KK LouNon c'è colazione o cena fornita da questo hotel di merda, e i ristoranti si chiudono un po' presto. Se stai cercando un pasto di merda, potresti essere deluso se resti qui. Fate attenzione se sei un ristorante.
L'isolamento sonoro è povero, per favore, tenete la voce. Dalla prima notte che sono arrivato, era ventoso e piovoso, e la cortina per bloccare il sole è fatta di bambù, e continua a colpire la finestra per tutta la notte.
Non ci sono ascensori e le scale sono molto rigide, siate attenti se portate molte valigie.
Anche se i server non capiscono l'inglese, sono molto amichevoli e disposti ad aiutare! In generale, ho goduto molto durante il soggiorno. Grazie!

UUtente anonimoProbabilmente il nuovo arredamento è molto confortevole e pulito, il servizio è molto buono, si può indossare un kimono all'aperto per scattare foto e passeggiare per le strade, è un'esperienza davvero speciale. Ho scelto le sorgenti termali nel negozio, ce ne sono 4, sono più che sufficienti e molto pulite. La cena e la colazione erano molto ricche e deliziose, il cameriere sapeva spiegare in mandarino, solo che non c'era acqua bollente disponibile, bisognava pagare un extra per ordinare le bevande. Ci hanno anche dato un pass per altre sorgenti termali esterne, ma non ci hanno spiegato in anticipo come addebitare il costo, non abbiamo avuto tempo di godercele e non so se verrà rimborsato.

SSvetlanaОчень понравилось жить в этом рекане! Отличное местоположение, высокий уровень сервиса, очень вкусные ужин и завтрак. Мы были в восторге от общественных онсенов, онсен внутри рекана тоже очень понравился - здорово, что есть возможность зайти утром и погреться перед отъездом.
Особенным плюсом для нас было, что в рекане разрешается проживание для гостей с татуировками.
Огромное вам спасибо за ваше гостеприимство! В следующеем нашем путешествии обязательно остановимся здесь снова 🤗

LLivyC75The ryokan style rooms were a lovely touch. The inclusive dinner came with so many courses that we were absolutely stuffed every single night and the fact that a member of staff helps explain all the dishes and prepares them in front of us felt like a real lovely touch of authenticity and luxury. There are no individual bathrooms in the rooms aside from a sink and toilet but the hotel Onsen is easy to access and comfortable to use. The staff also make the bed after dinner every night and anytime we had questions for reception, they were always happy to help, especially with train station transfer and recommendations and vouchers for different restaurants in town. The hotel rooms have a great view of the mountains as it is slightly off the main road. I would definitely recommend this for couples traveling.

UUtente ospiteUn gruppo di 5 persone ha prenotato un soggiorno di due notti con un pacchetto di una notte e due pasti. La camera è stata una piacevole sorpresa: circa 90 metri quadrati, con due bagni, molto comoda e una vista fuori dalla finestra. Tutti erano molto soddisfatti.
Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel e la navetta per Kinosaki ci ha lasciato di fronte, il personale dell'hotel è venuto subito a prenderci e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Il servizio è stato molto attento. Grande.
Sebbene l'hotel sia vecchio, molti dei suoi servizi, comprese le camere, sono stati rinnovati e offrono un'atmosfera molto piacevole. La sorgente termale dell'hotel è piccola, ma molto confortevole. All'ultimo piano dell'hotel c'è anche una lounge dove vengono offerti tè e caffè gratuiti, il che è fantastico.
Sia la colazione che la cena erano in stile giapponese, le porzioni erano abbondanti e deliziose.
Il pass per le sorgenti termali è incluso e può essere utilizzato fino alle 15:30 del giorno del check-out.
Se avrò di nuovo la possibilità di visitare Kinosaki, sceglierò sicuramente questo hotel.

UUtente ospite城崎温泉まで車で15分ほどと近く素泊まりでしたが快適に泊まる事がてきました。日本の女性スタッフも多く、朝から掃除してくれたりと親切で城崎温泉行くならこちらからが安く利用できます。

As a Onsen hotel - the facilities ;
Elevators should have hand rail or / and a seat inside the lift to allow older adults to hold on or in case of fainting occur !
There should be towels inside the spa area instead of asking customers to bring along the towel to & back to room ! There should be towels available inside the spa area !
The free transportation starting from 4 o’clock till 9:30 is good but it would be better if the free transportation can start a little bit earlier say I’m 12
The hotel staff are where we helpful and where we polite thank you !

Ttravel-with-meWe had a fantastic stay at this Ryokan. The staff were so attentive and welcoming (Thanks to our room attendant, Suzan) We arrived a little earlier than check in but we could go up to the room and were provided with tea. The room was beautiful and the beds were prepared when we were eating dinner. We were shown how to wear the yukata and even had welly boots for the rainy weather. The food was the highlight, fresh seasonal ingredients (crab!) which was displayed like a piece of art. I wish we stayed longer, well worth the money!

UUtente anonimoThe experience was generally great. The hotel is surrounded by clear waters and a beautiful geopark that offers stunning views and a lovely hike. The hotel is famed for its crab kaiseki, which most visitors here come for. However, they do not convey that you will only get to eat the crabs once even if you have a longer stay. The rooms are old and dated, but comfortable and clean. The hotel's service is acceptable but only one staff speaks English.

UUtente ospiteI stayed here for one night with my husband and our 9-year-old daughter, and we loved our visit. The hotel was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived early. Our room was very clean, the staff were attentive, and we could tell they wanted us to have a nice stay. The location was perfect - set back on a quiet street but right in the middle of all the onsens and shopping. We opted for the crab dinner, and it was an absolute feast. We ate for hours and still couldn't finish everything. They asked if we wanted to keep it for breakfast (which, of course, we did), so they served it in the morning along with the breakfast they planned. It was wonderful. They have a small onsen in the building, which was nice because the three of us could enjoy one bath together before going to the gender-separated onsens in town. I highly recommend staying here for a lovely and authentic Japanese experience.
