Hotel con parcheggio a Yamanouchi

Just wanna share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel. 1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets! 2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality. 3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world 4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience 5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO. So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

Durante il mio soggiorno, tutto il personale dell'hotel e il proprietario sono stati così cordiali che non ho avuto alcun disagio dovuto alla mia incapacità di parlare giapponese. Sebbene la comunicazione in inglese non fosse sempre fluida, non è stato affatto un problema. La gentilezza e l'ospitalità di ogni dipendente e membro dello staff che ho incontrato mi hanno fatto sentire così benvenuto e grato durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Grazie al servizio navetta, abbiamo potuto lasciare subito i bagagli in hotel e siamo stati portati allo Snow Monkey Park, risparmiando tempo ed energie. Abbiamo ordinato colazione e cena, e il cibo era delizioso, pulito e a buon prezzo. Tutta la nostra famiglia si è divertita moltissimo! Grazie mille.

Dal momento in cui entrate al Kokuya Ryokan, preparatevi a lasciarvi alle spalle il mondo reale e a immergervi completamente nell'esperienza. Scambiate le scarpe con le pantofole all'ingresso e non le rivedrete finché non ve ne andrete. Riceverete un caloroso benvenuto da uno staff cortese e gentile, verrete accompagnati nella vostra splendida camera e, una volta indossato il vostro tradizionale yukata, sarà il momento di iniziare il relax. La cena a più portate sarà probabilmente uno dei pasti migliori che abbiate mai fatto in vita vostra, con tante consistenze e sapori insoliti da provare. I futon sono comodi e la vostra camera è mantenuta calda e accogliente. Sono disponibili persino prodotti per la cura della pelle per coccolarvi e idratarvi tra un bagno e l'altro nell'onsen. Onestamente, non avrete nemmeno bisogno di aprire la valigia mentre siete lì. Il personale vi illustrerà tutti gli aspetti logistici al vostro arrivo, ma ci sono alcune cose che potrebbe essere utile sapere in anticipo. - Il ryokan invia una navetta per la stazione di Yudanaka verso le 15:00 per accogliere i nuovi arrivati, quindi pianificate il vostro viaggio in modo da approfittare di questo vantaggio. - Il ryokan offre anche agli ospiti la possibilità di prendere una navetta per il Parco delle Scimmie della Neve subito dopo la colazione del mattino successivo. - Dopo aver lasciato il ryokan, i vostri bagagli verranno portati al bar di fronte alla stazione, così non dovrete preoccuparvi di questi aspetti logistici. - I treni da Yudanaka per tornare a Nagano partono alle 12:30 e alle 15:30. - Il ryokan dispone di diversi onsen privati ​​che è possibile prenotare per una fascia oraria di 45 minuti. It's a 10 mins walk uphill from train station so maybe better to try to contact them for a complimentary pick up. The place is super grand and 2 onsens. A Instagram worthy one that the males and females get to use it at different timings. The shower stuff in the onsen are mediocre though. No fancy facial stuff for women unlike some other onsens at this price range. We had breakfast and dinner for the 2 nights. And well worth it. But you have to follow a fixed timing and we felt a bit rushed but otherwise it was really great and service perfect. We had one the biggest rooms I believe Room 716. Had a sitting area and also a sleeping area. Easily fits 8 persons. We were only 2. In the day they kept the futons and brought it out at night. Towels changed every night. There is a van that goes straight to Mount Yokoteyama ski resort. The receptionist didn't seem to know about it but you could try to Google. It was a complimentary ride to and fro if you bought the lift tickets. Took only like 30 mins to get there. You can get rentals at hotels there.

Ho dovuto prendere l'autobus successivo per tornare a Nagano. Dato che c'erano meno autobus, era in ritardo di circa un'ora e mezza.

The room was very large and comfortable. What made the place great was the ping pong table, mini pool table. Once you understand the onsen process it is pretty easy. Note: restaurant is by reservation only. Dinner snow crab dinner is worth the price. Open bar. Also cash only needed do the hotel tax due at arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiga Kogen Sunvalley hotel. It's only a 20 mins bus ride from the Snow Monkey Park. The bus stop (S15) is about 100m away but when it's heavily snowing, it could be a little difficult to pull your luggage across the road. During the winter season, there's a free shuttle bus that takes you around the different resorts. The hotel also has ski rentals and the pricing is very reasonable and convenient for hotel guests to pickup and drop-off. The onsite onsen and sauna is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included - food selection is good with a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Dinner required reservation and you have a choice of Japanese set course, or a casual course. Usui and the team really know how to provide great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay.

Easy to go to Giant Ski Area because there is a slope to ski area directly. But I don't recommend for beginner to go ski area from this slope. And you can't go back to the hotel from this way, you have to go back by gondola to Yamanoeki and walk 300m. Too far if you walk with skies or snowboard. Yukata is not free of charge, you have to pay 300 yens for rent. There is a shower room in your room but you can't use it because there is ONLY cold water(hot water doesn't work). Some breakfast menu is not enough for customers. But dinner is ok.
