Hotel con parcheggio a Mombasa

The first impression one gets is that one is arriving in a ”dark” and dangerous area but it seems this is an area that is gentrifying and is very safe. The apartment complex itself was surprsingly modern, clean, well look after and well equipped for the comfort of those coming in for short or long stays. It's important to specifically mention one element that makes this place work so well and stay so well kept, the lady who met us and took care of the administrative stuff, Joanna, is an absolute GEM! She may look like just a simple caretaker but she made all the difference for us. She was pleasant, welcoming, supportive and ready to assist at the drop of a hat. She is efefctively doing the work of a ”Hotel Manager”, because she does the hard work of cleaning, overseeing maintenance, laundry, etc and yet, she is effectively the facilities Public Relations Officer and handles the administrative aspects. So, I hope her employers recognise what a great employee they have and compensate her accordingly. One suggestion for the owners, they have really fantastic thick towels but a simple trick I use in my own house is to buy a simple electric dryer, not to dry the laundry but, once the towels have been dried in the sun, run them through the dryer at moderate to high heat for 15-20 minutes and they'll be mice, soft and fluffy, otherwise, after a few washes, they start getting a little scratchy and rough on the skin. It was a truly pleasantly suprising comfortable stay.

Hotel bellissimo, atmosferico. Personale incredibilmente responsivo e gentile. Una cena molto deliziosa. Al ristorante sulla spiaggia di ”Jazz” eccellente, fresca di mare. La pulizia della stanza è buona, c'è preparazione della camera da letto. Ci siamo chiesti di partire tardi, in 17-00, a causa del ritardo di volo. Abbiamo potuto estendere il nostro soggiorno e abbiamo dato un'altra stanza, con vista sugli oceani, e abbiamo aiutato a portare le cose. Come una piscina molto, buona profondità fino 2.2m. La zona dell'hotel è molto tesa e verde, tutto è fiorito. Ci sono scimmie selvatiche, i loro guardiani cacciano fuori dal corno)

Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno all'hotel. Ottima posizione e personale molto amichevole. Il cibo era anche così delizioso. Ho fatto check-in il mio compleanno e ho accennato a menzionarlo mentre lo controllavo al desk. L'hotel mi ha sorpreso con la torta a cena. Questo mi ha reso assolutamente grato. Per sempre. L'unica domanda è che la stanza ha avuto un sacco di mobili, ma era una stanza spaziosa.L'hotel può anche migliorare la pulizia in posti invisibili come sotto letto e tavola. Oltre a questo, consiglio fortemente l'hotel le loro tariffe sono abbastanza ragionevoli e ci sono valore per i soldi.

Hotel carino, pieno di attrazioni. posizione grande e sulla costa ma il traffico Mombassa significa che si può essere bloccati in un sacco se si intende visitare la città principale stessa

La posizione è tranquilla. Un vecchio impianto, un po' di corsa, ma pulito e ordinato. Avrei suggerito un po' di più attenzione a bellezzare i terreni, a dipinto e a dipingere alla porta. Il personale era amichevole e reagente. La stanza era comoda. A/C funziona bene. La doccia ha portato acqua calda alla fine. Ci sono stati servizi in camera ogni giorno con asciugamani freschi e bottiglie d'acqua. La TV era buona, ma non una TV Internet. Wi-Fi era un po' spot e lento. La stanza si aprì fino a un bel patio che ha guardato la piscina. Il patio è condiviso con un'altra stanza.Nel nostro caso c'era una famiglia abbastanza vivace vicino alla porta. La piscina è ben mantenuta e la zona di piscina è piacevole. È una piscina all'avanguardia.

The Cocoa Boutique is a hotel with a lot of potential. The rooms are clean and very spacious but the decor is old and in need of renovation. The location is excellent, right on the beach with great ocean views. The staff can not do enough for you especially the ladies on Reception! The pool itself is lovely and clean however the few sun loungers available are in need of replacement and there is very little shade. The food from the restaurant was very good and freshly cooked. We were late arriving and they stayed to ensure we had our evening meal. On another night we informed them we would not be back in time for dinner so they sent us the menu by What’s App and kept food for us on our return. We had a lovely stay at Cocoa Boutique but it would have been even better had the decor been brought up to standard.

Questa è la mia seconda visita all'hotel Beach. Ci piace molto qui a quattro persone in una fila.

La struttura è perfettamente situata per il viaggio all'aeroporto, quindi la comodità è certamente una ragione per rimanere qui. Il personale era piacevole, ma le camere potrebbero usare aria condizionata come il paese è caldo. Il ristorante è stato un ristorante a valle all'interno dell'hotel, ma le scelte sono limitate e il colazione è molto comune. Il ristorante che hanno la porta accanto è stato un totale spreco di tempo e di denaro. Abbiamo ordinato il pollo grigliato e abbiamo aspettato per un'ora per arrivare, e quando è stato secco, era come seccare su un bottino di gomma. Non potevamo finire il pasto perché era semplicemente inevitabile e non era affatto buono a qualsiasi standard. Le loro bevande fredde non sono molto fredde e non hanno ghiaccio. Oh, ma per loro è più importante avere un DJ ignorante che suona musica così alto abbiamo avuto problemi a sentirci parlare. Abbiamo chiesto bene se potessero ridurre un po' il volume della musica, ma la nostra richiesta è stata ignorata dal DJ. È un ristorante non un club notturno e la musica è troppo alta per un ristorante. Quindi darei a questo posto un rating di 0 stelle perché era terribile.
