UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno nel resort Pride Inn Flamingo, e ho chiamato il giorno del mio soggiorno per un pick-up da parte del conducente e mi sono incontrato poche ore dopo, quando ho lasciato il pick-up del bagaglio all'aeroporto di Mombasa, con un viso sorridente che teneva un segno con il mio nome. La guida al resort era lunga, era altrettanto lunga al ritorno, ma ci incontrammo con una bevanda fresca e un asciugamano bagnato per rinfrescare. La stanza non era ancora pronta, quindi abbiamo pranzato prima quando si occupavano delle valigie. Il pranzo, come tutti i loro pasti, era abbondante e aveva una grande varietà, così anche il mio marito di mangiare piccoli poteva trovare abbondanza da soddisfare. Non siamo bevitori, ma bevi alcol e non sono stati inclusi nella comprensione.
La stanza era molto spaziosa e senza spot. La doccia era fredda e per il calore non mi sono nemmeno accorto. Quando ho avuto problemi con la cassaforte, una chiamata al desk ha portato la sicurezza a ripararla immediatamente.
Devo ricordare che io e mio marito avevamo un massaggio e non mancava niente. Sono un ex massaggista e credimi quando dico che vale la pena lasciare che tu sia meraviglioso e ho avuto la manicure (la mia prima) che sembra ancora grande una settimana dopo!
Questo era il modo perfetto per finire le mie vacanze safari kenyane.

Only issue was that the trip booking was not showing on arrival but the hotel were amazing and sorted it out.
Huge rooms with kitchen, fridge,kettle which was great for making tea!

UUtente ospiteIt was my birthday on the 22nd of July and I decided to give myself a solo treat at Voyager. My experience was really amazing.
-I checked in earlier than the allowed time, yet I was received so well and luckily allocated a room earlier.
-The highlight of my stay: My bf planned a surprise for me from far and the organisation of the same was top notch, Amina did an amazing job at the planning, she did it so joyfully and passionately. The dancers who presented the cake really went out of their way to help present the surprise, proper HD photos were taken and shared. My bf was updated so often, and they ensured that I am so comfortable and happy throughout that day.
I later came to meet Amina and she was so eager to tell me how excited she was to plan and surprise me. She is such a gem: Voyager, your staff are very professional and lovely. They most certainly made my stay worth every penny.
-Having three swimming pools also makes one able to get the different experiences at the different locations, there are activities in the pool at any time of the day and so one is guaranteed there is no dull moments in the pool, it's all exciting and fun.
-Food: There was such a wide variety and each of them were top notch in terms of flavor.
-Drinks: The unending supply of drinks makes it really worthwhile.
Views: being a beach front, you will not be disappointed, serene views that are very calming and soothing from the fast life of Nairobi.
-I was also not rushed during check out yet I checked out late.
-I am grateful for the experience Voyager gave me on my bday. 🥳

UUtente ospiteMi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno all'hotel. Ottima posizione e personale molto amichevole. Il cibo era anche così delizioso. Ho fatto check-in il mio compleanno e ho accennato a menzionarlo mentre lo controllavo al desk. L'hotel mi ha sorpreso con la torta a cena. Questo mi ha reso assolutamente grato. Per sempre.
L'unica domanda è che la stanza ha avuto un sacco di mobili, ma era una stanza spaziosa.L'hotel può anche migliorare la pulizia in posti invisibili come sotto letto e tavola. Oltre a questo, consiglio fortemente l'hotel le loro tariffe sono abbastanza ragionevoli e ci sono valore per i soldi.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non era molto grande nello spazio del negozio, ma la disposizione era molto concentrata. Il colore della luce era anche molto tranquillo nell'ambiente del ristorante circostante. I piatti erano anche così delicati come sempre, il peso era anche abbastanza, lode! Il deprezzamento è giustizia, l'ambiente è molto pulito, e la famiglia è molto soddisfatta per il giorno commemorativo!Questo prezzo è davvero troppo redditizio rispetto ad altre piattaforme, e l'ambiente e la vita non perdono altre case in tutti gli aspetti, veramente dovranno venire

GOOD: I checked in on 12th evening and booked for 1 night original on trip.com. Then I really had a good time there. Relaxed in my primitive stylish big room with sea view, sang karaoke with some of the staffs and clients there. The staff Victor is a talented rap singer👍🏻. One of the staffs named Junior (which is a very good staff) warmly helped me with online shopping. So I extended 2 days because of the very good mood at the very beginning. The extended 2 days were not paid by trip.com, but were supposed to be paid directly with POS machine when I leave.
BAD:
Bad things happened in the early morning of 15th June, when I need to rush to the airport. One of the staff(a different staff, not Junior, not Victor) speaks no English, go to take the POS machine very slow (let my Uber wait and I almost not able to catch my flight) and overcharged me twice the amount I should pay, because of wrong operation of POS machine. I found out this fact hours later when check my account I was not in Mombasa even Kenya.
Another thing to mention, I informed almost every staff I know in Ziwa that I have to leave at 5am on 15th, so the 550KSH for restaurant should be charged before I go, either in the evening of 14th before they close, or in the morning of 15th, together with the extended 2 days’s room fees. But in reality, no one informed me, and I thought it was included in the final payment I paid by POS machine in the 15th morning. And then on my way, Ziwa contact me to ask for the 550KSH. I am out of Kenya, and I need to ask Kenyan friend to transfer me through m-pesa and then I pay her dollars.
I kindly request Junior to help accelerate my refund process, and he promised to do so. I am currently waiting for the updates.
But still, I don’t think these unpleasant mistakes should happened, which cause a lot of trouble, worries, a waste of time and effort, and excessive money on service fees, transaction fees and exchange rate losses. I am very upset and angry, because I am busy and in urgent need of money. These mistakes also reflect the deficit of ziwa’s general management and staff capacity building.

TTravHubLa struttura è perfettamente situata per il viaggio all'aeroporto, quindi la comodità è certamente una ragione per rimanere qui. Il personale era piacevole, ma le camere potrebbero usare aria condizionata come il paese è caldo. Il ristorante è stato un ristorante a valle all'interno dell'hotel, ma le scelte sono limitate e il colazione è molto comune. Il ristorante che hanno la porta accanto è stato un totale spreco di tempo e di denaro. Abbiamo ordinato il pollo grigliato e abbiamo aspettato per un'ora per arrivare, e quando è stato secco, era come seccare su un bottino di gomma. Non potevamo finire il pasto perché era semplicemente inevitabile e non era affatto buono a qualsiasi standard. Le loro bevande fredde non sono molto fredde e non hanno ghiaccio. Oh, ma per loro è più importante avere un DJ ignorante che suona musica così alto abbiamo avuto problemi a sentirci parlare. Abbiamo chiesto bene se potessero ridurre un po' il volume della musica, ma la nostra richiesta è stata ignorata dal DJ. È un ristorante non un club notturno e la musica è troppo alta per un ristorante. Quindi darei a questo posto un rating di 0 stelle perché era terribile.
