Da ricezione alla custodia, tutti garantiscono che gli ospiti si sentano benvenuti e curati. La qualità dei cibi è eccellente con una buona varietà, e il servizio è pronta. L'atmosfera pacifica rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In generale, una perfetta combinazione di comfort, ospitezza e servizio di qualità. Molto raccomandato per le famiglie, i viaggiatori soli e le viaggi d'affari."

"It's a good hotel, slighltly on the higher price side, but clean, big rooms, and good location. Next to new bus stand, closer to Janmabhumi route. Food options available around in plenty. As of May 2025, they are not doing Room Service (food), so you may have to go out to eat (Brijwasi is just below it) or you may order through Zomato. No complaints in cleaning and other things. Very nice rooms, big, and good bed and awesome soft pillow. Work station is also there. WiFi can be better though. Bathroom has separate glass chamber for bathing, so that is a plus too. In total, a very good hotel, but slightly overpriced. Also, not sure why they stopped Room Service now."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with both Banke Bihari Temple and Prem Mandir just a short distance away, making sightseeing very convenient. The food was delicious, and the ambience was warm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay even more pleasant. The highlight of our visit was that it was our daughter’s birthday. The hotel pleasantly surprised us by decorating our room beautifully and arranging a delicious pineapple cake for her. This thoughtful gesture made her day truly special and was the perfect finishing touch to an already memorable stay. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vrindavan. Thanks to Saurabh, Shubham , Chef Deepak, and team!!!"
