UUtente ospiteThe place is such a beautiful accommodation. The views from the lobby, corridors and rooms is breathtaking. Gives a calm relaxing vibe. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Modern design. Lobby is very cozy and staffs are friendly. Will definitely stay with here again if I visit Lake Akan area again.

UUtente ospiteThe airport bus stops right in front- super convenient. It is a 10min walk to the JR station in a straight line and there is a 711 combini opposite the hotel and a Lwason station 100 meters on the left. There is also a very nice izakaya right next door the hotel. The room was compact but with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly.

UUtente ospite到釧路的第一晚從原先的舒適變成了超級還是非常明智，位置相當好就在jr出門左手邊非常醒目，緊靠巴士總站，無縫銜接第二天的阿寒湖行。
酒店底樓有不少免費增值服務，好多小樣可以拿且品種豐富，還有免費飲料甚至酒水都可以，室內養生枕頭如果覺得偏硬也可以在進門處選擇軟的記憶枕，選擇多多。
房間不大就因為頭些天沒買啥所以無需特別大空間，上下鋪的床佔了不少地，好在睡覺很舒服，由於開鎖給了密碼紙，第二天無需check out就可離開，很便捷。
包含的早餐很可口，精緻且美味，這家很推薦，期待離開的時候是再回到釧路住的舒適，面積大點也可以比較一下哦！

DDellIt was not entirely clear at time of booking whether I would be assigned a dorm bed and arrived prepared to be so assigned. I believe the situation is the dorm is reserved for group reservations so you normally be assigned a private room with shared bathroom. This made the room a great value and a memorable stay.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel holds so much promise. Excellent location by Lake Akan. Staff were generally helpful and courteous although English not really understood here. The rooms with the Lake View had marvellous views but the condition of the room and bathroom were really In need of an upgrade or total retrofit. Furniture was worn out and sofas soft and sunk in. But the worst is the bathroom. The shower head was so tiny that you really could not take a shower in the room. The bathroom basin did not have a mixer thus you cant have proper warm water when needed. The basin and bathtub looks so old I do not think anyone would use it. The public bath was at most average. What irked ne was the inconsistency of the temperature of the shower water. Youre having a hot shower and the water will turn cold before turning back to hot again. Buffet breakfast was catered to tour groups and nothing to write home about. We were there 2 nights and breakfast was exactly the same stuff. Dinner was average at best. We just feel that Gozensui has so much potential. I would not stay here again unless I know of changes and improvements to its rooms and bathrooms.

UUtente ospitePerfect location - we stayed in Shanghai-La room, facing lake. We took evening and morning walk along Lake Akan. Highlight for us is the rooftop heated swimming pool, they provide swim wears and are for both genders. It was fantastic star gazing treat while soaking in warm bath. Dining (breakfast and dinner) were a bit chaotic since this hotel have lots of tour group guests. If only they have separate dining hall for the big groups so the rest of guests can enjoy their peaceful meal.

Il parcheggio è molto grande, il grande piscina pubblica è molto buono, quindi questa volta ho prenotato la stanza senza esitazione.Solo pochi passi dalla stazione, quindi posso vedere il suono del mare e il bellissimo tramonto sulla piattaforma.
La colazione è larga 々. È una buona cosa per l'inizio di un giorno attraverso il sole che salisce.Il personale è molto felice, voglio andare di nuovo.
La vista della stanza è anche buona.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is ”outside” . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!
