UUtente anonimoPrima di tutto, lode il servizio dell'hotel. E'un esempio. Puoi sperimentare 100% di preoccupazione, 100% di serietà, 100% di indulgenza. Oltre a soddisfare tutti i requisiti degli ospiti, c'è un piccolo suggerimento, cioè, arrivare alla stazione di raffreddamento e caldo, non venire con la stazione di raffreddamento. Di'un'occhiata all'hotel in anticipo. L'hotel mandera'un'auto per la stazione di raffreddamento.Naturalmente, lo mandera'anche alla sta Infatti, la stazione non è lontana dall'hotel, vale a dire centinaia di metri, e'divertente venire.
Il ristorante è buono, sia per la colazione che per la cena.A volte gli ospiti del ristorante sono pieni di persone, tre cameriere sono state correndo e molto duro.
La zuppa calda e'molto calda, e' sudata in un po'.
La camera è molto grande e le strutture sono relativamente generali.
Perché il prezzo non è costoso, ci sono molti ospiti qui, che sono sempre stati in pieno stato di personale.Anch'e', ci sono molti che arrivano naturalmente.

BBuleifufuVedendo che c'è una stazione di autobus nella linea di Sunlight East Palace, il nome dell'hotel, è prenotato. Il pranzo è ricco e delizioso. La piscina aperta e la sauna sono anche molto comodi. Anche se la stanza è più vecchia, il riscaldamento è molto caldo ogni giorno quando entra. C'è anche un caldo caldo da bere in qualsiasi momento.Il personale è molto intimido e comunicherà in inglese, come se avesse bisogno di un letto dopo il pranzo per telefonare, guidare i posti e la spiegazione del cibo, ecc. RRosie33The bunk bed was so large compare to average bed size with comfy and clean blanket and sheet. There is personal locker with key, lamp, charge station, body and face towel, slipper, and free flow kimono and amenities. The soap, shampoo, body lotion, and face wash are provided. I think it is super fantastic compared to the cheap price.
We can use public onsen (male and females are in different rooms so it is so convenient). From 15.00-22.00, in the Lake-View Lounge, we can drink and eat snacks for free: all kinds of alcohol, various soft drinks machines, coffee machines, beer, ice, tea, etc. So fantastic!!!!!
There are library and game corners as well. This hotel is just across the Chuzenji Lake, 900m from Kegon lake. There is one and only convenient store (10mins by walk from hotel) which is open 08.00-20.00.
Even though there are view restaurants nearby, however, you must be aware that food here is quite difficult to access. Restaurants mostly close as early as 3 or 4 pm.
I will definitely come here again.

BBenjaminsim87Un'esperienza stravagante dell'Hotel Onsen. Sono venuto in autunno in profondità di colori caduti. Ogni notte il vento negli alberi mi ha fatto dormire. Le camere con tubo privato e terrazza sono fantastiche. Il pranzo e il colazione sono anche lussuosi con un campione di delicazioni locali Nikko come Yuba. Un hotel per adulti che cerca calma e tranquillità.

JJ. SimonThe hotel is around 10mins walk from Kinugawa-Onsen Station. Although there are many abandoned hotels, shops, residences, buildings around the surrounding area, I can still explore the area as the street lights are lit in the evening.
The hotel is divided into different wings and occupies a large area. I stayed in the upper floors of the hotel’s main building (Kirakukan) but there’s an option to stay at the hotel’s park-cottages that is built on the cliff of the riverbank and overlooks the Kinugawa river.
The Kinugawa Park Cottage is located separately further away from the main building.
I only noticed a local Japanese family of four or five persons being escorted by the hotel staff to one of the cottages.
Other than that one-off encounter, I didn’t see anyone else at the area around the cottage which is also super quiet.
Likewise for the other wings of the hotel i.e. Kinoyakata and Kishintei, I didn’t see any guests maybe due to low season.
Love the onsen and the private open-air bath, the traditional Japanese kaiseiki breakfast and dinner.
There’s also a souvenir shop, ramen & snack shop as well as an outdoor swimming pool which I couldn’t use as it is only available for use come summer time.
Just across the road from the hotel, there’s the Waterside Cafe Terrace, a 7-Eleven convenience store adjacent to the hotel and since there’s no self-service washing machine/dryer in the hotel, the nearest 24h laundromat is around a 5-min walk from the hotel located behind the Waterside Cafe Terrace and across the road facing “Galarie Cafe Painto E”.
On the day of check-out, the hotel helped to store my luggage and I had lunch at “Suzukawa Cafe” just next to Galarie Cafe Painto E. The food prices here are slightly cheaper than the ones near Kinugawa-Onsen station.

UUtente ospiteThe location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

Ffu-rong傳統的日式温泉旅館，房門還是使用鑰匙，房間比較寬敞，裝修雖然老式但和式的挺乾淨，窗外可以看到溪流。旅館有室內和室外兩個温泉，都泡了很舒服，退房時泡過温泉的需要付350日元（具體價格忘了），個人覺得可以忽略。房費含早晚飯，特別是第一次體驗也吃了小火鍋的豆漿煮成了豆腐，整體定食味道不錯。接待服務員都是年紀蠻大的，服務態度很好 ，退房離開酒店，在路上遇到來上班的員工還和我們打招呼。

UUtente ospiteI don’t understand why someone would leave a negative review due to their own negligence. Trip.com clearly mentioned the additional 300-yen tax (I assume this is the onsen tax) per person, yet they still claimed they were “scammed.”
My overall experience at Hotel Euro City was wonderful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the shuttle bus service was amazing. If you want to get to the hotel easily, check the shuttle schedule on the hotel’s homepage so you don’t have to walk from the station. They run it every day at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15, and 18:15 from “Nikko Station Hotel Classic,” right next to JR Nikko Station.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen in the backyard was great. It’s true that the room had a mild smell, but I assume it was due to recent pest control (it smelled like pesticide). Just open the windows for a while and it goes away.
Breakfast was okay—not as fancy as in the advertisements, maybe because it wasn’t peak season. Overall, I think this is a very good choice, especially if you’re traveling with family.

私のホテル・ユーロシティでの滞在はとても快適でした。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、シャトルバスのサービスも素晴らしかったです。駅から歩きたくない場合は、ホテルのホームページでシャトルバスの時刻を確認すると良いと思います。毎日、JR日光駅のすぐ隣にある「日光ステーションホテルクラシック」から 9:00／9:30／10:00／15:15／16:15／17:15／18:15 に運行しています。
部屋は広くて快適で、裏庭にある温泉もとても良かったです。確かに部屋には少し匂いがありましたが、おそらく害虫駆除をした後の匂い（殺虫剤のような匂い）だと思います。窓を開けてしばらく換気すればなくなります。
朝食は普通で、広告ほど豪華ではありませんでしたが、ハイシーズンではなかったためかもしれません。全体的に、特に家族連れの方にはとても良い選択だと思います。

小小八哥La posizione dell'hotel non è molto conveniente per il bus oltre ai passeggeri.Il tipo di camera prenotato è solo fumatore, e l'aroma di fumo è molto dolce per arrivare alla stanza.La fornitura di cibo è molto buona e sorpresa.La piscina calda è buona. Questo hotel deve davvero migliorare la qualità dell'igiene. L'indirizzo è nero e la stanza dovrebbe essere cambiata in fumo.Ma il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto, soprattutto con Trip.com preferenze e supporti
