NNehaGrande servizio e buon cibo. Quando entrammo, l'ospite era benvenuto e mostrava la nostra stanza. La nostra stanza era molto pulita e avevano rigorose regole intorno al fumo. Una buona scelta di colazione e di vegane erano disponibili anche.

UUtente ospiteIf you are not sure where to stay - don’t waste any time looking elsewhere, I can 100% recommend staying at Arran Lodge. We were so impressed with how well we were looked after, a clean and kept room with everything you might possibly need, including a welcome treat - homemade cake, space to park the car outside the house, a welcome reception and the most wonderful breakfast choice! Staying here was a treat and will definitely be back! Thank you for being such great hosts! Anna and Chris

From the moment I arrived, the delightful hosts made me feel very welcome and at home
The bar/lounge area is the perfect informal place to flop down and relax with a well stocked honesty bar, TV and board games galore
Not only was my room comfortable and spotless, but Shona dishes up a lovely breakfast tailored to your own tastes and requirements, she really does make breakfast just for you!
Cosy, clean, and with a warm welcome for all, treat yourself to an exceptionally great stay at a reasonable price.

PpeterWhat a find,a jewel in the crown,on a weekend trip to Torquay I found this paradise, Hotel Peppers run by husband and wife team Sanjeev and Sabita,this hotel is amazing,what a location just up from the centre and harbour,it was a delight on entering,the decor is superlative,my room recently refurbished was immaculate,everything you can ask for nothing spared to make your stay enjoyable and my drop down balcony so easy to use giving a beautiful view,I can't fault it,highly recommended don't miss this one,honestly and the breakfast is to die for

Siamo stati in una stanza con una splendida vista sul mare per svegliarsi fino a ogni mattina. La colazione era di alta qualità e ci ha dato un grande inizio al giorno. In generale l'hotel è molto pulito e ogni struttura utilizzata sembra essere mantenuta a buon livello.
La nostra camera era molto spaziosa rispetto a molte altre camere d'albergo che ho soggiornato. La camera era certamente più grande della media e comprendeva una doccia di buona dimensione, con molta acqua calda a buona pressione. Anche quando si usavano le altre coperte, la doccia sembrava essere completamente intatta.
Un paio di dettagli piccoli che avrebbero migliorato il nostro soggiorno. Un ascensore di lavoro, durante la nostra visita era fuori ordine. Ma questo non ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno. L'altro dettaglio sarebbe un piccolo sedile (o simile) nel bagno.
Tutti i membri del personale si sono incontrati in modo amichevole, accurato e utile, e tutti sembravano disposti a garantire che ci fosse il piacere del nostro soggiorno a The Osborne.
Abbiamo camminato intorno a alcuni dei terreni che sembravano essere mantenuti, e abbiamo camminato anche fuori dai terreni e attraverso la baia a Meadfoot, un luogo grande per andare a piedi e godere dell'aria fresca del mare.

GGarfield WrightThe stay was pleasant, the room was basic but clean missed not having a bath and just a shower missed simple things like a hair dryer in the room although when requested at the reception I was given one and lack of choice of coffee and tea in the room.
It was very nice that there was no noise at night and meant a decent night's sleep.
Breakfast was acceptable, but you have to get there early when it comes out hot from the kitchen, or it is all cold from spending to long under the hot plates. The only big downside is it's a good 30mns walk from the town centre although buses seem to run outside the hotel but there is a good-sized car park if you drive.
The room was small but fine for just my 2 nights stay and acceptable. I'm not sure the room size, lack of luxuries and breakfeast beng hit and miss would make it comfortable for a longer stay.

LLaura June RobinaGrande hotel, la camera era bella e così era la zona della piscina! Andammo il fine settimana all'inizio del semestre così c'era un sacco di famiglia là e bambini. Ho sentito che la settimana è meglio se non vuoi molti bambini intorno, ma per noi non era una questione. L'hotel è molto grande e ci sono molte cose intorno. È anche in una grande posizione vicino alla spiaggia, parchi e passeggiata dalla città. Ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro soggiorno qui :)
