Fantastico
LLIW518Hotel next to the Kampong Bay Bridge. Very close to downtown. The hotel is quite new and clean. Each room have a balcony. Have a not large but enough swimming pool. Free parking.Various set breakfast for your choice with great view on the rooftop restaurant.

AAdamI have stayed here many times and its never disappointing. The staff here were very on things, the food was great and the ppol was as it always is well looked after. Only negative was there was some building work being done, but in fairness it has to be done at some time.
I will stay here again as there really is no other hotel that can match the value. Keep in mind it was 20 percent more to book on trip than it was on *********** and they do take cards if that is your issue.

LLydaVery quiet, comfy and clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The trees n its environment are another good side of this hotel. The downside would be the breakfast, which are small in number and no much to offer if you don't eat pork like myself, but totally understand their offer during weekdays. Still recommended for getaway and short holiday in kampot.

AAh Choo 168Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service
Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city.
The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out.
That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.

Negative:
- No elevator, big luggage or family staying from second floor onward will be challenged.
- Thin wall, AC noise and other room bathroom usage will bug you.
- Annoying light, bathroom light and room light are the same button. It means if you want to use bathroom at night you will need to turn on light for the whole room.
- Unfriendly staff, check in counter and security aren’t friendly. Only cleaning lady’s are friends.
Hopefully the hotel management will check room quality esp light and noise

Great value for such a big clean and quiet room only minutes walk fron the milddle of town, and with more pleasant views than other places I’ve stayed in Kampot.
No fridge, no safe, and the internet upstairs wasn’t working BUT no complaints either with the friendly staff, kind manager, and the quietness.
I passed my originally scheduled hotel on this trip too and was glad I didn’t stay there because the noise fron the street was astonishing as some loud event (wedding with live band and DJs) made it hard to even hear a tuk tuk engine.

UUtente ospiteUna fantastica posizione sul fiume con un grande bar/restaurante, una varietà di camere e personale amichevole. Ci sono una scelta di 2 piscine da godere. Cocktail sul ponte sul fiume è un must. Un veloce 5 minuti di auto tuk tuk vi porta in città. Il proprietario è utile, chattico e molto interessante. Louis e Lady sono i belli cani dell'hotel. Un grande luogo per coppie di famiglie.

UUtente anonimoA cozy small hotel that's a little secluded from everything. Would recommend getting a motorbike if u are staying here. The cleanliness can be improved as everything is very dusty during my stay and lights in the room are broken. Don't expect much from breakfast, as it doesn't even include drinks and very little option to choose (rice, noodle, omelette)
