Hotel con parcheggio a Pusan

Siamo arrivati ​​in hotel intorno alle 8 del mattino e non abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in, ma un membro dello staff di nome Jimmy è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo optato per un bagno nella spa con doccia e vasca termale, al costo di 10.000 won a persona. Dopodiché, siamo riusciti a fare il check-in prima di mezzogiorno, quindi prima del previsto. Nel complesso, la procedura di check-in è stata eccellente. La prima sera, siamo usciti dalla camera intorno a mezzogiorno e abbiamo chiesto al personale delle pulizie di pulirla come di consueto. Al nostro ritorno a tarda notte, il bagno era in ordine, ma il letto non era stato rifatto – non sappiamo perché. La seconda sera, al nostro ritorno alle 23:00, c'era solo un asciugamano in bagno. La terza sera, abbiamo richiesto quattro bottiglie d'acqua, lasciando un biglietto sul tavolo prima di uscire, ma ne abbiamo ricevute solo due. La quarta e la quinta notte sono andate normalmente. Abbiamo parlato con la reception e ci hanno detto che il personale delle pulizie era sovraccarico di lavoro e stava perdendo la concentrazione, e che il problema non riguardava solo la nostra camera; diverse camere stavano riscontrando lo stesso inconveniente. Abbiamo fatto presente che un hotel di questo livello non dovrebbe essere in queste condizioni, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcun risarcimento. Nel complesso, l'hotel è pulito, nuovo, comodo, vicino alla metropolitana e dispone di un supermercato CU e di un'ottima pasticceria al piano terra. L'unica cosa che vorremmo vedere migliorata è il servizio. Abbiamo soggiornato per un totale di cinque notti.

The hotel is just in front of the bus stop, and very close by to Metro Haeundae Exit 5 (lift) which is very convenient for those with large luggage to go in and out. You can also reach the hotel via Bus no 1001 from Busan Station for those who comes to Busan via HSR just that this bus not allows passengers to bring in large luggage into the bus since the walkway inside the bus is too narrow. There’s a round walkabout to enter the hotel and this was the tricky part as the direction given by Trip.com was to enter from the side entrance. There’s no logo of W Residences Hotel from the side entrance nor from the round walkabout. But from here you could see the name of the hotel out of the other few hotels mentioned. The biggest drawback was the hotel provides no free cleaning (must pay W20k to clean daily) and we must remember to put the trash outside our room as well as the dirty towels too in the morning then whatsapp the receptionist to clear. I am not so sure if it’s the culture of Korean hotels nowadays not to clean the room unless upon requests (pay or free) since all 3 hotels I stayed so far under Trip.com from Incheon, Seoul and Busan are all like this (but W Residences Hotel was the only one that charged the fees to clean). I am also pretty sure all 3 hotels would not change the bedsheets too. So better to stay max maybe just 2-3 days per hotel I guess for hygiene purposes since I prefer for my mattress to be cleaned daily actually, otherwise why would I pay so much only to have it like what I would’ve been doing at my own house? The service was quite good, the staff understands English quite well and very thorough and polite since day 1. They also gave hardcopy SOP for patrons to follow. Water and towels are available only upon requests from 9am-11pm as well, no staff around otherwise. They allow us to keep the luggage next to the reception table when we checkout before we leave Busan. There’s fridge, stove (can’t cook smelly food so I won’t even attempt this since there are plenty eateries outside and quite near to Haeundae Night Market), microwave, cutleries etc. No coffee nor tea provided here. Overall I would not mind staying in this hotel again if I go Busan but I may also want to try out other hotels in the same buildings since apparently there are quite number of them (building is designed like apartments).

Il bagno ha un water intelligente e una vasca da bagno di grandi dimensioni, ma non c'è la tenda della doccia: tutto si rovescia sul pavimento. Il soffione della doccia non è regolabile e, per qualche motivo, è fissato con delle fascette!... Gli asciugamani sono piccoli, ma in camera è disponibile un set di accappatoi in alternativa. Di notte, un sensore di movimento nel corridoio accende la luce quando si ha bisogno di usare il bagno, senza accendere l'illuminazione generale. L'accesso alla camera è tramite tessera, sebbene la serratura sia codificata. Il balcone si affaccia sul ponte e sul porto peschereccio. Ci sono sedie e un tavolo, quindi c'è molto spazio. Eravamo un po' preoccupati per la mancanza di copripiumini, solo un copriletto, ma non siamo schizzinosi e il clima è caldo, quindi non ci siamo preoccupati. I cuscini si sono rivelati gonfiabili, come quelli che si trovano quando ci si appoggia la testa. A proposito, non sono un fan di quei cuscini. Ma ci si abitua. La colazione è molto semplice, praticamente solo uno spuntino: yogurt, un uovo sodo, pane tostato con marmellata, una tazza di frutta, magari dei noodles istantanei, e il caffè non è un granché. Penso che sia meglio saltare del tutto la colazione, visto che non c'è molto da mangiare. Oppure aggiungete riso, una frittata o una zuppa di pesce con cipollotti, e allora l'uovo salterà davvero. Aggiungete kimchi e tteokbokki, per esempio. Nel complesso, ho lasciato la colazione affamato e non ci sono nemmeno andato. Vorrei anche dire ottime cose del personale. Sono molto gentili, accoglienti e disponibili. Sono sempre disposti ad aiutare, a dare consigli e a guidarvi durante la giornata. È chiaro che ci mettono il cuore. L'hotel si trova un po' lontano dalla metropolitana, a 15-20 minuti a piedi con una valigia, e la spiaggia è a 15 minuti. La spiaggia di Songdo è vicina; L'acqua è più calda di quella della spiaggia di Huande e una funivia collega la spiaggia al Parco Amnam. A proposito, ci sono molti gatti, quindi non dimenticate di portare loro un dolcetto. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa e i prezzi sono leggermente più bassi rispetto al centro città. Il Texas non è lontano; potete prendere un autobus. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze c'è un grande Lotte Mart, con una splendida terrazza panoramica gratuita sul tetto (un po' più in basso c'è Biff). L'hotel mi è piaciuto e vorrei tornarci, ma spero davvero che risolvano il problema della colazione.

Il contatore di check-in è piccolo, solo un contatore, e la linea accanto a lui è l'iscrizione per un altro fornitore. La signora che ha riparato il contatore per l'altro alloggio era molto brutta. La posizione era perfetta, era facile ottenere un K Ride. Siamo stati circondati da 7-11, negozi di comodità, cibo, olive giovani e molto altro. Siamo stati distrutti per le scelte. Situato tra la spiaggia di Gwangali e Haeundae, mi ha permesso di esplorare entrambi i campi senza prendere troppo.

La camera è vecchia, ma molto grande, il bagno è appena ristrutturato e pulito. Alla reception c'erano due zii: uno sorrideva a tutto quello che diceva, l'altro era più serio ma comunque entusiasta e rispondeva pazientemente a tutte le mie domande. A 5 minuti a piedi troverete un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24, diversi punti ristoro e una stazione della metropolitana. Dista circa 3 chilometri dalla stazione di Busan. Nel complesso il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto

The hotel / apartment stay was very good. The rooms were clean and everything worked without problems  when we arrived the floor heating was already on in all rooms making it very hot. We turned it off for the rest of the trip and it was comfortable. The only issue we had was that our rubbish was not always collected outside the door, sometimes for 3 or 4 days (even after we asked downstairs for it to be taken away). It was Chinese New Year period, so that could have been factor. Good location and the staff friendly. Would recommend.

The hotel was location is an excellent location. Very convenient and nearby to shops and the haeundae beach with mrt less than 7 mins walk which makes it very convenient. I booked a twin room - double and single bed. Room is new, clean and a good size for city. This room does not provide unobstructed Seaview. Whats disappointing: 1. We needed to change cash for laundry which was part of the hotel. The reception say no change. 2. We initially reserve 2 night then extend a further 2 night's. We requested for cleaning on 3rd day. Whilst they replace the towels, wash the cups and provided free bottles of water, - bed not made, - floor not vacumn( hairs visible) and - toilet not cleaned ( hair in the shower cubicle)

From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character. Check-in & First Impressions: Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. Amenities & Services: While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

The location is great—right in front of BIFF Street. The room is spacious enough to comfortably open two large suitcases. One of the best features is the separate toilet and shower area, which is quite rare in Korea. Essentials like shampoo, a hair dryer, and other toiletries are provided. They also have a handy machine that removes dust and dries your clothes—perfect if you don’t want to do a full wash but still want your clothes fresh and clean. The only minor downside is the uphill slope leading to the hotel, but it shouldn’t be a problem for most people with luggage.

If you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!
