Hotel con parcheggio a Matsumoto

Dal fondo del mio cuore vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel. Il vostro duro lavoro è inestimabile! Tutto nell'hotel è fatto con amore e cura. Ogni pezzo di mobili è nel suo posto. Tutto è armonioso e magnifico! Il servizio è impeccabile. Il gelato morbido e le bevande di benvenuto per gli ospiti del lobby hanno reso la nostra aspettativa di cena piacevole guardando un bel sole là. Il pranzo era sorprendente con i suoi piatti delicati e i suoi servi politi. Il bagno all'aperto e le camere stupende per le donne con finestre da pavimento a tetto da dove si può vedere il bagno stesso sono meravigliosi! Non avrei mai sentito un'atmosfera così tranquilla in un ryokan prima.

Fukashiso could be one of the loveliest accommodation that I have ever stayed at. The staff were very polite, attentive and extremely helpful and courteous. The place itself is so beautiful and quaint. Traditional garments are provided as an option if you want to dress up for dinner. Made for great photo ops! The Kaiseki was the most beautiful equivalent of a degustation I’ve tried, and it was served in a lovely separate intimate dining area. During dinner Nobu-San a fourth generation family member of the owners greeted us which was a lovely touch. Soba was freshly made at the accomodation. We stayed two nights and the Kaiseki menu was different each time. Breakfast was a nice assortment of Japanese and Western options and the coffee machine was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the onsens, there are two public ones that switch locations for men and women and a private one. They were well equipped and relaxing. Our room was on Level 1 with a private bathroom, seating area and little garden view. Overall this place is highly recommended. For a traditional ryokan experience, it was so nice. Even after we checked out, the receptionist gave us a little gift, and even walked us outside to where our car was parked. Such a warm and lovely place. Stay here for sure!

Questo è un hotel che pensa a tutto quello che puoi avere prima di dover chiedere. E' lontano dagli altri hotel nella zona di Kamikochi e questo è un grande punto: si può sperimentare di rimanere alti sulle montagne serene e di godere delle tracce di cammino nei valli sottostanti, dove la maggior parte dei turisti si fermano. Ma il personale rende facile arrivare all'hotel (e indietro dalle tracce di cammino e cammino) anche se si prende il trasporto pubblico piuttosto che un'auto per arrivare lì. Il loro autobus è sempre chiamato per tornare all'hotel da una fermata di autobus pubblico. Il personale ha pianificato il nostro viaggio difficile senza dover chiedere, che era incredibilmente utile; le camere erano molto respiro e le camere erano tradizionali e spaziali. I miei cuori erano piacevoli dopo un lungo viaggio e il cibo era molto, molto buono e generoso. Un hotel che non si sentiva tradizionale. Mi piacerebbe rimanere di nuovo.

In the second day of hotel, we planned out trip to the castle, shopping street, and the Japanese alps area. So we had breakfast early and went to the station to meet our guide. After coming back from the trip, we took taxi again to the hotel. When we booked our trip to the station from the hotel, we realized that the hotel provided frequent trips to and from the station. As we were tired, we went to onsen, which was provided by the hotel. It was a free service or included in the stay, I think. The onsen is located in another big hotel and the bus ride took 30 minutes. There were many people from many hotels going together to the onsen hotel. The onsen was pretty big, two indoor pools and two outdoor pools. We enjoyed the warm water and relaxed. The bus brought us back to the hotel at 9 pm. The hotel gave new towels and other supplies in the door of our room as we didn’t have a cleaning service in the morning. Anyway, the hotel restaurant is good and the free shuttle bus service is exceptional as no reservation was necessary. I will visit this hotel again when we travel to Matsumoto next time.

Simple hotel with good price. All the required amenities and service available. Hotel seems to have a long history. Simple set breakfast is well appreciated. Hotel entrance could do with a ramp for ease of carrying luggage.

La posizione era comoda, vicino alla stazione. 10 minuti a piedi, ma avevamo così tanti bagagli da trascinare che ci abbiamo messo 15 minuti. Le camere erano accoglienti. Piccole, come la maggior parte degli hotel in Giappone, ma ben riscaldate, dato che ci siamo andati in autunno durante una giornata fredda. Il servizio è stato molto piacevole. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente e accompagnati alle nostre camere. Non abbiamo avuto modo di osservare il servizio in azione per intero perché siamo partiti la mattina presto dopo un solo giorno.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso in questo resort. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale mi ha salutato con genuino calore e professionalità, facendomi sentire immediatamente a casa. La proprietà stessa è ben mantenuta, con vista stupenda e tocchi pensieri che creano un'atmosfera rilassante.Ogni dettaglio, dalle camere confortevoli alle deliziose opzioni di cena, è stato curato attentamente per assicurare un'esperienza memorabile. Mi ha colpito in particolare l'impeccabile pulizia di tutto, comprese le camere pubbliche e la zona calda di primavera, che mi ha fatto sentire fresca e curata. Apprezzo davvero la dedizione della squadra all'ospitità e all'eccellenza, e consiglierei molto questo resort a chiunque cercasse una perfetta via. Siamo profondamente grati per l'eccellente cura mostrata dall'assistente dell'hotel Akemi durante il nostro soggiorno. Quando siamo stati inaspettatamente bloccati nella neve in una zona lontana, lei è andata da sola a trovarci e offre un'assistenza gentile per chiedere il supporto del camion a trazione. Ci ha guidati in sicurezza all’hotel, anche se avevamo già controllato, e ci ha accolti con tè e biscotti per tenerci caldi mentre aspettavamo. La sua attenzione e dedizione sono andate ben oltre il dovere, e la sua gentilezza ha trasformato una situazione stressante in una memoria toccante.Grazie sincere per questa genuina ospitezza, è qualcosa che non dimenticheremo mai.

It may be a little far away from Matsumoto Station but its definitely worth the effort! The most affordable and Japanese quality accommodation! Great Japanese breakfast and dinner, can upgrade to shinchu beef which is a MUST!! The beef just melts in the mouth. The onsen is great and clean. The single room is really big and thats the view in the 3rd photo from the room. The souvenir shop is awesome! Its sells some great product like honey which i cant find at the souvenir shop at Matsumoto station. There is a mini concert at times at the hotel which sings Japanese folk or country songs. It is a hotel that caters to mainly Japanese locals where the reception cant speak English but are super friendly and willing to communicate through translation apps. Awesome place! Definitely coming back again!

Outdoor temperature was around –3°C, but the ryokan felt even colder because some sections were open to the outdoors. The walkway from the rooms to the onsen is uncovered, so there’s no way to avoid the cold. I had to wear my winter jacket just to walk to the public bath. There is a private bath option, but the one assigned to me was far too hot — I couldn’t even step into the water. The public bath is a very small indoor pool, probably suitable for 2–3 people at most. There is no shower in the room, so using the public bath is unavoidable. The room itself was very cold. On top of that, I had to carry my own 25-inch luggage up three floors as there is no lift, so this place is not suitable if you can’t manage your own luggage. Dinner was disappointing — just soba and a simple soup with pork and some vegetables and mushrooms.

Buona sistemazione con facile colazione. Biciclette e servizi illimitati. Tuttavia, è difficile chiudere la luce della stanza.È un sistema di controllo remoto e non funziona correttamente.
