Anche se torniamo in autobus esclusivi, ci vogliono quattro ore e mezza per un viaggio unico. Voglio fare una buona preparazione per la carta, ci torniamo quel giorno, L'aereo è stato cancellato da Zhuang Road a Zhuang, e il Zhuang ha torturato più di sei ore prima di tornare a Zhuang, anche se è ancora infallibile

Dopo che tutti i lati hanno rifiutato di aiutarci, il personale dell'hotel Takaharu Oguchi (forse non può vederlo, Ma voglio davvero ringraziarlo qui) ha risposto a più e-mail e ci ha aiutato a pensare a pianificare abc.La strada di Liu è davvero lasciata per noi troppo belle immagini. Il panorama della casa di mare dell'hotel è molto buono. Due grandi e due ore sono stati bene soggiornati. Il colazione al diciottesimo piano dell'hotel, il paesaggio è ancora buono. C'è un negozio conveniente accanto all'hotel e un negozio privato locale, a cinque minuti a piedi dal ponte di ballo moneta.

UUtente ospiteLocation is great, right in nature. Rooms are Japanese design, spacious and cozy. The lobby is not a nice atmosphere, it looks messy and crowded with a gift shop and too many messy things. There is no feeling of design and elegance.
What is really bad and low level quality is the fact that all drinks are being served in cheap single use plastic cups. There is a beverage bar where you only get plastic cups. At breakfast in the restaurant you only get plastic cups. In the evening for the snacks bar, they also only have plastic cups and cheap paper plates. This is not in line with a hotel of high quality and standard, nor sustainability. I can only imagine the amount of waste that they have every day from only the single use cups and plates. And the feeling of quality and luxury is mainly disturbed by this. Sorry but you cannot serve sparkling wine, wine and any type of beverage in a plastic cup, this is unacceptable. There should be reusable glasses, it’s much better for customer experience and the environment.
Also, the customization level of breakfast and dinner is a bummer. We asked for a vegetarian option and they emphasized that customization is not possible. I guess we have to accept that. They also said that food allergies and any other preferences (like vegetarian) cannot be accommodated. Then we simply asked to just not serve the meat, just leave it out. They said this is not possible - how can this be?? You can simply leave out and keep the meat if the guests do not want it. This aspect of customer service needs to be improved. If you cannot accommodate a vegetarian alternative that’s bad enough. But not being able to make this tiny adjustment when you serve the dishes means a refusal to recognize your customers’ needs. We were not asking for anything extra, we were only asking to leave something out and not serve the meat so that it’s not wasted because we do not eat meat. Ultimately we were served the meat and did not eat it - what a waste. I am still lacking an explanation for this inflexibility, bad customer service and food waste approach.
The hotel needs to improve this.

DDellIt was not entirely clear at time of booking whether I would be assigned a dorm bed and arrived prepared to be so assigned. I believe the situation is the dorm is reserved for group reservations so you normally be assigned a private room with shared bathroom. This made the room a great value and a memorable stay.

CChoon SengWe would like to extend our deepest appreciation to Ms. Tamori Minatsu for her exceptional help during our recent stay. Upon arriving at the hotel, we discovered that we had left a bag containing a wallet, cash, and cards at a restaurant in Kamikawa, nearly three hours away.
We approached Ms. Tamori for help. She listened attentively to understand our situation. The she contacted the restaurant to confirm that the bag had been found. The next day, she went above and beyond by helping us arrange for the bag to be safely delivered to our hotel in Sapporo.
Thanks to her efficiency, kindness, and genuine concern, a potential disaster turned into a heartwarming reminder of the hospitality and warmth we experienced in Hokkaido. We are truly grateful for her support — she made our trip not only smooth but also deeply memorable.

LLizchen SunБольшой отель, уже не новый (либо у нас был номер в старом крыле) мебель сильно потертая, но везде чисто, отличный вид на озеро из номера. На крыше теплый хорошая зона с онсеном и теплый бассейн на крыше. Шведский стол вкусный и разнообразный как на ужин, так и на завтрак.

UUtente ospiteHotel is clean though toilet is small and sink too low. Dinner was ok but breakfast was not too good. Reception is friendly and hotel gave us some nice buns to take away. There is an onsen onsite which had an outdoor area as well.
