Hotel con terme a Toyooka

Our favourite booking throughout our entire Japan trip! This inn is a family business so you can imagine how hospitable the entire family was to us this 2D1N. Regretted not staying 1 more day as the entire village was very relaxing. Room is super clean, yukata was provided for us to visit the public baths, access to all 7 public baths provided as well. We have everything we need with this inn! There’s also a private onsen in the hotel and the host was very helpful and nice about everything. He even went out of his way to send us to & fro the Kinosakionsen station… thank you so much we had fun and enjoyed it! Will definitely stay here again. ＜3

Non lontano dalla stazione di Kinosaki, raggiungibile in 10 minuti, a soli 100 metri sulla strada laterale sinistra della città; ci sono vari yukata tra cui scegliere quando si fa shopping (da vicino + sembrano vecchi e sbiaditi, nello stesso stile di alcuni hotel (gilet e giacca contrastano tra loro). L'interno del negozio è sempre vecchio, ed è sorprendente che manchino prese USB in quest'epoca. La cena per due sere è ordinaria, con qualche chela di granchio (non abbastanza fresca), e la carne del pesce sashimi ha i tendini, ma il ristorante di sashimi all'angolo della strada è piatto e delizioso! La stanza si riempie dell'odore di carne quando si mangia ta tami nella stanza del tesoro, e l'odore di carne si percepisce anche quando si dorme. Ho anche scoperto che il Giappone, soprattutto qui, impiega molti lavoratori stranieri. Mia sorella ha detto che è qui da 10 mesi dal Vietnam, ed è piena di sorrisi. C'è ancora margine di miglioramento.

La qualità del servizio offerto dal personale è eccellente (10/10). Tutto il personale è attento e versatile: reception, cuochi (per la colazione), concierge e addetti alle pulizie. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in una camera quadrupla con vista sul fiume, spaziosa e con letti comodi. La notte era tranquilla e non si sentivano passi, nonostante l'edificio sia stato costruito su una struttura preesistente. La colazione è la tipica colazione giapponese in stile ryokan, con un'ottima presentazione e qualità. Consigliato per coppie senza figli e non adatto ad anziani o persone con disabilità, poiché durante il terzo periodo di piena è necessario salire tre piani. La posizione è ottima (10/10), a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR e a 20 minuti a piedi dalla funivia, con negozi lungo il percorso. Consigliatissimo!

Miya ci ha preso cura così bene, ci ha ingenerato tutto il tempo, ci ha servito il tè e ci ha parlato, ci ha portato alla stazione e ci ha anche portato sopra e oltre per aiutarci con il bagaglio e prendere delle foto per noi. Il personale è meraviglioso, soprattutto Miya. 2. iukata colorata sono gratuiti e il passaporto di onsen è incluso. Forniscono iukata separati per dormire e per indossare intorno all'hotel/onsen città. 3.A circa le 6:00, il personale viene a mettere il vostro futon per voi. Hanno anche portato un po'di acqua fredda nella vostra stanza. 4. Hanno due ore (uno sul primo piano e uno sul secondo piano). I bagni maschi e femminili alternano a seconda del tempo. 5. Offrono un servizio di navetta per i più lunghi arrivi e per la stazione solo di farli sapere quando vorresti andare. 6. Il colazione è il MIGLIORO! Ci sono così tanti cibi e varietà, e tutto è molto pulito e fresco. 7. Ti danno un foglio per raccogliere i timbro, e una volta completato, riceverai un souvenir dopo (un paio di timbro in legno). 8. Sono anche dotati di asciugacapelli fantastici qui (Dyson, ReFa, ecc.). L'esperienza della città di Onsen è stata sorprendente, ma onestamente, è il servizio e l'ospitalità dell'hotel che mi faranno volere tornare un giorno. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti, rimanere in un posto così bello circondato da una vista incredibile e persone genuine è stata una grande esperienza.

Per molto la migliore esperienza di hotel/resort che abbia mai incontrato. Non solo abbiamo viaggiato con una famiglia di 5 ma abbiamo avuto 10 bagagli in totale che hanno aiutato a organizzare e consegnare alla nostra stanza, anche se era davvero pesante. Acomodato a tutto ciò che abbiamo bisogno e chiesto e super benvenuto. I piccoli dettagli che avrebbero fatto avrebbero impresso nella mia memoria per la vita, per esempio ricordare quali scarpe avevamo, preparare i nostri pantaloni, spiegare i nostri pasti e fornire un giacca senza chiedere. Spero che questo raggiunga il manager che ha fatto il massimo sforzo per assicurarsi che fossimo felici e guardati. Si consiglia a tutti i nostri familiari e amici questo posto. 1000/10 S +++

Non ho costruito aspettative da questo viaggio e sono stato in un piacevole shock! Nella prima città stessa così bella e accogliente, non si sbriga e gode! Secondo, l'hotel al massimo livello! Il servizio e la cortesia del personale sono impressionanti, la bellezza dell'hotel e il giardino! La bella bellezza di Onsen all'hotel, tutto pensato fino ai dettagli! Le camere sono molto autentiche, così come tutto in generale, e la tavola svedese per la colazione è chic! Anche il trasferimento è pensato e naturalmente yukata è solo meravigliosa e su qualsiasi dimensione! Posso sempre parlare di quel tipo di piacere ho! Grazie!

I stayed there for one night with my friends. The hotel booking included complimentary onsen passes, and the location was within a 5–10 minute walking distance of all the onsens. The only issue was the check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 10 AM, which did not provide enough time to explore all the onsens during a one-night stay. The onsen passes were not valid after the hotel booking ended. Overall, it is a must-visit

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.
