about 50 m away. It is about 150m from Haeundae station. This street has a lot of shops that open late at night, and several convenience stores.

По номеру всё отлично, недочеты за запах на кухне на 1 этаже и необщительных сотрудников на ресепшн(но в Корее в 3 отелях примерно все такие были, что странно). В отеле есть кулер с водой и кофемашина.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel offre le strutture di base di cui avrete bisogno. L'hotel è più come un hotel boutique situato lungo un quartiere ristorante. Esso offre un buon accesso alla metropolitana e al grande centro commerciale di Lotte. A differenza di quanto avevano detto le persone, l'hotel era facile da trovare. Ci sono stati accolti da una bella fila di alberi di ciliegia nella settimana del nostro soggiorno. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha risposto alle nostre esigenze e ci ha dato ciò che ci era stato necessario per rendere il nostro soggiorno comodo. Non c'è neanche una cortina di doccia, quindi chiedere più asciugamani per evitare che l'acqua possa andare in altre aree del bagno. L'ospite aveva trovato un tavolo laterale per noi da usare nel bagno. Un punto di nota è che avresti bisogno di salire su un volo di scala per arrivare nella tua stanza. Il proprietario era molto gentile per aiutarci a portare il nostro bagaglio nella nostra stanza. L'hotel non è per il fuzzy. In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno.
