服務：酒店有車站接送服務每半小時一趟 進門有迎賓服務和酒店自製的迎賓柚子飲料 晚班和第二天的早餐服務人員他們會選擇同一位 這樣會比較瞭解客人的習慣 唯獨因為紋身不能進温泉泡湯'安排的小屋衹能使用50分鐘 我覺得非常不合理 都什麼時代了 還對紋身有偏見 有點可笑了 如果作為外國人也不是什麼你們的***為什麼要被你們限制呢？如果必須區別對待 那麼你應該給我提供和正常客人一樣的温泉使用時間而不是50分鐘 50分鐘連洗澡都不夠

VVegan 美味しいI had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

UUtente ospiteThe number one aspect that sets Hinodeya apart is the hospitality and wholesomeness of the experience. Hinodeya is not limited to just a room that you sleep in. Rather, every aspect of our stay in Ito was intertwined with the wonderful owner and thoughtful staff. From our arrival to departure, our experience was nothing but pleasant. The breakfast provides undeniable value, you get so much compared to what you pay for. For dinner, we recommend the crab dinner, though it may be seasonal, but you get a taste of a majority of the local specialties all in one sitting. The owner of Hinodeya truly cares about your experience, and is an excellent resource when exploring Ito. The staff are compassionate and attentive, checking in constantly throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good time. The rooms are very clean, and the onsen is a one-of-a-kind experience not found anywhere else.

YYAJIEL'hotel è eccellente, con camere spaziose e splendide scenarie. Offre strutture come un bagno aperto, piscina, karaoke e cortile da tennis. Gli ospiti possono anche prenotare una navetta gratuita alla stazione JR e da e verso. Si sente un po'di rifiuti per solo due persone è più adatto per quattro o cinque ospiti.
Il personale del desk front is warm and careful.

UUtente ospitePosizione: a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Eden Highland, si consiglia di inviare contatti con il negozio per il servizio di spedizione in anticipo.
Questa volta abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza 101, c'è una stanza per salotto, la camera da letto è secca e la sanità è ben pulita.
Servizio: dopo l'ingresso, la signorina del negozio ha presentato con entusiasmo le informazioni di soggiorno. Anche i prodotti di lavaggio sono stati utilizzati per la pola sciarpa DHC e così via. Inoltre, si è preparato attentamente i pannolini per i bambini, le scarpe per il lavaggio e altri oggetti.
Configurazione: questa volta l'hotel è quello di vedere la zuppa calda della sua casa ♨️. Ci sono due zuppe private. Se nessuno può usare il campo di confezionamento, ma non può prenotare in anticipo.All'interno ci sono anche piccole scatole per bambini e simili, che fanno sentire la gente molto intimida. Giocare con amici per un giorno è molto bello godere di un'amica calda con riservatezza 👍
Mangiare: questa prenotazione contiene due pasti per la prima colazione, la prima colazione è giapponese occidentale, vale la pena ricordare che il piacere di gioia fornito per la cena è molto delizioso, il cibo è molto fresco, la massa è anche abbastanza, il negozio farà la presentazione con pazienza e aiuto.
Aggiungi punto: c'è un cane in sala da pranzo chiamato ”socks”, molto carino, molto ricco, che sembra essere curato bene dal negozio. Un po'come NPC nel gioco, involontariamente in un palestra si girerà intorno a trovarlo [amore] [amore] è stato raccomandato ai suoi amici. Tutti hanno la possibilità di venire a giocare a Eden per scegliere l'hotel.

JJakub MikolajObsługa co prawda nie mówi po angielsku, ale dało się dogadać przy użyciu translatora. Użycie pralki kosztuje dodatkowe 500 JPY, ale wtedy w cenie są środki do prania. Całkiem ładny onsen, który rezerwuje się na 45 minut, pełni on również rolę prysznica, więc jeśli chcesz się wykąpać to i tak musisz go zarezerwować. Nam udało się to zrobić mailowo, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni, gdyż przyjechaliśmy dopiero po godzinie 19. Nie polecam natomiast śniadania - jest dość drogie, a do tego nie ma go zbyt dużo, ok. 1-2h po śniadaniu byliśmy już głodni.

CcometdebrisI stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this.
The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan.
The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional.
Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area.
Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

UUtente ospiteBellissimo onsen il nostro soggiorno preferito in Giappone con la mia famiglia! Il colazione tradizionale era delizioso con una vasta selezione di piatti. Le camere sono splendide, tranquille e spaziose e tutto era eccezionalmente pulito. L'equipaggio di pulizia fa davvero un lavoro sorprendente.
La struttura è stata molto accogliente, e la struttura è stata molto accogliente, e si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e lavastoviglie e asciugamani sono stati molto più importanti.
Molto consigliato ci piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo!

MMic890Il personale qui è molto utile e gentile, mi hanno anche aiutato a contattare il prossimo hotel per chiarire. Solo io le consiglio di costruire una stanza di magazzino intorno al parcheggio, in modo che la grande dimensione del bagaglio possa essere lasciata lì per i viaggiatori all'estero e non sia necessario portare all'hotel camminando sulle lunghe scale, se necessario. Inoltre, possono fornire una mappa semplice sul sito web per localizzare la loro posizione esattamente hotel e negozi vicini, caffè e supermercato, stazione ferroviaria, ecc. Per me, ho avuto una grande esperienza in questo hotel. Se vuoi vedere il sole, è anche un buon posto per stare in una stanza di vista sugli oceani. Se ti piace correre, puoi correre lungo la collina con una splendida vista sugli oceani.
