Hotel con parcheggio a Itō

The hotel is located close to the Ito downtown, we were driving so it wasn't an issue. There are plenty of parking at the hotel. The ryokan is well maintained, it doesn't feel old, the onsen are properly modernized and clean. The room is HUGE which, with many functional areas, it was very pleasant room. There is also a private onsen as well for family or couples for a small fee. The private onsen has a good traditional style to it and it was open-air . There are also a chair for old people and toys for kids, so it's well thought out. Many people seems to like to have their dinner at the private eating room on first floor, so we did the same. They had one service person per 2-3 rooms maybe so we were well serviced, and the guy was very nice. I remember meeting him for dinner, and he realized we can only speak English, so the next morning when we met him again for breakfast, it looks like he made note in his notebook so he can properly introduce the dishes to us in English. I could feel the dedication so thank you to the man.

È meglio avere un autobus che torna alla stazione di Eden. Anche se il paesaggio è buono per tutta la strada, non c'è nessuna strada per i passeggeri specializzati. Il viaggio è ancora molto stanco

I originally planned to leave a 5-star review because the hotel itself has a very nice, cozy atmosphere. However, I ended up extremely disappointed due to something being stolen during housekeeping service. I travel frequently and stay in hotels often, so I’m usually very careful. This time, I didn’t bring many valuables with me, so I didn’t lock my suitcase when I went out. I had bought a few items from a drugstore and left them in the room. When I came back, one of the three packages was missing. I assume they didn’t take everything to avoid suspicion. I’m usually very cautious about housekeeping and potential loss of belongings, which is why I selected the “do not disturb / no cleaning” option. However, this hotel requires daily cleaning of the in-room hot spring bath. Since I booked a top-floor room with a private onsen, the front desk informed me that staff would still enter the room to clean it. I never expected that even opened, low-value cosmetics would be taken. The missing items were worth over $60. While it’s not a huge amount, it still feels very upsetting. The hotel itself is fine, but please be very careful with your belongings if you stay here. If you leave the room, make sure to take your valuables with you. The safe in the room is extremely small and cannot hold much. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

Non sono rimasto in quei hotel. Ho avuto delle cose urgenti. Ma la mia famiglia l'ha goduto, grande stanza per una famiglia di quattro giochi e sala da giochi. Alla zoo. Non molto lontano dalla stazione, ma al monte, quindi per le famiglie con bambini e nessuna macchina può essere un po' difficile da raggiungere. Onsen non è grande, nessun bagno all'aperto. Ma ancora molto buon posto per rimanere

Bellissimo onsen il nostro soggiorno preferito in Giappone con la mia famiglia! Il colazione tradizionale era delizioso con una vasta selezione di piatti. Le camere sono splendide, tranquille e spaziose e tutto era eccezionalmente pulito. L'equipaggio di pulizia fa davvero un lavoro sorprendente. La struttura è stata molto accogliente, e la struttura è stata molto accogliente, e si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e lavastoviglie e asciugamani sono stati molto più importanti. The staff here are very helpful and polite, they even helped me to contact the next hotel for clarification. Only I recommend them to build a store room around the parking lot so that the huge size of the luggage can be left there for overseas traveller and no need to bring up to the hotel by walking the long stairs, if any. Also, they can provide a simple map in the website to locate their exact hotel location and nearby shops, cafe and supermarket, train station, etc.    For me, I had a great experience spent in this hotel. If you like to see sunrise, it also a good place to stay in ocean view room.  If you like running, you can run along the hill side with wonderful ocean view.
