property location is ok, little bit far from prem mandir area, we have to pay 200/- every time to go to temple area and then have to walk 1km approx,
food is not so good but ok, swimming pool was out of service means under working, bathroom of our room was not in good condition, wash basin was cracked, hand jet spray was not properly working, water pressure from hand jet was very low, i requested many times from the first to last day to call plumber and make it repair, but they ignored, staffs are very good, good behaviour, helpful

we have visited Vrindavan on 11 April 2025, Property is good in terms of location(300m from main road), food is too good however there is shortage of staff due to which services are not good and zero cleanliness on the stairs, lifts were not even working so you might have to use stairs where all the used tissue papers and broken glasses lying down.
