hotel espectacular super limpio ,el personal es encantador,estandares europeos,muy bien ubicado,cuidado con los precios porque a los extranjeros nos cobran el doble de lo que vale,cogerlo a través de la app de Booking,el desayuno no lo cogí porque el precio era excesivo

From the start to the end, everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was above and beyond. The hotel is well situated and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thanks for being a part of our memories. 😁

Went there with my family for 4 days. It has been a really good experience overall. The rooms were very nice and the staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Nafisa for arranging the whole tour package for us. We're sure to visit there once again later.

Had a lovely couple of nights stay at the castle Royal Hotel!The staff were very warm and friendly. The hotel rooms were exceptionally modern and clean. We also really enjoyed all the meals we had ordered. The location in the heart of Mombasa town is perfect.

I had an amazing experience at Sentrim Castle Royal Mombasa.The rooms were very clean,well equiped and comfortable . The staff were very warm and friendly and offered excellent customer service during our stay.The food was exceptionally good.

It was my first time visiting and I had an amazing experience ..The stuff are very friendly and I loved the service I received from the workers ..I will definitely go back again with my family had an amazing time and the rooms are very clean ..I would recommend friends and relative to go and experience

Looking for a place to hold a seminar and found this place Castle Royal Hotel. Excellent location, Good Conference Facilities. Very Friendly and Helpful staff both at the reception and from the Banquet teams. Rooms are nice and clean. Conference Menu based on pocket friendly prices. Food is excellent and very prompt service. Thank You Nafisa and team for making the seminar a success.

The place was amazing! Amazing service and great overall! It’s been a great stay and felt very welcoming. The amenities were great and the location is very central - the heart of Mombasa. The rooms were spacious and the design is quite modern. 10/10 experience
