Hotel con parcheggio a Inverness

Comodo e molto vicino all'aeroporto. È a pochi minuti di distanza. È così comodo prendere un volo la mattina. Mia madre non deve più preoccuparsi per me. È un po' lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria Hotel.

Perfect hotel if you’re visiting the area. Lovely location and views of the river and cathedral. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are of a high standard. Excellent drinks variety with the distillery and brewery on site. Service is impeccable. Great breakfast.

Molto bella stanza, sala soggiorno grande, vicino al fiume, ogni stanza ha balcone, il paesaggio è eccellente!La stanza è pulita e pulita, tutti gli oggetti necessari sono tutti. Nel mezzo del viaggio può essere una lavatrice e una seccatrice per pulire i vestiti sporchi hahaha

First let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

La camera è grande e pulita e la sauna, la piscina e la stanza a vapore sono fantastiche.

Questo hotel sembra ricevere recensioni negative, ma penso che molte siano ingiuste. Da quello che abbiamo sperimentato, è stato un buon hotel, in ottima posizione e la persona che ci ha fatto il check-in è stata molto gentile. Soprattutto perché ha dovuto gestire un cliente imbarazzante prima di noi. Il letto era molto grande e aveva un buon materasso. Le solite cose che si desiderano in una camera d'albergo e ottimi articoli da toeletta in omaggio. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale per esplorare il centro di Inverness, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal bancomat più famoso di Inverness (IYKYK). Il parcheggio è limitato, ma un parcheggio multipiano a prezzi ragionevoli è a pochi minuti a piedi. Anche la scala nella zona della reception che conduce al primo piano è molto suggestiva.

We arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge. Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault). The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough.

Evening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.  The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .  We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.  However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable.  We had a great night sleep.  At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table.  When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.  Lasting impression I would not rush back.

L'hotel è situato al di fuori del centro della città. Ci vuole 5 minuti di autobus e 25 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro della città. La fermata di autobus è vicina. Non ci sono molte opzioni alimentari vicino all'hotel, ci sono solo KFC e un negozio di pesci e chip. L'hotel è pulito, la camera è pulita ogni giorno. Il colazione è stile inglese con lo stesso menu ogni giorno. Il colazione è servito da 7 am che è tardi come abbiamo dovuto catturare il coach per un viaggio di giorno che parte dal centro della città alle 7:30. Anche se avevo prenotato una stanza con colazione da Trip.com, il ricevitore ha chiesto di prenotare il colazione di nuovo, perché sembra che trip.com non condivida la prenotazione del colazione con l'hotel. Quindi il ricevitore ha chiesto di mostrare la prova di una prenotazione del colazione che era terribile. Oltre a queste questioni minori, l'esperienza complessiva è stata buona.

The location is quite good — only around 20 minutes by car from Loch Ness town. Our cabin was the one all the way at the top, overlooking the sheep and cow farms ahead, with a small water stream running beside it, which made the whole place feel really peaceful and relaxing. The cabin itself was spacious, cosy, and clean. However, there are no amenities provided, so make sure to bring everything you may need, such as shower gel, shampoo, etc. There is also only one small towel provided per person, so I’d recommend bringing your own if you have space in your luggage. There is no WiFi, but we did have 4G signal throughout our stay, which was helpful. The shower was excellent, with different settings and perfect water temperature. Just keep in mind that the hot water does run out, and it takes a few hours to heat up again. The only downside for us was the bed, which was not the most comfortable as it sank in the middle.
