Hotel con parcheggio a Yufu

It’s the third time we came to Yufuin. Previously, we stayed in onsen hotels with meals provided. This time we are staying for 2 months in Japan to experience the local life, and Yufuin was our third stop, where we stayed for 6 nights. The service is top notch. The host responded very quickly whenever I had queries, and very clear instructions for free pick-up were given days before check-in. As we stepped in the house, the air- conditioner had already been turned on there were 3 big bottles of water in the fridge which made us feel so welcome. They collected our trash every day and asked us what we needed. The guesthouse is an independent unit full of beautiful Japanese decorations. It was sparkling clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need. A first-aid box was provided. We were given 12 sets of clean towels and toilet amenities, including toothbrushes. We have stayed in different apartments before and have never experienced this. More importantly, the kitchen was well equipped with everything—many cutlery items of different sizes and even wine glasses. There were a hot pot and a frying pan, a toaster, rice cooker, coffee machine, and even a dishwasher. You can't imagine there is even a massage chair! The bathroom was designed like an onsen. You can simply add some onsen powder to enjoy a hot bath. You can easily access different attractions on foot. The location is about a 20-minute walk to the nearby supermarkets, 25 minutes to the main shopping streets, and 30 minutes to the JR station. If you drive, it is even easier. For us, we enjoyed walking and seeing the beautiful scenery, so it was not a problem for us even though we didn’t drive. Every day we walked to the supermarkets and bought fresh produce to cook. We had so much fun making different dishes and hot pot. When we asked for a whetstone, the host quickly gave us theirs, and the next day, they bought us a new one. They even gave us sake as a gift. On the day of check-out, the host drove us to the JR station and helped us store our luggage in the visitors’ centre. Next time when we come to Yufuin, we will definitely stay here again. It’s really great value for money.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno di 2 notti in questo Ryokan. Situato vicino al villaggio floreale Yufuin, e a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Yufuin JR. È stato un bel passo alla stazione Yufuin JR, poiché ci sono molti negozi e cibo che si può visitare lungo la strada. Altrimenti, ci sono anche autobus 36 da Yufuin ma terminale che si fermerebbe vicino al ryokan. Il personale era davvero eccellente, amichevole e utile. Quando arrivammo, alcuni di loro si precipitarono a aiutarci con il bagaglio e a proteggerci dalla pioggia. Durante tutta la permanenza, ci fecero sentire molto benvenuti. La stanza occidentale/giapponese che abbiamo prenotato era molto spaziosa e disponeva di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Si noti che questo è un alloggio 2 - livello 1 ha un bagno con bagno privato e fuori e la sala da soggiorno, mentre livello 2 ha un bagno (w/o bagno) e 1 camera da letto occidentale e 1 camera da letto giapponese. Nel ryokan ci sono 4 stronzate pubbliche, 2 per donne e 2 per uomini. Loro lo girerebbero durante il giorno e la notte per permettere a tutti di provare le diverse stronzate. Abbiamo anche il nostro colazione e cena al ryokan come parte del pacchetto. I piatti erano diversi in entrambi i giorni. La diffusione era enorme e il cibo era buono. Nota che ci sono pochi posti aperti a Yufuin durante il pranzo.

We checked in on 15 Jan, 2026 and planned to stay at the hotel for a nite. When we arrived the railway station , we walked around for a while and got a taxi outside the railway station to the hotel without paying the fare. Probably the hotel had arranged with the taxi drivers in that area that they will pay the fare directly. The check-in procedure is easy and comfy. 2 staff lead us to our room 小樓球。It’s a very nice room with 2 private onsen. The spring water is nice and made our skin very smooth. The hotel had arranged enough drinks for us, 3 alcoholic and 3 nonalcoholic. We had our dinner at ard 7pm. The presentation of the good is very good & eye catching. However, the quality of the sashimi was not very fresh. Taste of the tuna was a bit fishy and it’s wet and found bloody water after picked it up from the dish😓. I don’t eat beef and the hotel changed the 5 pcs of wagu to 3pcs of eel which didn’t taste very well. Not sure whether they grill it or not. Also they changed the beef that served with rice to miso and I didn’t think it’s fair enough. The breakfast on the next morning was up to standard. Bread was fresh and hot. Egg and sausage were quite good. Overall, service is good but the standard of dinner made me disappointed as I had informed the hotel at least one week before check-in and I think they have ample of time to adjust the menu for me. I’ve been to some other hotspring hotels with same request of not eating beef. They had changed my menu to chicken, pork or seafood like fish or shrimp and provide the equivalent size of meat for replacement.

Ero legato a una stanza con una sorgente termale privata. A partire dal 9 dicembre, non c'era spazio per lavarmi all'interno, ma c'era una sorgente termale privata all'esterno. Ho pensato: come posso lavarmi? Deve essere freddo... ma sono riuscito a lavarmi grazie alla sorgente termale. Dato che era una sorgente termale privata all'interno del ghiaccio, ci andavo più di 3 volte al giorno!!! Mi vergognavo di andare al grande bagno pubblico e lavarmi, quindi mi sono goduto il bagno privato. Tutti i 60.000 passi che avevo fatto in due giorni e mezzo sono spariti! Il Kaiseki era ordinario 💜 Il servizio di prelievo dalla stazione è attivo fino alle 17:00 al massimo ed è disponibile ogni ora! Essendo in periferia, bisogna prendere un taxi o una navetta per spostarsi! (Uber non è assolutamente disponibile. Se state facendo un tour in autobus e scendete a Yufuin, non prenotate questo alloggio! Io sono sceso a metà e ci sono riuscito!) L'orario del pasto è alle 18:00, quindi se non vi registrate prima, non potrete mangiare 😂 Tuttavia, c'è un bus navetta che parte dall'alloggio, quindi potete raggiungere la stazione di Yufuin relativamente facilmente! Gli orari sono 9:00, 9:30 e 10:00. Dato che molte persone partono a fine giornata alle 10:00, consiglio di prendere l'autobus delle 9:30, che è il più spazioso (10-15 minuti per raggiungere la stazione di Yufuin). Sarebbe una buona idea lasciare i bagagli alla stazione di servizio e fare un giro per un delizioso ristorante all'aperto! + Il personale è molto cordiale. (C'era una ragazza dello staff che parlava coreano mentre spiegavo il kaiseki)

對於不是自駕遊的旅客,位置十分方便，距離JR站及高速巴士站大約10分鐘步程, 湯布院街也非常近。酒店環境十分清幽, 每間都是獨立個室; 另外, 酒店有免費提供茶及啤酒,並有溫泉蛋。員工服務超好。下次都會想住同一間酒店。

What a blast I had here!!! I only stayed for one night and now I wish I had stayed longer. It was a Friday so Rio, the owner, organizes a night of games at the public gymnasium for teenagers (who although growing up already have the strength of super-powered samurais) and whoever else wants to participate. I haven't run and wake up with so many bruises since high school! It was really cool how everyone is quick to set the props for each game, we played 4 or 5 games in one hour!!!! It felt like a much longer time, everyone gave their best presence and participation all the time! It seems the other nights he takes everyone for a walk to see the stars, and Tuesdays there's also volleyball. Anyways, he is pretty proactive and creative , so I'm sure there's many variations and possibilities! The living room is very pretty, the sofas super comfortable and the view gorgeous! The bed was very hard :/ this was the only big issue for me. The onsen is so cozy, the water super smooth and instrumental music playing. Delicious! The conditioner smells great! I was a bit worried that they had too many rules, because when I contacted they informed about the need to leave the house everyday from 10 until 16. And that the eating time was very specific: 7:20 in the morning and 7 at night... So I was worried they would be too strict...but there's no need to join the food. I had breakfast and it felt like it would be at the communal dinning of beauxbatons, everyone sitting closeby with identical very beautifully presented meals that come in many quantity but small portions. It is not my jam, but for sure it is special! Some informations could be a bit more clear because they are a bit slow responding. For example they have a pick up time in front of the army at 6pm. I asked info for an amazing lady at the Art Center inside the station, Chika, and she called them. She ended up taking me herself and was the best company I could have found! She is an artist, we went to the supermarket and had great conversation! I recommend going to the art center to say hi to Chika! Lots of love, thank youuu Mountain Mamas!!!

Ben gestiti i resort con servizio di lusso. Situati in un ambiente molto tranquillo, che affronta campi e montagne di paddy. Un grande base per esplorare le opzioni all'aperto intorno alla zona Yufu/Beppu. The dinner and breakfast meals are relatively ‘formal’ but love the variety of traditional Japanese food and the meticulous service by the crew, especially Tami who speaks very good English and introduced us to many local attractions.

Good location. Neat and clean Japanese style room. Staff can speak English well. Also ramen at restaurants in the hotel is very tasty.

第一次到由布院，謝謝雅格拉為我們留下美好的回憶…… 先說優點…，即便返回台灣已經2週，仍對雅格拉和由布院念念不忘！服務人員親切，其中有一位外籍工作人員 英文非常流利！溝通很順利。房間空間雖然不大，但保持著日式古樸的氛圍，我個人很喜歡！連保險箱都還是木製鑰匙鎖！很有趣！家裡長輩也很融入。總共房間不多，因此還保有私密感，很驚喜！溫泉的部分 因為天氣太冷，房間內露天的湯池我沒有嘗試，但大眾湯池還不錯！最最最重要的是 他們家的餐點太優秀了！ 我們續住兩晚，每天都能品嚐到不同款式 精緻又美味的餐點！第一天是燒肉，第二天火鍋，肉品、烤魚、日式涼菜 完全沒有雷（納豆除外，只是不習慣而已）！連長輩都讚不絕口！走的時候買了好幾包他們特製的味增回家！乾煎魚排的時候搭配 太好吃了！！所以每天最期待的就是用餐時間！餐點是我住過的溫泉旅館中的top！給予五星評價！ 優點說完來說缺點，由於我們有包車，所以交通于我們而言並不是問題，但如果是自己搭大衆交通出行，可能會比較不便，在山上的位置距離由布院鬧區有段距離，開車大概5～10分鐘。其次房間內沒有提供飲水，我們每天早餐時間都會拿著水壺請工作人員幫我們裝滿再帶回。最後就是大衆湯池的部分，由於我們一家有5位女性，人數較多，都會乾脆一起去洗浴，發現的問題也較多！例如 梳理的地方只有一台吹風機！沒有提供毛巾，必須從房間帶，還要再帶回去；沒有提供飲水，泡澡結束後口渴就回房間再補充水分；沒有暖氣，所以一出浴場非常冷！穿衣服要盡快，我們有長輩、有嬰兒要照顧，更加要速度……甚至還有日本人在裡面使用手機！這個我真的很不解！只能用蹩腳的日語請她收起來，這是連我們都知道的常識……所以我們後來就決定晚一點再去大眾池，大概8：00過後就幾乎包場，順利了一些，也留下很特別的回憶！ 以上是分享，如果下次還是單獨自由行，還會想回到雅格拉，但如果有長輩和小寶寶，建議還是選擇浴室在房間內的比較方便！總歸來說還是很值得的！謝謝雅格拉親切的招待！
