Hotel con colazione a Matsumoto

Dal fondo del mio cuore vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel. Il vostro duro lavoro è inestimabile! Tutto nell'hotel è fatto con amore e cura. Ogni pezzo di mobili è nel suo posto. Tutto è armonioso e magnifico! Il servizio è impeccabile. Il gelato morbido e le bevande di benvenuto per gli ospiti del lobby hanno reso la nostra aspettativa di cena piacevole guardando un bel sole là. Il pranzo era sorprendente con i suoi piatti delicati e i suoi servi politi. Il bagno all'aperto e le camere stupende per le donne con finestre da pavimento a tetto da dove si può vedere il bagno stesso sono meravigliosi! Non avrei mai sentito un'atmosfera così tranquilla in un ryokan prima.

L'hotel che ho scelto per il mio viaggio in Giappone ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Dal check-in al check-out, ogni dettaglio rispecchiava il servizio giapponese, meticoloso e attento. Sebbene la camera non fosse enorme, lo spazio era eccezionalmente ben organizzato. La mia valigia non occupava molto spazio una volta aperta, e il tavolino da tè vicino alla finestra offriva una vista sulla strada, perfetto per gustare una tazza di tè la sera. La colazione era una combinazione di menù fisso giapponese e buffet, con ingredienti freschi. È a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR e nelle vicinanze ci sono izakaya (pub giapponesi) frequentati dalla gente del posto, il che lo rende incredibilmente comodo per spostarsi e immergersi nella vita locale. L'onsen (sorgente termale) dell'hotel è stato uno dei momenti salienti del viaggio! L'acqua dell'onsen era cristallina, con piscine sia interne che esterne. Immergermi nella piscina esterna di notte mi ha permesso di vedere le stelle.

Stayed here during our trip to Matsumoto and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The room was extremely clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The price was also very fair and affordable for what you get. One small downside was that the onsen was extremely crowded during our stay, so we unfortunately couldn’t really use it properly. However, the hotel itself was pleasant overall and we appreciated the small touches, such as the free umbrellas available for guests to borrow. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and good value stay in Matsumoto.

Fukashiso could be one of the loveliest accommodation that I have ever stayed at. The staff were very polite, attentive and extremely helpful and courteous. The place itself is so beautiful and quaint. Traditional garments are provided as an option if you want to dress up for dinner. Made for great photo ops! The Kaiseki was the most beautiful equivalent of a degustation I’ve tried, and it was served in a lovely separate intimate dining area. During dinner Nobu-San a fourth generation family member of the owners greeted us which was a lovely touch. Soba was freshly made at the accomodation. We stayed two nights and the Kaiseki menu was different each time. Breakfast was a nice assortment of Japanese and Western options and the coffee machine was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the onsens, there are two public ones that switch locations for men and women and a private one. They were well equipped and relaxing. Our room was on Level 1 with a private bathroom, seating area and little garden view. Overall this place is highly recommended. For a traditional ryokan experience, it was so nice. Even after we checked out, the receptionist gave us a little gift, and even walked us outside to where our car was parked. Such a warm and lovely place. Stay here for sure!

Hotel accogliente con camere pulite e buona posizione. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e al castello. Anche il colazione era molto scrupoloso.

In the second day of hotel, we planned out trip to the castle, shopping street, and the Japanese alps area. So we had breakfast early and went to the station to meet our guide. After coming back from the trip, we took taxi again to the hotel. When we booked our trip to the station from the hotel, we realized that the hotel provided frequent trips to and from the station. As we were tired, we went to onsen, which was provided by the hotel. It was a free service or included in the stay, I think. The onsen is located in another big hotel and the bus ride took 30 minutes. There were many people from many hotels going together to the onsen hotel. The onsen was pretty big, two indoor pools and two outdoor pools. We enjoyed the warm water and relaxed. The bus brought us back to the hotel at 9 pm. The hotel gave new towels and other supplies in the door of our room as we didn’t have a cleaning service in the morning. Anyway, the hotel restaurant is good and the free shuttle bus service is exceptional as no reservation was necessary. I will visit this hotel again when we travel to Matsumoto next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly at home. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and thoughtful touches that create a relaxing atmosphere. Every detail—from the comfortable rooms to the delicious dining options—was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. I was especially impressed by how impeccably clean everything was, including the public bathrooms and hot spring area. The staff cleaned up immediately after use, which made the whole environment feel fresh and cared for. I truly appreciate the team’s dedication to hospitality and excellence, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We are deeply grateful for the extraordinary care shown by the hotel assistant Akemi during our stay. When we were unexpectedly stuck in the snow in a remote area, she walked alone to find us and kindly offered assistance to call for tow truck support. She then guided us safely back to the hotel, even though we had already checked out, and welcomed us with tea and biscuits to keep us warm while we waited. Her thoughtfulness and dedication went far beyond duty, and her kindness turned a stressful situation into a touching memory. Thank you sincerely for such genuine hospitality—it is something we will never forget.

Outdoor temperature was around –3°C, but the ryokan felt even colder because some sections were open to the outdoors. The walkway from the rooms to the onsen is uncovered, so there’s no way to avoid the cold. I had to wear my winter jacket just to walk to the public bath. There is a private bath option, but the one assigned to me was far too hot — I couldn’t even step into the water. The public bath is a very small indoor pool, probably suitable for 2–3 people at most. There is no shower in the room, so using the public bath is unavoidable. The room itself was very cold. On top of that, I had to carry my own 25-inch luggage up three floors as there is no lift, so this place is not suitable if you can’t manage your own luggage. Dinner was disappointing — just soba and a simple soup with pork and some vegetables and mushrooms.

The hotel has a weird smell in the lift and lobby when you entered the building. Room wise is ok. staff are friendly and helpful. they offer drinks including alcoholic drinks till 8pm every night. Hotel breakfast is fresh and good. location is good as it is close to the JR station and the price is reasonable. but the hotel needs to improve the smell in the building. people who are budget conscious can go for this choice.

Buona sistemazione con facile colazione. Biciclette e servizi illimitati. Tuttavia, è difficile chiudere la luce della stanza.È un sistema di controllo remoto e non funziona correttamente. La posizione è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, ma non c'è stazione di autobus, più perché è un'area residenziale è così tranquilla e spaventosa dopo il sole.
